Hyperion Hotel Berlin

We liked the property itself very much. It was very spacious, and well appointed with relatively new and plenty furniture, fittings, appliances, etc. We actually had two rooms - even though we were booked as a couple. The toilet and bathroom was very suitable. We did not eat here so cannot comment. There is a very nice Italian restaurant within breathing distance, as is a breakfast place and ice cream place. An Edeka is very close by. A metro station is less than 500 meters away.

Location. We had cancelled an outstanding hotel on Kudamm, and booked here instead, only because we would have had to climb some steps which would be difficult for my wife due to a recent injury. While we had no complaints with this property, we found that the nearby metro station did not have lifts up to street level. Also other than the metro, other public transport was not available nearby, making the airport transit not that easy.

asked for a double bed but got twin beds

Es amplio, luminoso y cómodo. Muy tranquilo la verdad es agradable y no hay ruidos a pesar de estar delante de un ascensor de personal.

No me ofrecieron room service por problemas técnicos más de un dia. La limpieza diaria estaba descuidada, no recogían botellas vacías y no cambiaban ropa de cama si hacía falta.
