Great location, really friendly staff always with a smile, really spacious rooms with a comfy bed and a Great breakfast!

We organized a special stay for our parents their anniversary and they went above and beyond in service and attention. Even a last minute request from my parents was met with the utmost friendliness. Mieke, one of the managers even suggested for us to leave a special note from the family in the room, so we had gifts ready in the room for them. Our parents were very extremely pleased over all.

We were extremely happy with the friendly and helpful service we received upon check in and during our entire stay. Their staff is totally first class. Also, the location couldn’t be better and this is definitely the top hotel in Cologne.

Excellent location, next to the Cathedral and the central train station, in walking distance to the old town. Few minutes walking to Museum Ludwig (modern arts with quite a few Picasso pieces) and Wallraf-Richartz Museum (a great collection of paintings), as well as the bridge where you can walk across the Rhine River with trains passing by. Friendly and professional staff. Large room with comfortable beds and excellent facility that has considered many small details to make us feel comfortable. For example, it provides 2-flat-pin plug for US travelers; it has buttons at the door to turn on/off the "do not disturb" light (red) and the "please clean now" light (green).

The room price is a bit high.
