Eurostars Palace

Location and breakfast.

1.The reception gave us a room which windows can not be opened while our parents room’s window can be opened. We stayed for 3 nights in bad air. 2. There is no any hook in the bathroom. 3. The hotel doesn’t provide any complimentary drinking water for us while the Eurostars in Granada provides it daily. 4. I show the parking ticket for the receptionist when checking in, requiring he handles it with the machine, I was told I just keep it and it’s valid, actually every time when we drive in and out, it’s not working , I must horn for help.Some staff are not professional. disappointed, though a lady provided discounting for our consumptions in restaurant after my complaints when we checked out.

Breakfast was good.

The window or glass wall is not sound proof and the hotel is right on the highway, worst 5 star hotel stay ever, 4th floor room facing the clinic has a lot of traffic and sirens noise, requested to be changed to another quiet room, and was placed on the opposite side, less noisy but still could hear all the highway noise and the bathroom was not vented and had sewer smells coming from the toilet, the staff came to check and moved us to another room that was facing the same side of the highway and was the only available, on the 5th floor, still loud, and the bathtub was dirty, worst value for the money at this place. We didnt get any rest at night. Mediocre room wall paper was peeling in the first room and the layout is an entry through the bathroom. The mattress was uncomfortable and the pillows were cheap quality.
