The hotel offered a truly amazing five star experience in Morocco. The decor and room was perfect , and really made me feel like I lived in a palace. There’s even an elevator. The staff were really nice and helped arrange activities for me as well , such as a tour with a local guide through the Médina and tannery. At the end of my stay, I didn’t want to leave .

Second visit in a short time for work but brought my partner back this time as the property is so delightful and the staff attend to all your needs; A definite place to be when in Fez; I'll be back!
I can't find a single thing to fault here at all, except how difficult it is to leave because we want to stay longer it is such a peaceful place to be!

An incredibly beautiful hotel, with exceptional comfort and professional staff, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property. It lived up to my expectations and more. Will definitely visit again!
