Ventajas: The rooms were lovely and the beds really comfortable. Location was great and the staff were very friendly but not over the top. As it was my mum's birthday, they very generously upgraded my parents to a suite!

Desventajas: Breakfast was very nice, but we felt it it was very expensive for a breakfast.

Ventajas: Servicio de habitaciones para el desayuno (ya que el restaurante no estaba abierto antes de salir).

Desventajas: Todo lo demás - personal cortés, pero muy poco servicial a la hora de resolver problemas y hacer que los huéspedes se sientan cómodos. Servicio lento - la habitación no estaba disponible a tiempo - las vistas desde la habitación eran a las tuberías de vapor. Una de mis estancias más decepcionantes en comparación con las expectativas (y visito Londres 6-10 veces anualmente). La habitación era vieja (estaba limpia) y no estaba actualizada para ser un hotel de lujo.

Ventajas: A mi hija y a mí nos saludaron como si fuéramos realeza. Todo el mundo es amable, eficiente y profesional. El Ritz es precioso y siempre está limpio. Los camareros son muy adecuados y la comida era fabulosa. Recomendaría encarecidamente el Ritz, porque sin duda no te defraudará.

Ventajas: El servicio, el ambiente , ubicación y desayuno . Habitación muy espaciosa y baño excelente.

Desventajas: Veníamos del Savoy , donde en la habitación había cafetera Nesspreso con cápsulas y tetera con diferentes té.. y en la habitación del Ritz no había ni plancha, ni adaptador de corriente para extranjeros , ni cafetera ni tetera y faltaban enchufes al lado de la cama para cargar móviles .. nos esperábamos mucho más

Ventajas: Attention to detail, staff very attentive , food amazing.

Desventajas: The breackfast was amazing once served , had to wait for instruction on order of service.

Ventajas: The meal in the restaurant was out of this world the beef just melted The bed was really comfy The staff couldn’t do enough for you

Ventajas: Virtually every thing . The setting the building the quality all second to non . It was a fantastic experience and I considered it value for money despite some eye watering prices , the staff are very friendly and great fun . Great is a very over used world but I would certainly apply it here , best hotel I’ve stayed in . The conciage are just like on tv very friendly and welcoming

Desventajas: Virtually nothing , the only thing ld change is the tables I’m the bar , bit Formica like . That is really a tiny criticism compared with all else in this superb hotel

Ventajas: Este hotel está en la mejor ubicación para ir a teatros, restaurantes, tiendas y ver arte. Estuvimos dos parejas y nos lo pasamos de maravilla.

Desventajas: Todo era perfecto

Ventajas: Gran ubicación. Este hotel es muy bonito. El conserje siempre tiene recomendaciones sólidas. El servicio es bueno. Me encanta la habitación. Todo es moderno con un montón de pequeños detalles. cargador de teléfono USB en la cama, Bluetooth para su música. He ido 3 o 4 veces y volveremos!

Desventajas: Actualmente remodelando. Ducha goteaba...

Ventajas: Perfect location and the staff were amazing. So friendly and always smiling - nothing was too much trouble. The room was comfortable and light. The bed was very comfortable and free bottle waters were a nice touch. Amazing en-suite, nice powerful shower.

Desventajas: I didn't like the perfume pumped through the air-con in the corridors and bedrooms. Infact we had to be moved as I suffer from asthma and it was effecting my breathing to a none perfumed floor (5) and room. The corridors are too dark, felt like a ship..

Ventajas: It was beautiful, modern, great location. We slept so well! Bed was great

Desventajas: Just personal things...no bath, no mat for shower and no loo brush. Also quite "tourist" orientated with a price on practically everything in room, if you wanted?!

Ventajas: The facilities in terms of restaurants and bars. Very central.

Desventajas: I would say there is a difference between it and the Shangri-La. I think it's a nice 4 star hotel. I am not sure it belongs in group with 5 star hotels.

Ventajas: We were surprised by the quality of breakfast especially as the breakfast area was quite small but everything was so fresh and flavourful and of a really high standard. They kept replenishing the breakfast area as well. We really enjoyed our stay and ended up staying in our room longer than we thought as we had a terrace and everything was so nice and comfortable. Really liked the bar area too.

Desventajas: Desayuno buffet era el mismo todos los días. No había mucha elección para un hotel de lujo de 5 estrellas. Me alojé 13 noches y cada mañana lo mismo, una pequeña selección de desayuno. debería haber mucha más selección.

Ventajas: La ubicación es perfecta para el distrito de los teatros. El personal es muy amable y servicial. El hotel es muy elegante, un poco formal. Podría ser intimidante para un turista del oeste de Estados Unidos.

Desventajas: Conseguimos una buena tarifa de habitación, pero las bebidas, té, y el desayuno era tan caras como cabría esperar de un hotel de 5 estrellas en Londres central. Terminamos cambiando nuestra habitación dos veces, la primera vez en la sugerencia de los botones, porque no tienen ninguna vista. La segunda habitación tenía vistas pero era mucho más pequeña que las otras, y no tenía bañera. Nos cambiaron por tercera vez a nuestra petición y nos dieron una habitación maravillosa (pero sin vistas al río). El personal hizo que ambos fueran muy fácil.

Ventajas: Las habitaciones eran muy cómodas y tuvimos una hermosa vista del río y la noria iluminada. El personal era amable, profesional y atento. La ubicación es genial. El conserje era bastante servicial. El desayuno estaba muy bien, pero si no hubiera obtenido un buen precio incluyendo desayuno a la carta, el precio de añadir en el desayuno no habría merecido la pena. El hotel es encantador y esperamos volver allí de nuevo.

Desventajas: Durante aproximadamente la mitad de nuestra estancia, el sistema de teléfono del hotel no funcionaba. El lavabo en una de nuestras habitaciones era bastante alto e incómodo para nuestro familiar de edad avanzada.

Desventajas: En general, la estancia fue muy cómoda excepto que había una fiesta de boda el sábado por la noche que no terminó hasta las 1:00 pero el hotel me dio un descuento muy generoso por esa noche. También me hubiera gustado que hubiera habido más luz superior porque el ambiente de la habitación era bastante tenue!

Ventajas: El servicio y el personal era excepcional. Nos hicieron sentir especiales y muy bienvenido.

Desventajas: I didn't like the room, we were given a disabled room with disabled fixtures and fittings in the bathroom, I didn't request this and wasn't informed about it, the first I new was when we got to the room. Paintwork flaking off of woodwork, split silicone sealant around sink area. Your average premier Inn room was better than this...….and much cheaper. Frosted secondary double glazing on the windows, absolutely no view at all, pull aside the secondary glazing to reveal the middle of the building, pipes, ductwork and filth everywhere (explains the frosted glass).

Desventajas: I was downgraded from a deluxe room to a standard room (essentially.a closet)and my compensation was a 14 £ cocktail. The following day the y transferred me to a deluxe room and despite two request to make sure there were no feathers in the room...

Ventajas: Excelente ubicación. Todo prácticamente caminando y la estación de Enbankment a menos de 1 calle. Lindo hotel, limpio y muy cómodo

Ventajas: The location is great.

Desventajas: Firstly I don’t like the service of the bell boy at the front gate. I have been to a lot of hotels including five stars but never have seen the attitude like the bell boys from that hotel. All are standing even though seeing the customer is taking luggages. Secondly I don’t like the attitude of front desks stuff. Already requested for an early check in as I have a meeting and I arrived the hotel at 2:30. It was half an hour before of that hotel policy to check in time. They won’t let me in until 3:03pm and said the room is not ready yet. Seeing the customer is waiting and sitting there for half an hour, they have no effort like asking the housekeeper whether the room is ready or no welcome drink at all. Thirdly, I don’t like the room. I booked a river view but the view of the window is so small and can’t even say it is a view. I am feeling my money for that view is not worth it. The room is so small and the hotel is very old. Fourth, the elevator is very old model 1000kgs type and very narrow. It was stopping once in every floor. Very disappointed to take that elevator. Fifthly, I stayed in that hotel at the raining day. The hotel is so old and so bad and even water drops are pouring drop by drop from the ceiling. I saw a bucket and it was collecting the rain drops in front of the elevator entrance of eighth floor. I was so shocked seeing the rain dropping from the ceiling. When I check about the hotel, it says “the Royal Horseguards” is a Five Star Hotel. I don’t know in what part it is being rated five stars. I will rate it not even a three star hotel.

Ventajas: Stayed in a king suite . View from the room was fantastic and the absolutely stunning at night. The room was spacious and comfortable with very nicely appointed furniture and bed. The bathroom with the heated floor was very nice surprise. Doorman was wonderfully welcoming, the bellboys were quick and helpful and the concierge was professional and always pleasant and patient.

Desventajas: I asked for an early check in which wasn't possible and I understood this. However, when I returned at the regular check in time, the receptionist without checking with anyone, insisted the room still wasn't ready. Had to ask for the manager, who after checking with housekeeping, found the room was ready. Receptionist was not happy at being contradicted and was less than pleasant for the rest of the check-in process. Not offered breakfast discount on check-in so would have paid substantially more if I hadn't found out about the discount by accident. Stayed two nights. Mini-fridge was not restocked the second day. Took 45 minutes to get a bucket of ice and then felt guilty for asking for it when we found out the poor guy doing room service was the only one on duty. Seems like the hotel needs to amp up the staff numbers to provide the five star service you're paying for.

Ventajas: Great location close to metro and Westminster abbey and Trafalgar Square.

Desventajas: Breakfast average. Expensive price per night.
