Ventajas: Nos encantó el hotel. El único "pero" fue el tamaño de la habitación; era una habitación magnífica en todos los sentidos pero el tamaño. Más tarde, supe que ésta es su habitación estándar; podríamos, sin embargo, mejora a cualquiera de un surtido de grandes habitaciones o suites para una tarifa. Ya que no había ninguna disponible, no tuvimos la oportunidad de ver estas. El precio incluye desayuno, que era espléndido, con una gran variedad de platos fríos y calientes. Lo recomendamos encarecidamente.
Sin duda volveremos a St. Ermin's en nuestro próximo viaje a Londres.

Desventajas: Los colchones blandos con lugares bajos, lo cual es difícil para las personas que necesitan más apoyo trasero. Cama de mi habitación tenía dichos lugares bajos en ambos lados. Estrecha bañera era un poco resbaladiza.

Desventajas: The price. It was a bit expensive for such a small room. I stayed in a queen bed room and it was difficult to move around the bed. Also, the rain shower did not have a lot of pressure. I would have liked to have a regular shower head instead of the rain shower one.

Desventajas: Noise from a construction site in front of us from 6-7 am and also from lorries loading and unloading throughout the night. This could have been mitigated by a decent soundproof windows or a double layer. If I had known this was going to be the case I would have booked somewhere else, maybe not that nice and amazingly located, but probably way cheaper.

Ventajas: Disfrutamos mucho de nuestro estado en el Conrad Hilton. La ubicación era perfecta y el personal muy servicial y amable. Me encantó el hecho de que la estación de metro estaba directamente al otro lado de la calle, así que no había necesidad de coger un taxi o un uber desde el aeropuerto. Tan fácil acceso a lo que queríamos ver e ir, todo el tiempo que estuvimos allí.

Room size a bit on the smallish side but not too small as to be inconvenient. Bathroom facilities clean and modern. Towels were always clean and fresh. And all the staff were very helpful and friendly. And not to forget the great location of this hotel, a few minutes walk from both Knightsbridge and King’s Road shopping areas. This was a return visit for me at the Hari and will definitely be staying here again.

Desventajas: Crowds in front of hotel every night , they shouldn’t allow this hotel is small and having such crowds make it uncomfortable for guests. Corridors in front of rooms always smelled like food, lots of guests threw stuff out the room and it would stay there all night.

Desventajas: Where to begin... 1. The hotel rooms are VERY small - No sound proofing...if your neighbor shuts or opens their door at whatever time of the day then have no doubt you will hear it and if you are a light sleeper then good luck! 2. Service is very poor whether at the Italian restaurant or at reception. I paid a cash deposit and at checkout they said there was no record of any cash payment on their system..luckily, I had kept a copy of my receipt. Not to mention the time spent going back and forth on this issue. 3. I was in London to plan my wedding and chose to stay at The Hari for the convenience of the location however, I was unable to hold any meetings at the hotel or meet anybody in the lobby or the lobby bar due to the amount of kids aged 14-20 who were lined up on a daily basis from 6PM onwards in order to access the lobby bar for its famous doughnuts creating a huge inconvenience for in house guests not to mention the way the lobby looks every time you walked in or out.

Ventajas: We had an early flight in and went right to the hotel. By the time we had breakfast there was a room for us. We were there 4 days and mostly worked with Johnnie the concierge who was extremely helpful and fun. The other concierges were helpful and friendly as was the whole staff. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Johnnie sent us to a lovely Italian restaurant for dinner our first night. We will definitely stay here when we go back to London.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Johnnie sent us to a lovely Italian restaurant for dinner our first night. We will definitely stay here when we go back to London.

Si quieres ir a Harrods puedes caminar en una dirección, si quieres ir a Pickadilly, anda unas pocas cuadras en la otra dirección, si quieres ir a un autobús turístico, solo hay que cruzar la calle ... Este hotel está en el centro de lo que quieras hacer. El portero me recordaba por mi nombre y lo más importante, el nombre de mi hijo de 13 años todos los días. Excelente hotel, me alojaré allí cada vez que vaya a Londres.

Ventajas: Lo único bueno de este hotel es la localización y el vestíbulo, que es muy aparente. No se dejen engañar por la primera impresión. El desayuno, correcto, sin más.
Desventajas: Los baños son viejos, sucios y con multitud de desperfectos. En cuanto a la habitación, espaciosa pero descuidada y escasa de detalles. En cuanto a las ‘amenities’, un bote de gel, otro de leche corporal y una pastilla de jabón. Solicité en recepción un peine, bastoncillos de algodón y discos desmaquillantes y como era de esperar, no tenían nada de eso. Además de ello, el momento de la recepción fue lioso y un tanto engañoso. Te bloquean de la tarjeta de crédito el total del pago más una fianza, aún teniendo ya pagada la primera noche por adelantado, mostrando así una total falta de confianza; las explicaciones por parte del recepcionista fueron escasas y confusas. El personal del desayuno es amable, pero no así el de la recepción, que en ningún momento se mostraron atentos ni si quiera con intención de ayudar. En definitiva, la relación calidad/precio no es buena.

Desventajas: Staff was so rude. The first person that checked us in around 11 said to come back 2/2:30 and our room should be ready. We came back at 2:53 and the lady at the front desk said “check in is at 3. You can wait in the lobby until 3” without event checking if our room was available. In addition, we had indicated in our reservation that our flight got in early and the hotel responded that they would try to accommodate us. So much for trying.

Desventajas: Staff in general needs more hospitality training, especially front-desk (too many juniors). No pro-active / smiling attitude in general, no friendly chats. Bar / bar area is heavily under utilised and could be made into a nice area to hang out. I always like cozy bar areas in hotels, with good atmosphere, friendly lighting and some background music (good for booze sales as well!) - but this was missing unfortunately. 2 exceptions, bar staff Jezus and Simina were wonderful and do understand the importance of making your guests feel welcome. Breakfast - food selection is fine (full english always nice) - but personally I find a good coffee (cappuccino / espresso) very important and this is sorely missed. Simply invest in a good, self-service coffee machine and I'm sure the guests will give top marks for breakfast. Beds slightly too firm for my liking - but this is personal preference.

Desventajas: La limpieza en general es buena pero se podría mejorar: las ventanas no estan demasiado limpias y en el baño falta un poco mas de limpieza en profundidad en juntas y mamparas. Eso si, la ropa de cama y toallas estaban impecables. La tecnologia es estupenda pero puede jugar malas pasadas: se quedo encendido un boton de no molestar y no nos arreglaron la habitacion. Esa noche tuvimos que dormir con la habitacion sin hacer pirque no hay servicio de hebitaciones desde las 16. En general es un hotel estupendo pero que admite alguna pequeña mejora.

Ventajas: Yes the rooms are small but they're well set up and the hotel is in a great location just outside Victoria station. It's a perfect hotel for a couple of nights stay. We booked a room without windows and that was fine, we were only in the hotel at night anyway. Despite being so close to the station our room was very quiet. The cheese and wine buffet in the evening is great!

Ventajas: Yes the rooms are small but they're well set up and the hotel is in a great location just outside Victoria station. It's a perfect hotel for a couple of nights stay. We booked a room without windows and that was fine, we were only in the hotel at night anyway. Despite being so close to the station our room was very quiet. The cheese and wine buffet in the evening is great!
Desventajas: The glass bathroom is a bit weird, it is frosted but you can still see people's outlines!

Ventajas: El primer impacto es pésimo. Por fuera se ve muy deteriorado. Lo mismo la recepcion , incluso poco limpia. Fue un shock llegar allí. Al entrar al departamento el piso del hall estaba feo . Después de dar una mirada y observar bien que pase el shock inicial, tedas cuenta que todo es muy limpio cómodo y espacioso. En realidad no hay problemas de limpieza ni comodidad. Es un problema de estética. Soy arquitecto, por lo que los detalles me importan mucho. La pintura tanto de los departamentos como de los pasillos y del hall de recepción se ven "viejos" sin estarlo. Los departamentos y pasillos no tienen ningún cuadro, lo que hace que se vea poco calido. Era como sentirse con la pintura de la murallas de los años 60, pero muy limpio, solo un asunto de sensación. Todo funciono bien y muy agradable. Buena piscina y muy buen gym.

Desventajas: El personal era un poco lento cuando necesitamos ayuda. Todavía eran muy útiles, pero no parecían preparados cuando se trataba de pedidos simples como un conjunto de sábanas nuevas. En un momento nos quedamos fuera de la lavandería y les llevó un tiempo 1) creerme y 2) desbloquear la puerta manualmente.

Desventajas: I m astonished that the Grosvenor has never installed entrance/exit ramps. At the Buckingham Palace Street entrance there is a flight of around 8 steps to reach the revolving entry door and there are an even larger number at the Victoria Station exit. And no there is not a porter very often available to assist. Lovely old hotel, superior location, gracious responsive staff, extensive good value buffet breakfast - but an absolute bear to get into!

Ventajas: Location of the hotel was quite nice - very close to Victoria Station. Overall this was a fine experience, still not sure if I would choose this again.
Desventajas: I tried to change my booking for breakfast in the morning and that seemed an issue, also directly above me the fire alarm was blinking and kept me up during the early morning. Then the fire alarm went off - luckily only for a minute or so - but when I came down nobody told me anything about what had happened which I thought was strange.

Ventajas: We had a room upgrade so we were very pleased with the hotel. Fantastic facilities because of this. We only stayed one night but we could easily have stayed for more.

La ubicación está justo al otro lado de la calle de una estación de tren principal y acceso a las líneas de metro de círculo y distrito. Las habitaciones eran modernas y estaban limpias. El desayuno era amplio... el clásico desayuno británico. El restaurante y el bar eran cómodos. El conserje nos dio un gran Consejo a un bonito restaurante indio a poca distancia a pie.

Desventajas: There was no hot water, which after a long flight, all I wanted was a hot shower. I ended up just washing my face in the sink because the shower was freezing. My light switch on my nightstand lamp was also broken. For the price per night of the hotel I would have expected these things to be functioning.

Ventajas: The decoration of the hostel, cleanliness of the room and bed, awesome breakfast served at a reasonable price. Although this hostel is located above a pub, it is quiet during night time and i slept well during my stay there. Free to deposit my luggages even after checking-out from the premise, for this i am extremely thankful for. After i checked-out, the receptionist just offered me if i would want to deposit my luggages even before i wanted to inquire about it. I am sure to come back!

Ventajas: For the money you cannot complain - under twenty pounds for a safe and comfortable single bed very close to Victoria coach station (10 mins) and rail & tube stations (5 mins further down the road). If you are prepared to share a room with others, you won't mind it. Definitely just a place to crash and nothing more, but staff were super friendly and the pub serves good beer. Just bring your own padlock to secure your valuables and a towel - these are essential items. If you don't you have to buy them at the reception (pub bar) - £4 for the padlock and £5 !

Ventajas: I really liked the crew there, everyone very charismatic and good to us. We were a couple and it was our first time together as hostel travelers, so we were a bit concerned. With that said, everything was on point, since the cleaning to the comfort. The bed is a good size and the mattresses are very good. The bathroom is very big and clean. On our floor, the first one, there is a bathroom with two sinks and many bath cabinets with sanitary, sink, shower, mirror and hand dryer. The location is the best one as it’s literally in front of buses stops. When you get the C10 to Victoria, you’re already in the center of the city within minutes. There is a Tesco right down the street. Summing up, i just have to thank and say that I’m definitely recommending to my friends and be back soon!

Desventajas: Cleanliness of the toilet could be better (it is good). Some toilets have problems with the discharge which leads to flooding when i was showering.

Desventajas: Nos alojamos 10 noches y el promedio de todas las personas que nos tocaron en nuestra habitación no eran respetuosas con el resto, prendían las luces, venían gritando a las 3 am y no se preocupaban de mantener un ambiente agradable. No me gustó el poco espacio que había para guardar las pertenencias. Me hubiera gustado que las camas tuviesen cortinas o algo por el estilo de forma de resguardar un poco más la privacidad y comodidad de los hospedados al dormir, pues había una luz que la dejaban prendida toda la noche para los nuevos huéspedes que llegaran.

Desventajas: DO NOT STAY HERE!!! If you don't plan on using the bathroom or shower, it's fine. The bathroom floors are filled with water. I can't believe they find this acceptable. Also, Dom, an employee, offered me no help whatsoever when I wasn't able to charge my phone. I had a working electric adaptor and charger ( I know it worked, because I used it in a different location earlier that day) and I couldn't charge my phone which was dead. I needed a charged phone to set my alarm to wake up to catch my flight!!! I was forced by DOM's rudeness and indifference to stay up all nite so I wouldn't miss my morning flight!

Ventajas: Lo mejor del Hotel es sin duda la ubicación. Es una zona muy tranquila pero con todos los servicios. En la puerta tiene la parada del bus 24 que te lleva a los sitios más importantes de Londres.
Desventajas: La habitación es muy pequeña, pero lo peor es que no hay ningún sitio donde dejar la maleta. No hay armario, solo unas perchas para colgar poca ropa. Solo puedes abrirla encima de la cama, pero bueno por las mañanas la abríamos para coger la ropa del día y la volvíamos a dejar cerrada en el suelo. Al final te apañas. El baño es pequeño pero la ducha esta bien. Teniendo en cuenta que estas todo el día fuera, es suficiente para descansar.

Desventajas: I had a single room & it was very small, but ok. Breakfast is chaotic. The breakfast room is on the lower ground floor & isn't really large enough for the number of rooms / people. I had to start eating my breakfast standing up until a seat became available. Check-out time is 10am, which can be a bit early.

Desventajas: Staff on arrival . Arrived at 9pm having phoned ahead to advise of time. Told at reception that we couldn’t check in because we didn’t have ID. Hotel policy. This wasn’t mentioned on booking.com or on hotel website . Hotel happily took my cash in advance but then didn’t want to let us in even though we had proof of order , payment etc on paper print and email confirmation. After frustrating discussion with reception , then told that hotel had to be careful as previous night they had to call police to evict difficult guest who overstayed in room. Not impressed- and wondered what kind of place we had arrived at ! Then told that despite having paid extra for breakfast on booking.com , hotel wouldn’t accept this and we would have to pay again If we wanted breakfast. Appalling. Felt like we were being fleeced. Finally checked in and taken to basement ‘garden room’ - effectively basement room off back yard .Bathroom was also dirty . In morning had breakfast our elsewhere , despite having already paid for breakfast, but being refused by reception staff. Sorry - but we won’t be visiting again .

Ventajas: Se portaron muy bien con nosotros, llegamos a las 7 de la mañana y el check in era a las 14:00 hs, teniamos que esperar todas esas horas y como gentileza nos dieron el desayuno y la habitación estuvo lista a las 9 hs y nos dijeron que ya la podíamos ocupar, excelente !!

Desventajas: El cuarto de baño era el cuarto de baño más pequeño que he visto nunca, no es broma, como 3 pies por 3 pies; estaba básicamente en la ducha si estabas en el tocador. Había sólo una cortina para la ducha, no como una ducha real en la que puedas entrar. Pero fue factible para la situación.

Desventajas: Breakfast was from 7am until 10am. Which means if a guest turned up 2 minutes before 10am they should still be offered a full breakfast. We arrived at 9.30am and already the staff were clearly away. We were able to have coffee and cereal, but yogurt and pastries were not refilled and there was no orange juice. This was disappointing

La puerta del cuarto de baño había que dejarla abierta, porque no se cabía. El techo de la ducha con humedades. La placa ducha de 50x50. La tele en un lateral. Las ventanas muy viejas y daban a un muro. Se escuchaban goteras en el patio. Los recepcionistas muy antipáticos. Desayuno normal.
