Desventajas: Brilliant accommodation and close to Paddington and Hyde park. The staff were friendly and attentive.

Ventajas: Great location, nice decor, super staff

Desventajas: The reception and welcome is 5 star but the rooms are nowhere near. More like a 3 star if I am honest. Breakfast didn’t blow me away either.

Ventajas: Best features of this hotel: convenient location; fine breakfast buffet; quiet.

Desventajas: Single room is truly tiny. No space even for a comfortable chair, only a small bench. Spotless bathroom, but no hot water in the basin - at best luke warm. Duvet provided too warm for the season, so despite the airconditioning, slept very poorly. Counted four mirrors in my little room, but no artwork at all. No artwork anywhere to be seen in the hotel lobby, or the dining room. Strangely blank and characterless environment filled only with dark wood veneer and leatherette furniture, and reflections of yourself in mirrors, glass doors, and polished floors.

Ventajas: The staff are excellent and very helpful.

Desventajas: The green light above the door, I assume is for fire safety, but it is large and lights the entire room at night, its excessive given the bed is less than a metre from the door. It was noisy as the upstairs guests could be heard walking about their room and so too the next door guests can be heard talking. The walls must be very thin but disruptive to a good nights sleep. I mistakenly pressed an electronic button that had a couple of zzz's on it, thinking this would switch off all the lights. Instead this is a button to show no housekeeping so my room was not cleaned the following day. Rather confusing and not well explained. Barring one member of staff at reception, the rest were rather unfriendly. No one bothered to assist me lifting my luggage down the stairs when I was leaving. I paid in cash for my breakfast as it was not reflected on my bill as yet when checking out. I have since discovered an additional GBP10.95 debited to my account for a very meagre croissant, fruit and weak tea, despite already having paid for it. I have emailed the hotel to notify them but this was not reversed and I have had no correspondence via booking.com

Ventajas: Great location Clean and welcoming Very organised Staff incredibly attentive- they were the highlight

Desventajas: The single room was very small, but ok. As was the bathroom, but there was nowhere to put toiletries due to a huge sink which took up most of the space.

Ventajas: It is exceptionally clean and had good location. Hotel staff very courteous and friendly. I enjoyed my stay for a couple of days.

Desventajas: Means of communicating with staff of the hotel from the rooms is poor. For instance I could not get in touch with restaurant and laundry easily until I got to the front desk.

Ventajas: Buena ubicación. Zona muy tranquila, pero a un par de minutos de restaurantes y tiendas y de la estación de Paddington. Personal de recepción y zona de desayuno muy amable. Desayuno bastante completo y la habitación con detalles propios de un 5 estrellas. Muy buen detalle al traerme a la habitación una felicitación de cumpleaños junto a un pastel y una botellita de champán

Ventajas: Muy buena ubicación y desayuno. habitaciones extremadamente pequeñas y algo ruidosas

Desventajas: Me ubicaron primero en una habitación con escaleras donde no entraban dos valijas y luego en otra para discapacitados! Esto trae algunos inconvenientes para los que no lo somos sobre todo en los baños

Ventajas: Los hoteles de Londres son notoriamente decepcionantes y consistentemente decepcionantes, minúscula y burda. Así que me sorprendió mucho que esta habitación fuera recientemente modernizada y bastante agradable y limpia, aunque todavía pequeña. Durante mi estancia hubo reformas, pero la tripulación fue muy cortés y tranquila. La ubicación al lado de paddington es una gran ventaja. El desayuno estaba muy por encima de los estándares de Londres.

Desventajas: Staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. The people next door were making a lot of noise, when I complained, a young man came and said he couldn't do anything. The next morning, cleaning staff knocked on my door super early despite me having a sign up that said do not disturb. The room was super tiny and the bathroom sink was incredible unpracticle - so deep that it splashes water everywhere

Ventajas: The atmosphere was good. The light when eating breakfast was good.

Desventajas: Cost is high compared to location and room size. The lack of reception does not work in terms of operation.

Ventajas: Close to Paddington station.

Desventajas: Room was super small. There is no room for laguage, as well there is no place to unpack your wardrobe.

Ventajas: Breakfast was really delcious and there is a good variety you can choose from.

Desventajas: There were not enough clothes hooks and storage space (e.g. shelf boards) where we could put our things.

Ventajas: Stylish, excellent amenities, friendly and efficient staff. Location. Excellent breakfast (not included in my price, but glad I ate there).

Desventajas: Noise at night from street (single glazed windows). Small room hard to access with heavy luggage (NB: staff did help on arrival). Seemed poor value for small room.

Ventajas: Loved this hotel. Staff was incredibly helpful. Rooms were beautifully curated. Restaurant and coffee shop were hip and tasty. Def get the breakfast included if you can. If not, go anyway! It's perfect. -- WILL RECOMMEND TO ALL MY COWORKERS.

Ventajas: el diseño del hotel es muy chulo

Desventajas: el tamaño de la habitación. es infima. no caben bien dos personas. no hay sitio para dejar las cosas. también hay ruido del exterior al no tener ventanas dobles o similar

Ventajas: La ubicación es perfecta, sobre todo si se viene desde el aeropuerto de Heatrow, ya que tomando el tren Express llegas en menos de 20 minutos. El personal es muy amable y están muy dispuestos a ayudar. Mi habitación estaba muy limpia, luminosa, pequeñita pero para mi sola estaba muy bien y con una linda vista.

Desventajas: Siempre es incómodo tener que subir valijas grandes por escaleras de caracol. Sería bueno poder comunicarse a la recepción desde las habitaciones o desde un área común.

Desventajas: Although, it is a very nice hotel. If you are looking for a quite good night sleep, this is not the place for you. Because it is in front of paddington station and the walls and windows are thin.

Ventajas: very clean and very nice looking the location is good but expect 10 -15 min to the tube if you walk slow and easy staff is nice and breakfast is a fair price and good value for money beds were nicely made up and sheets were very clean

Desventajas: noise isolation is not the best, it's a good thing it's in a quiet location , but still work in the street ( garbage disposal or something ) in the street outside woke my wife up some days ( we were in the 4th floor) mattress was a bit too hard for our taste ( we didn't complain about any of these to the hotel staff ... it could be that they could have done something not sure)

Ventajas: Buena ubicacion, cerca del metro, la pieza de buen tamaño, comoda, sin ser grande, rico y abundante desayuno.

Desventajas: Hotel ruidoso, el pasajero del dormitorio de arriba caminaba a todas horas del dia y de la noche y nos despertaba. Lo mismo cuando hablaban las mucamas en el pasillo en la mañana temprano. Pedi late check out y no hubo ninguna disposición a darlo luego de haber estado 10 noches.

Desventajas: Rude staff!! Key was changed each day. Blow dryer didn’t work but was told 3 times I didn’t know how to use it. Been blowing my hair dry for 45 years pretty sure I know how to use one. Horrible hotel. Do not stay there!!!

Ventajas: Nice, boutique hotel on a quiet street close to the Hyde park and 10 min walk from the Paddington station. We were upgraded to a jr. suite at no charge and it was a very pleasant bonus. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was welcoming a friendly.

Desventajas: They have 2 breakfast options: continental or hot English. We had a continental included in the price. There is a special person that instructs each guest on which breakfast they are entitled to have and that the hot breakfast is extra. Not very classy... I have a feeling they spend more money doing that and creating a negative vibe, as opposed to letting everyone have some scrambled eggs (how much can they cost?) and a good impression of the hotel.

Ventajas: This is my third time staying at this hotel, love the location and this time I got upgraded to a suite!

Desventajas: I wished they would allow for earlier check in times.

Desventajas: The service provided by certain staff members at breakfast. The main lift always goes down to the lower ground floor.

Ventajas: The room was bigger than I thought it would be, there was a good selection for breakfast.

Desventajas: The view from the room wasn’t great.

Ventajas: Comfortable room of a decent size with sitting area and desk as well as a good sized, comfortable bed. Continental breakfast has a good selection with hot option at extra cost.

Desventajas: La habitación era pequeña, pero estaba bien para una larga estancia de fin de semana. La conexión wifi era lenta

Desventajas: The room position, they booked us in the basement. I can know if anyone from the resident go to the toilet because all the room pipes when out by our room.

Ventajas: The bed was fantastic and impressed with the quality of the room. Staff were polite and friendly.

Desventajas: Didn’t have breakfast as gluten and dairy intolerant, so wouldn’t have been value for money. It would have been a nice touch if still bottled water was complimentary. Noise from kitchen above caused a disturbance to sleep. Stain on carpet.

Desventajas: la leyenda urbana que hacen muchos hoteles con booking, volvió a cumplirse en este hotel: te dan las peores habitaciones disponibles, si vienes a traves de una oferta booking. en concreto nos alojaron en la planta sotano, en una habitación interior de nivel -1 respecto a calle, que parecía una cueva

Desventajas: Room was way too small, especially around the bed. The bathroom was tiny. Not enough space to say that it was a deluxe for our anniversary. Disappointed. Overpriced for 1 night. Stayed in better rooms for less money in London.Won’t be staying here again.

Ventajas: Reception staff couldn't do enough to help you. Small boutique hotel providing an oasis from the hustle and bustle of Central London. Outdoor terraces to take breakfast, coffee and drinks.

Desventajas: A couple of the waiting staff appeared a little hurried in their service. We also were asked to pay for breakfast before it had arrived!
