The hotel was very well located in the heart of the cool Baixa area, close to the waterfront and Castelo de S. Jorge. The rooms were very clean, well presented, comfortable and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided a proper concierge style service that really enhanced our stay. This included directions, airport taxi and restaurant bookings which proved were excellent. The port of custard tarts in reception were a nice touch too.

Small thing (literally) the storage in the room was quite small only added here for constructive feedback. It really had little impact on us and isn't something that would stop us from staying here again or heartily recommending this fabulous hotel to others.

The staff at behotelisboa is amazing - both Ana and Maria at the front desk, as well as the hotel manager and the gentlemen from the night shift were incredibly accommodating and went the extra mile to make sure that we had a pleasant and hassle-free stay. They were attentive to our needs and always greeted us with the biggest smiles. The hotel is conveniently located close to some tourist attractions in the historical centre of Lisbon - the Santa Justa elevator is 3 minutes away on foot, and the Praça do Comércio is just a 5-minute walk away. The rooms were very clean and there were power plugs on each side of the beds, which I always appreciate.

The one thing that could really be improved is placing luggage racks in the rooms. The breakfast was a bit basic but good nonetheless.

This was a great comfortable boutique hotel very centrally located. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Staff were superb, who all very professional & went over and above with their warmth and hospitality. I would not hesitate to stay there again

I will be quite honest in saying that there was nothing I didn’t like. This hotel completely met my needs for my stay at that time

Staff where excellent and friendly. Excellent location. Very good breakfast choice.

The shower had a curtain and water went all over the floor but friends room did not and we found out we where in the disabled room, so understand why but was not offered the choice. Had to kill 4 bugs that where in the room over 2 days.
