The staff was friendly, the location central and very good. I wouldn't recommend the double room or come again.

Not too clean: hair in corners and dark weird spots on bathroom floor. I am aware that a hostel is not a hotel, but still: for the double room with private bath at 75€ not really a decent standard or a good deal, especially since the view was of a concrete wall, flecked with plenty pigeon excrement. Plastic wood imitation floors, bathroom sink tiny. Very soft mattress; everytime someone returned late that night, the heavy thump of the security door leading to all the guestrooms was a distraction. The breakfast that was unfortunately included in the price was literally the most basic and cheapest of the cheap: not even low quality, cheap cheese but even cheaper "cheese product". We could have had a fine, inexpensive breakfast in any one of the cute Cafés nearby had we known. Especially the breakfast didn't leave a good impression, as if someone cared about the well-being if their guests. Maybe what to expect if one stays in the dorm rooms.
