Very friendly polite and helpful staff. The property was clean, the apartment was a good size for a family of five with good facilities, the decor was a little tired. After a long drive we enjoyed, pizzas and a few cold drinks at the Apart City Lyon, good food reasonably priced. Very comfortable bed, great night sleep

We were there during the Women's World Cup 2019 A few of the staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were very helpful and friendly.
The hotel advertises air conditioning but it did not work efficiently. The staff attempted to fix it but it simply did not circulates or blow out cold air. We were moved to a different room but it made little difference. A fan was finally provided and helped a little but temperature was unbearable, Some staff at the front desk were not as helpful and sent us in th wrong direction several times. We ordered their pizza and after eating it one family member came down with food poisoning and had to be taken to the hospital when we reported the incident to the front desk they appeared indifferent .
