Nice rooms, clean and convenient.

Staff was not helpful. Our booking amount was blocked on the card multiple times without the person responsible acknowledging it or changing it. After a week we are still waiting for 2 of the extra blockages to be unblocked.

Breakfast, kitchenette, dining table in room. Room size.

No restaurant or room service on a Saturday or Sunday evening. 15 Euro charge per night car parking. Bathroom tired. Poor room lighting.

Location. Easy access to bus and metro

The shower door made it very uncomfortable to shower without letting water out. The toilet though looked clean had a bad smell. The staff could do a better job at explaining use of public transportation. Once we figured it out it was easy to go everywhere. They could have mentioned it is walking distance from Les Halles de Lyon. Even Old Lyon was 21 minutes walking.

The staff very nice and have a warm greetings especially the Elizabeth and the other woman there. Room is big it’s fit for 4/5 person I guess

The property seems like very old and need to renovate, we seen dirty carpet under the sofa and also bit dark for me
