Stayed and it was a freezing cold night, the radiator wasn't working called the lady on the front desk who said someone will come to fix it. No one showed up. Had to try and sleep with my coats on me as well to keep me warm, ended up not sleeping. I have fibromyalgia so my whole body was in pain the next day. Have sent an email to complain and they havent even had the decency to reply. Why pay for a room to sleep when there is no basic heating and you cant get sleep or comfy. I want my money back please.

We loved being in the city centre, price was fantastic and with the hotel being pet friendly made it a lot easier choice for us, we would definitely stay again
No parking at the hotel, but many 24 hour car parks available, if you use the hotels recommend one, you get it at a discounted price ( see reception )

The rooms with windows aren't as good as the A-rooms without windows.
