The room was amazing!!! The staff did EVERYTHING possible to help me & my infirm mother. They were kind & compassionate. The shower in the room was like from hgtv. I don’t know how anything could have been better.

Not only was our stay perfect, the hotel was very accomodating around the whole situation regarding hurrricane Dorian. Though the term for a refund was no longer in place, they offered us a full refund. This was before we knew the details of Dorian. We gladly accepted the offer, but were also lucky that we could visit Miami a week later. The hotel is on a perfect location in SoBe, near the Beach and in a walking distance from everything.

La ubicación es muy buena, la habitación fue muy grande, bonita, y estaba muy limpia. El desayuno está bien y el precio es muy bueno para Miami. Totalmente repetible.
