Hipotels Gran Playa De Palma

Initially we were concerned on arrival because our room was not ready however the receptionist immediately told us we were going to be upgraded to a Junior Suite complimentary and whilst that was being prepared we were given complimentary drinks at the pool bar. The staff were excellent, helpful and ensured we had a wonderful break. Will use the same hotel again if we return to the same area.

Hotel is modern and spotless. We had half board and food was excellent. Pool area is nice and facilities in general very functional. Beach is only 200 meters from hotel gate. Service was also pleasent and especially Dominika worked hard to keep children and adults entertained.

It is surely not the most quitest part of Mallorca around the hotel and the beach is crowded by young party people. Did not bother us, but good to know, especially if planning to spend a peaceful beach holiday.

El hotel no tiene nada que envidiar al de 5 estrellas que esta pegado . Las habitaciones grandes y muy bien equipadas. El baño es espectacular y grande. Muy limpio. Las instalaciones también están geniales . Tienes varias piscinas y el spa es también gratuito al igual que el gym. La playa está a tan solo 150 m y muy cerca hay supermercados y tiendas .

Los horarios de las comidas ... me hubiera gustado que la cena fuera hasta un poco más tarde ...

The hotel is very modern, clean and new. Staff are very friendly. Great location to beautiful beach, bars and restaurants. Food in the hotel is very good I would recommend half board option well worth the money. Room very spacious with great balconies. Sister hotel on the same location and it’s possible to go between and see their entertainment and have a drink on their roof top bar with fab views.

I just found the pillows a little uncomfortable and my massage in the spa was also disappointing. Apart from that everything else was fab!

Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. We only had breakfast at the hotel, which was great and a good value. We visited other 4 stars hotels in the area, and this was - by far - the best. New, modern, extremely stylish, elegant, super clean. Fitting name for the place. Overall, great hotel.

Area was just ok, across from a (famous) local drinking spot (never seen so many drunk teenagers in my life). View from the room was full on drinking spot, plus peekaboo sea. Every morning, we had full view of the employees sorting out recycling (aka beer bottles) at that place, plus a faint smell of garbage. So we did not spend any time on the balcony, but we only stayed in the room for sleep anyway.
