Panorama Naama Heights

The staff were always very helpful. The food was good and delicious for the most part. (except for the chicken as mentioned above). We had lots of fun with the animation team. They were very friendly and nice. The hotel managed to book trips for us with an outside company on the spot which was very helpful as we were kind of lost when it came to that. The aqua park was nice. The sea was a little bit far from the hotel but the hotel provides transportation so that's okay. It was an overall good experience.

Two of our party suffered some kind of a rash right after getting out of the pool. I think they were allergic to one of the chemicals used to maintain the water there. We checked and found multiple reviews mentioning the same rash after getting out of the pool. I would suggest the hotel double checks all the chemicals they're using and try to avoid using something that a portion of people are allergic to, especially that it's not a small portion of people. When it comes to food, it was delicious and diverse except for the chicken. They served chicken in so many different ways and none of them were good, it was always either overcooked or the opposite and I didn't really like it all even though chicken in general is one of my favorite food.
