Ventajas: Crew was awesome.... fg

Desventajas: No earphones were given for the onboard entertainment.....

Ventajas: Nothing

Desventajas: Everything. Never in my life I experienced this. It was beyond inefficiency, it was literally CRUELTY

Ventajas: Decent entertainment but the headphones provided were bad.

Desventajas: Flight attendants were terrible. No name tags. Sat in the back gossiping the whole flight. Didn’t even bring around water after serving the “meal” right after takeoff.

Ventajas: The crew was very nice people. It was a good trip.

Ventajas: Great service

Desventajas: some food was frozen when served (salad and cheese). Coffee wasn't that great either.

Desventajas: If the disembarking didn't take 45 minutes.

Desventajas: Air circulation on the jfk ist flight was absent and my wife almost suffocated and has to get closer to an exit door to get some air. Last time to use turkish airline

Desventajas: Good trip

Ventajas: Crew was pleasant.

Desventajas: Flight is always packed to capacity and seats are small. Uncomfortable. On the good side, we had a new plane with leather-like seats.

Desventajas: Delayed 1.5 hours each way for maintenance, did not allow us to switch seats to sit together previously at flight and the flight was very empty. Very uncomfortable seats. Will not fly AA again

Ventajas: Flight wa smooth, little to no turbulence.

Desventajas: No notice of the delay. There were several adecúate attendants and one needs to be taken out of her misery. What an awful negative and rude person, I feel sad for her. The others were ok.

Desventajas: Everything. The most horrrble experience. Delayed for 2 hours of which 1 was spent in a motionless plane. Hot, no AC,no water, no food, and all because of their mistake

Ventajas: Friendly crew short plane trip.

Desventajas: I was charged 120 dollars for my luggage and I bought the ticket with the impression that it was included. The lady at the airport told me that I should have paid at the check in but it was nothing there to inform or indicate anything about it. And I have to pay another $120 to go back. I'm never buying from kayak or air eurpa again.

Desventajas: me modificaron horario de aerolinea asociada y perdi el vuelo si compensacion ni nada!!!! tuve que comprar otro boleto

Ventajas: The staff is always very polite and nice.

Desventajas: First flight of the day was majorly delayed. I understand these things happen. But all flights before 09:00 are the star flights where airlines get their on-time departure scores. They failed today.

Desventajas: Bathrooms not maintained, flight delayed after on plane, and only had water offered 1x on the flight even though we were on the plane for about 2 hours longer than planned.

Ventajas: Plane was nice and the crew was good, except that the flight left almost an hour late without enough announcements as to what was going on and when we might be leaving.

Desventajas: More communications when the flight has been delayed and sitting there.

Desventajas: When I booked my flight I was never asked if I wanted to include a piece of luggage so I assumed it was covered, and then I got charged $120 for it at the check-in desk. No apologies whatsoever from the lady, who was pretty rude. I will never fly with them again since the service is not great and this charge made the overall cost of the trip more expensive than traveling with a better airline.

Desventajas: Seats in economy section are very close together . There is not enough room for knees...especially for such a long trip.

Ventajas: the crew was wonderful, we got a nice Wrap and water, wine or coffee for free, not all airlines serve it anymore, we were on time and I got whatsapp message with updates of the flight

Ventajas: The crew was professional & friendly

Desventajas: Food was terrible honestly, entertainment system didn't work on 1st flight.

Ventajas: The socks offered in business were comfortable and nice looking. The red wine was good.

Desventajas: The food was just average and the seat not too comfortable

Desventajas: Maybe consider some upgrades when its possible

Ventajas: La atención en todo Momento muy buena no tengo queja de todo, todo el personal muy amables el avión limpio, mi maleta no estaba maltratada

Ventajas: It was my birthday and the flight attendant gave me a rose, gummibears and champagne and congratulate me and I was very happy to receive that gesture

Desventajas: Boarding (by bus) was a total chaos. I had to stand for about 50 minutes, either on the crowded bus or, after climbing with great difficulty three flights of stairs to a high jet-bridge (I am 76), standing there forever with 200 persons waiting to get access to the plane. Totally unacceptable. They started the boarding process early (50 minutes before departure), but passengers were allowed to actually board the plane at the time it was supposed to take off.

Desventajas: Seats are not comfortable for long haul. Airbus 380 premier economy. Not enough reclining and leg support.

Desventajas: I dint like the way you guys sold me the tickets with only one bag to check in with when I went to the airport I’ve got to pay 58 pounds extra I was not happy with you guys so next time you have to tell your customers before they buy the tickets that’ it’s one bag check

Ventajas: Crew was great but at the airport they had us weight our carry on and then made us check it for 90 euro.

Ventajas: En Amsterdam cambiaron de puerta de embarque varias veces. Al salir del primer vuelo Bilbao Amsterdam nos dijeron la B30; alli no era y en los monitores vimos la B06; luego al ver que 30 min antes de salir nadie se movía en el embarque. Vimos que se cambió a la B34. El vuelo se retrasó 20min.

Desventajas: Ya que existe la app de KLM debería actualizar la puerta de embarque para evitar confusiones y stress. Y siempre la megafonía de los aeropuertos. No comprendo que con todos los adelantos que hay en audio, sigamos escuchando tan mal las megafonías y aquellos que hablan tengan tan mala dicción.

Ventajas: The crews were pretty great!

Desventajas: The regulating of the temperature.

Ventajas: Great new airport. Friendly staff. Traveled with them before and will again. Great rate and 2 bags!

Desventajas: Unrelated to the flight, the ground handling staff at Istanbul airport, especially the information desk, should be given a crash course in customer care.

Desventajas: Food was horrible but again not looking to eat on planes anyway

Desventajas: Even though there were flight/seats available, Avianca did not make them availability to flight changes and only for new reservations. Extremely disappointed at you fraudulent business practices.

Ventajas: OnLine Check-in worked intuitive and the Avianca-crew are in general good people

Desventajas: There were no movies avaible on the entertainment system. Only television-alike stuff. Was okay, but could be better

Desventajas: On time. Good flight
