Ventajas: Arrived alive.

Desventajas: Literally everything. Plane was super dirty upon boarding amongst other typical AA complaints.

Desventajas: The salad was included two unmentioned items that were unwelcome: bleu cheese and pasta.

Ventajas: The crew was fine the seats were horrible. I will not fly American again as this is the second trip I took in the last year one to Japan one to Greece. Both times I felt like a sardine.

Desventajas: 2 inches in both directions.

Ventajas: Despite the fact that im a platinum member they offer no benefits during the flight. Seats are torture chairs . Im definitely moving my bussiness w another airline

Desventajas: Old Plane, My seat control had an error message, service could improve a lot it was a first class ticket and I had no service at all... I had just ONE DRINK during all the flight. Flight attendants were MIA the whole time. Food service was regular. I am completely disappointed of Aeromexico

Desventajas: Air Canada, whose flight this was, was understaffed and disorganized in Milan. No kiosks for self service, no identification of which line to wait in for what, lines spilling over into common area with >100 people and their luggage waiting. Waited almost an hour just to get a boarding pass.

Desventajas: Not much keg room for a medium size female.

Desventajas: The seats hurt to sit in for long than a couple hours.

Ventajas: The crew was very good and very attentive!

Desventajas: The boarding process.... we had to change gates kind of last minute and from there on it was a bit chaotic ... we boarded via buses and then had to climb stairs to enter our airplane.

Desventajas: Many delays boarding plane. No entertainment at all on a flight longer than 3 hours is insane. Flight crew are great, though.

Desventajas: crew and knowledge on parent control for video, kids safety jacket not distributed and no knowledge or help on connecting flights and no knowledge on car seat use in flight (i was told it was NOT safe to have the child in the car seat for take off and landing)

Desventajas: Better, cleaner seats. Poor movie selection and nott to mention terrible food.

Desventajas: Petiole are treated spending $1000 on a trip as poor with very uncomfortable seats and mediocre food

Desventajas: We had to wait more than an hour inside the plane to take off, we arrived 2h late

Ventajas: There was a blonde flight attendant who was extremely attractive which distracted from how hot the plane was during boarding and prior to take off since the air was not on.

Desventajas: Turn the air on before you start boarding the flight.

Ventajas: Other legs of flight were worse.

Ventajas: Crew was friendly. First class seats fully reclined.

Desventajas: I have flown LATAM several times recently, and ALL the planes are old. They are showing their age. For the prices LATAM charges, they should modernize their dated planes. Also, the food leaves much to be desired

Desventajas: Crew could be trained for better service, most all were rude and annoyed that they were there.

Ventajas: I had a nice exit row seat and the plane had a good selection of entertainment.

Desventajas: flights were delayed significantly and in Tbilisi the staff did not show up until about 10 minutes before the plane was supposed to depart. Crew had not been inside the new airport and could not answer questions about transfers.

Desventajas: It was a very long flight and the leg room is too small especially for a very tall person.

Desventajas: Hi the flight from New York to Istanbul was deleted four 4 hours . from Istanbul to Madina it was ok but I didn't may bagages yet.

Desventajas: Flight was good. Since flying is everyday anymore if you want perks you will just have to pay for something more.

Desventajas: If the flight left on time - I missed my connection

Ventajas: Fine flight once we were in the air.

Desventajas: There were NO SIGNS saying it was a level flight, not Iberia. No one at Iberia check in desk etc. We eventually figured it out after a while. In general Iberia and level are short staffed and unorganized. If you're willing to deal with this, it's an affordable option and they'll get you from A to B.

Ventajas: Nothing outstanding comes to mind. TAP Portugal was a million times more hospitable and accommodating.

Desventajas: They allowed us to check a bag, without telling us that it definitely would not make it to our next stop on time. Almost all the passengers on our plane had to return the next day to collect our bags, at our own expense. This had happened to the flight before us too. There were no apologies to us

Desventajas: Business area crew needs to better service from Bogota to san salvador.

Desventajas: Couldn't find out online which gate my flight was leaving from. Long bus ride from jetway to plane. No in-flight entertainment, uncomfortable seats.

Desventajas: Check-in process and seat selection is misguiding and confusing. Boarding was slow and takeoff took place an hour later than scheduled.

Desventajas: Not only was the flight hours late but there was practically no communication what was going on and what to expect.

Desventajas: The seats was no to comfortable for the price . They charge for the luggage and any company for traveling internationally does for almost one luggage

Desventajas: They charged us extra for set 3 and it is on the back side of a bothersome curtain separating us from 1st class. As the plane took off it flew in our face. Flight attendants took great care of the 8 people up front and offered the rest of the plane the opportunity to buy stuff and drinks.

Ventajas: Same, crew was fine but we were held at the gate for a long time with no explanation. Got to Austin much later than expected.

Ventajas: The crew was cool! No problems whatsoever, didn’t know what was leaking on me! And the flight was horrible with Turbulence! I was scared at every moment and the landed was ok! I have had better flights!

Desventajas: I’m not sure at this point! Probably just Mother Nature!
