Hotel is a beautiful space, modern and filled with history and charm. The bed in my room invited deep sleep and for a room on the first floor was remarkably quiet.
My room was comfortable but view from my window wasn't quite what I expected! Room 111 has delightful outlook onto ugly concrete walls and metal extraction pipes with a fire escape to boot!

beds and pillows are super comfy, hotel staff helps you any time and location is absolutely great! Would come again!
Hotel could use better ventilation in 2 scenarios: 1. You come out from breakfast extremelly smelling after food 2. In the rooms, the ventilation or air con did not stop blowing even after I turned it off - meaning we had to turn the temperature up so at least the air that was blowing was not cold. Obviously it made the room very warm, which came to be an issue for my bf.

Practical location.
Noisy room poor for sleeping. Poor room cleaning service, room not vacuumed until the last day (3day stay). Room not cleaned until late afternoon. Replacement clean towels were stained and very thin and hard from wear. Not what you would expect from a Hilton hotel group. Desk staff not very helpful or friendly with the exception of one young lady.and the breakfast room staff.Overall poor value for money.
