Ventajas: Friendly and great service. Flight attendants like their job. Food was good. Flight on time

Desventajas: More legroom

Ventajas: I had a connection flight which would not be for another 11 hours so I left the airport to get some sleep coming back the same carry-on I have with me now cannot come with me they want me to pay 40euro. In the meantime the flight is 40% empty and plenty of over head and yes is the same size of plane I came in the first place. However the agent was nice after I explain my situation she not charges me.

Desventajas: Same airline coming from one place have different methods it’s a bit confusing.

Desventajas: A controlar las personas en cuánto al ruido porque puede ser molesto ya qué el viaje es un poco largo y la comida no es sana siempre dan lo mismo

Desventajas: Lufthansa would not reschedule my flight to Rome on March 5th 2020 despite the fact that the CDC was at level 3 alert and telling all travelers to avoid the entire country of Italy. At the same time every public facility in Italy had already been closed. At the same time, AK Airlines in the United States is offering free cancellations of domestic flights and we hardly have the virus in country. Next year when I go to Rome, it will be with another airline that cares about people’s safety.

Ventajas: The crew on this flight were excellent professional and friendly. They were also very patient. The best part of the trip.

Desventajas: The food needs major improvement. What has happened to Lufthansa??? Other people on other flights with Lufthansa complain bitterly about the food. It has gone down hill. People should not be dreaming of Virgin Atlantic food while on a flight with Lufthansa!

Ventajas: Seats very comfortable

Desventajas: Nothing

Ventajas: Friendly, quick and efficient crew! Great food too!! My favorite part when in Houston, Texas my starting point, was that I never had to do the self check in, y’all actually had “real” people going the job!!

Desventajas: Boarding in order, by the seat numbers. That’s the only thing y’all can improve on. It was my first time booking with Lufthansa, and I will definitely book with y’all again.

Ventajas: Crew was very nice

Desventajas: The aisle between seats are too small. The carts and people can barely make it through. Aisle passengers always get bumped making it a long flight.

Desventajas: All of the less than good, obvious!

Ventajas: Information sharing by pilots and crew. Economy class leg room is good.

Desventajas: All good up to the level

Ventajas: The crews were pretty great!

Desventajas: The regulating of the temperature.

Ventajas: The socks offered in business were comfortable and nice looking. The red wine was good.

Desventajas: The food was just average and the seat not too comfortable

Ventajas: Nice crew, good food.

Desventajas: Both bathroom were not working in business class area.

Desventajas: When its rain we shouldn’t walk to the air plain

Ventajas: Almost everything, especially the crew.

Desventajas: Don’t feel like anything should be better to be honest

Ventajas: Flight was on time.

Desventajas: Staff: from check in to landing, they could at least smile. Baggage claim was a nightmare, 6 Schengen flights in the same belt.
