Desventajas: Wasn't able to online check-in thus losing my window seat 21A I had selected.

Ventajas: A340-600 is a wonderful plane, but economy is too cramped. The stewards do their job of feeding the "cattle", which lacks any personal service.

Desventajas: The terminal updates of terminal and gate notifications were wrong! If we had followed your email and gone to T3, we could have missed our flight and be worn out from changing terminals.

Ventajas: Loved that each flight I took, there were meals provided.

Desventajas: Excellent assisted transfer between Austrian Airlines flight and Lufthansa flight to Seattle in Frankfurt. Boarding in Frankfurt could have been handled easier in groups by seating. Friendly stewards, good entertainement and food options. Quiet B 747 plane, spacious overhead stowage.

Desventajas: The plane was excessively hot before takeoff due to a inoperative power unit and the flight crew did nothing to cool it off despite delays

Desventajas: American Air cancelled my flight two hours before departure and didn't rebook it. My trip to Atlanta was cancelled. I lost a lot of money and time since I drove 2 hours to get to Chicago airport to find out I couldn't even fly. I missed my weekend event. It was the most horrible bizarre experience.

Desventajas: No hacer perder los vuelos a sus pasajeros ya que tenia que vilar ayer y me cerraron la puerta en la cara xdocpor una demora con la policia me demoré y robaron 150 € por cambiarme el billete cdo nonera mi culpa. Deben tratar mejor al pasajero. Ya que el avion estaba aun con la manga colocada.

Ventajas: Every thing generally quite good. My seating colored my experience.

Desventajas: I missed where in purchasing a ticket one reserves a seat. Thus, I had a middle seat with a very large person next to me and was separated from my wife. The seat was too small for me and I was in pain not being able to stretch my legs, except for getting up to use the toilet. Oh well.

Desventajas: Boarding took forever. Leaving the gate took forever. Dude next to me was crazy rude to me and the flight attendant.

Ventajas: Gate agent recognized that we barely made the connection from an Auckland flight, so she moved us to more-comfortable seats. Flight left on time and arrived early.

Desventajas: Hi the flight from New York to Istanbul was deleted four 4 hours . from Istanbul to Madina it was ok but I didn't may bagages yet.

Desventajas: It was a very long flight and the leg room is too small especially for a very tall person.

Ventajas: Trato excelente, buen servicio en cada aerolínea. Cubrieron mi alimentación y no tuve retraso alguno. Los 3 vuelos conectaron bien.

Desventajas: The mobile application Air France didn't know the city or airport Dubai. Often same thing happens on the android application work Sheremetievo airport in Moscow

Ventajas: El abordaje deberían hacerlo de una manera más ordenada. Los sobrecargo no son para nada amables, ven a las a los pasajeros con difucultades y no son ejecutivos en ayudar o resolver inconvenientes. El avión muy incómodo, muy poco espacio. La comida de bune sabor pero escasa.

Desventajas: La amabilidad de los sobrecargos, No son para nada amables, lucen aburridos de su trabajo como que no lo disfrutan. El abordaje es lento y desordenado, no ayudan a que los pasajeros se acomoden y sus maletas, antes lo hacían. Perdieron mi equipaje de ida y de venida. NAdie responde.

Desventajas: Half the screens were not working - crew were made aware but nothing was done. Vegetarian choices were poor to non-existent ; I witnessed crew insist to a passenger that there were no vegetarian options! They finally cobbled something together for him but not a pleasant experience

Desventajas: Well there was a LOT of turbulence but no one can control the weather and shout out to the pilot for giving us such a smooth landing a rough weather!

Ventajas: The cabin crew were amazing and the seats very comfortable, even in economy. I'm not a super comfortable flyer so I loved that the pilot would always warn when we were getting into turbulence. 2 thumbs up. I will fly Air France again

Desventajas: The filet I ordered was so tough that it was inedible. On the whole, the food was not very good, ev n the tea service which was weird. Also, the business class seat are poorly designed. If one is in a window seat and the person on the aisle is using the foot rest, one is trapped in place.

Ventajas: that we were able to depart before the airport curfew kept us from leaving since the plane was so late

Desventajas: the flight crew was late getting in from another flight which risked flight cancellation due to airport curfew. This is the second time in 3 years that I've had this experience with United.

Ventajas: on time! United lounge was amazing!

Desventajas: The armrest control for the TV embedded in the seat in front of me from Pittsburgh to Denver didn't work, so I was forced to watch sports-ball while trying to read a book/work on my laptop. There's so little space between seats that it felt like an intrusion into my personal space.

Desventajas: Extremely hot on the plane.
