Desventajas: Worst airline ever! Had to pay to print boarding pass and for carry on baggage, although this seemed to be applied only to gringos. Don't ever fly Viva Air.

Ventajas: Todo estaba bien!

Desventajas: No, todo bien.

Desventajas: They lost All fligth luggage, and they didn't Say anything 4 days after and didn't give ya answer

Ventajas: La tripulación era genial ! Los asientos eran muy incómodos.

Desventajas: ordenar el embarque por filas, dar cenas calientes, no sandwiches feos y helados.

Ventajas: The Crew tried to work with what they have.

Desventajas: 1. Plane to small. there was no room. 2. Flight was delayed for 2 hors. 3. my suitcase was sent down to storage and my back pack have to be put under my feet. but there was two more tenet my seat already. 4. We have to board the plane in the middle of the airport. and have to walk a lot to get the gate signed. 5. Once arrived I had to connect to American Airlines flight and have to walk one mille and change to get to the other side of the airport. It will be ok, but I was with a 3 year old minor and I have to deal with this and the child

Ventajas: Crew was amazing

Desventajas: Food please

Desventajas: They delayed my flight added another stop didn’t get back to LA till midnight when I should have been home for dinner.

Desventajas: Avianca customer service and reliability is terrible. I fly a lot and the lack of care for customers is incredible. Lot of dressing up employees but clearly the company is not doing well. Everyone at the airport with complaints for complex rebooking.

Ventajas: Nothing. I’ll never fly American Airlines again.

Desventajas: Literally everything. I spent 30 hours sitting in the Philadelphia airport and then had to buy a flight with SouthWest so that I could get home. Too bad my luggage is headed for Toledo.

Ventajas: In flight entertainment and food were great

Desventajas: Wish seats were comfier and more legroom

Ventajas: Wasn’t horrible.

Desventajas: Would have been nice to be on time. Not packed so every single seat was filled. But it was as expected which is the best we can expect.

Desventajas: EVERYTHING! food, crews attitude, helpfulness

Desventajas: I got there on time to board, but my mobile boarding pass will not scan. At which point I was asked to go back to the check in counter to have another one printed. Ended up missing the flight because of that. No refunds whatsoever. Apparently the boarding pass issue is common with Aeromexico at ORD

Desventajas: There was barely any room on my seat and in front. It was the worst flight experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve flown on a fair bit of airlines from 3rd world countries.

Desventajas: Seats did not match seat map

Desventajas: Delayed

Desventajas: No meal option and my video screen volume did not work

Desventajas: Flight was 2 hours delayed and there were no announcements giving the reason why. Flight itself was not bad, but no individual screens and poor channels ( no movies) on a bigger screen. Not do great on a 5 and a half hour flight.
