Ventajas: The crew on this flight were excellent professional and friendly. They were also very patient. The best part of the trip.

Desventajas: The food needs major improvement. What has happened to Lufthansa??? Other people on other flights with Lufthansa complain bitterly about the food. It has gone down hill. People should not be dreaming of Virgin Atlantic food while on a flight with Lufthansa!

Desventajas: Luggage....it is allowed to charge but they shouldn’t charge. During on boarding they communicate that because the cabin was full of hand luggage the rest of the passengers needed to dispatch their hand luggage for free. This occurs only because they charge to dispatch luggage when buying the tickets. So nobody dispatch luggage and those who dis became frustrated because they payed. This unfortunately occurs on all companies.

Desventajas: Call for stewards was not working and the temperature of the flight was miserable. Kept asking to reduce the cold and nothing. I had a window seat and there was no way to avoid the air/ac on my face the entire flight. MISERABLE!

Desventajas: It’s disappointing AA doesn’t recognize Veterans’s along with active duty during group 1 boarding. Some of us have served over 20 years and participated multiple wars. It would be a nice gesture.

Desventajas: Maintenance problems resulted in original aircraft being unavailable and switching to new aircraft at a different gate. More than 45 min late.

Ventajas: This is what an airline should be like in the US - 1 bag checked without fees, food - snacks and light meal (even on short flights), LEG ROOM, reasonable airfares. Thankfully I live near a Canadian airport. Greedy US airlines with its no-service-unless-you-pay could take a lesson.

Ventajas: The entire experience was great. Flight was at 1 got to the airport at 1208. They got me and my oversized luggage on the plane in time for take off.

Desventajas: The meal was a pasta with no protein. While delicious, along side it’s compliments of a salad, bun and yogurt, it was no bueno for someone avoiding carbs. Obviously a pathetic comment but one none the less.

Desventajas: Customer service, I wanted to cancel the flight a week before it flew but I couldn’t. This flight was a gift to my parents so they could visit muy brother graduate from Juntendo University but being that they were in their 70’s and Japan was at Level 2 according to the CDC with the Corona virus, we decided it was not safe for them to travel. Despite my efforts to cancel the itinerary, I lost all the money. Sad that they could not go and sad we lost all that hard earned money because of this corona virus and justfly could not make concessions and ANA was difficult to reach! Disappointed!

Desventajas: Bathrooms not maintained, flight delayed after on plane, and only had water offered 1x on the flight even though we were on the plane for about 2 hours longer than planned.

Ventajas: Crew attentive. The delay was due to airport conditions in FCO, cannot be blamed on Air France.

Desventajas: Food. For a 2-hour plus flight, from 11am to 1:30pm, we got 20gr pretzel sticks. This is ridiculous. Don't pretend you are not low-cost! Formerly, before the Joon failed (thank God) venture, Air France had real sandwiches around that time of the day on that line.

Ventajas: Nothing, the flight was delayed, the plane too small for passengers to store their carry-on luggage, the ground staff did not upload all the luggage and left some behind in Nairobi on the tarmac, the crew lied about the luggage being uploaded. Terrible experience! Kenya Airways is becoming worst and worst.

Desventajas: The airport was cold and it should be warmer

Ventajas: The crew from Kili to DarEsSalam was tired. A fresh crew worked from DarEsSalam to AMS and they were great.

Desventajas: The boarding process was chaotic. The passengers in the first boarding group had to fight through the crowd because there were no boarding lanes.

Ventajas: Seat in Business Class Dreamliner was excellent-very comfortable with great flexibility of use. Service was attentive, but challenged to understand English

Desventajas: Awful experience, we're travelling with a Toddler and they didn't have any consideration at all...the staff always with a bad attitude

Ventajas: La tripulación súper amable y el embarque estuvo a tiempo! La programación de Películas genial y eso ayuda a que el tiempo se pase más rápido por dicha.

Desventajas: Pedí una dieta especial ovolactovegetariana (con tiempo para no pasar congojas ni hambre) y me dieron una dieta completamente vegetariana. Hice todo el proceso en línea y ahí aparecía la opción de la dieta deseada, pero parece ser que pasaron por alto una parte de mi solicitud.

Ventajas: Awful food selection, small entertainment selection, none of the crew knew how to properly board the plane and left guests waiting in the aisle for over 45 minutes of standing for no reason and then yelled at the passengers that we were 'late' and that the standing passengers were causing the delay of the aircraft! The staff were VERY, VERY rude. I would do yourself a favor and NEVER fly Iberia!

Desventajas: Everything. They need an entirely new flight crew, new food service, new gate attendants, new baggage check, new ground crew. Just a joke.
