Ventajas: La relación precio calidad es excelente.

Desventajas: La persona que me atendio en el counter parecía no conocer mucho sobre la aerolínea todavía, pero fue amable. Tal vez podría haber estado más preparada para dar información.

Ventajas: More legroom on this flight & it was packed.

Desventajas: Lack of a crew delayed flight 4 + hours.

Ventajas: Appreciated the pilot keeping us informed re: turbulence and avoiding it

Desventajas: Ramps up to the plane are a challenge for someone with movement problems. They had a mechanical issue that delayed departure for almost an hour for lack of a single screw.

Ventajas: Crew was great, boarding was relatively easy and smooth. Seemed to be enough overhead storage.

Desventajas: Seats are super small, as are meals. 2 bathrooms for 100 passengers. If you have an older aerobus be prepared for shared screens and tops 1 movie in a 4.5hr flight. Could use more beverages.

Ventajas: Although the aircraft is dated, the seating was reasonably comfortable. We were fortunate in have a row of 3 seats for the two of us on the way home which made it feel significantly more spacious than outbound. The meals were appreciated and tasty.

Desventajas: The entertainment system is dated due to the age of the aircraft. However, we brought our tablets which is more than adequate. We also had back up portable chargers since there is no onboard charging. Thus, going prepared prevented any issues or concerns.

Ventajas: The flight was good!

Desventajas: We arrived in MEX 15 mins early. There were plenty of open gates, but our flight was sent way to the end of the runway. We waited over 30 mins for them to send a bus crew to pick us up. We had to walk down stairs to get off the plain. If MEX is the best airport Mexico has... they need to upgrade!

Ventajas: The leg space in the flight was amazing! Old airplane but very comfortable!!

Desventajas: The food can can be better.

Desventajas: Almost no leg room, no entertainment other than the radio, food was pretty bad and my bag got broken and ruined. There were kids running and screaming all through the flight with no intervention from the crew.

Ventajas: I liked everything on my way back from Mexico city to Houston. Plane was new and clean. Pilot was very informative and gave a smooth flight. Good snacks and nice crew.

Desventajas: I did not like the flight from Houston to Mexico City. The plane was old stinky and uncomfortable. Pilot never informed anything. The take off and landing was ruff. I guess because the plane was smaller and older than the one I came back on.

Ventajas: Second time flying with Interjet after never having heard of them and was pleasantly surprised. Granted they were both 2.5 hr flights but nonetheless they were on time and had most amenities included. Not too mention a great deal on prices.

Desventajas: Checked baggage not included.

Ventajas: Liked the simplicity of such a small airline and local routes. Make for inexpensive travel.

Desventajas: Overbooking is common and being placed on standby is unnerving when in a foreign country. The booking and reservation process needs to be looked at closely to prevent such happenings.

Ventajas: Very attentive and friendly personnel; efficient and timely boarding: surprisingly good meals

Desventajas: They tried to charge more Money all the time. During the web check in, they give you the row where the sits are not able to decline. When you try to chance it, they pretend to charge extra fee

Ventajas: Nice crew, easy on line and airport check in. Flight slightly delayed but arrived on time.

Desventajas: The San Andrés airport was way too small for all the passengers. People sitting in the aisles, clogging up fire exits, Very unsafe. The AC was too low, locals were fanning themselves. Gate was changed, crowds pushing to line up. I’ve never wanted to get on a plane and OUT of the airport so much.

Ventajas: We were able to get to our destination safely without incident. Plenty of space for overhead baggage.

Desventajas: The boarding process was confusing, no announcements in English, so we didn’t understand what was happening. Land crew was great, but the flight crew passed over us for drinks, never came to pickup any trash. Seats were terrible, very uncomfortable for a 3.5 hour flight. Flight delayed 30 min. too.

Desventajas: Arrived at gate and bridge was not installed at new gate in new part of airport. It took 45 min to find a portable gate so we could leave the plane.

Desventajas: Me hubiera gustado tener un asiento en la ventana en el primer vuelo. El vuelo fue de noche y fue difícil dormir

Desventajas: La línea en el aeropuerto de Bogotá. Me registré en línea y no me ahorré tiempo. Me Tokk más de una hora para dejar mis maletas.
