Desventajas: Luggage....it is allowed to charge but they shouldn’t charge. During on boarding they communicate that because the cabin was full of hand luggage the rest of the passengers needed to dispatch their hand luggage for free. This occurs only because they charge to dispatch luggage when buying the tickets. So nobody dispatch luggage and those who dis became frustrated because they payed. This unfortunately occurs on all companies.

Ventajas: Gate attendant was a superstar.

Desventajas: 6 hour delay due to part that St. Louis sent for - twice. Will never fly through ST Louis again on AA. Terrible Domino's pizza and water were complimentary after 4 hours delay. Returned to gate twice. 11 a.m. flight arrived at 9:30 PM ( 3 hr flight). Poor gate attendant was left to fend for herself as she was fed false and contradictory information.

Ventajas: The flights were on time.

Desventajas: It’s disappointing AA doesn’t recognize Veterans’s along with active duty during group 1 boarding. Some of us have served over 20 years and participated multiple wars. It would be a nice gesture.

Desventajas: Turkish airlines desk crew in DC. Really old aircraft with problems with recliner in business class from IST to LHE. Wooo likely not fly Turkish airlines in future

Desventajas: Worst ever airline in the world charged me for Cary on bag $430 for weight 8.7kg from Oslo Norway to adiss ababa Ethiopia I recommend no one has to fly with Turkish airline poor customer service

Ventajas: Pilots were good, they provided a smooth ride.

Desventajas: Nothing better than other competitors (Qatar Airlines). Turkish Airport had poor washrooms and seatings (not expected from a European country). Flight from Turkey to Pakistan was without earphones, you had to beg for it. Less professional airline crew.

Desventajas: Will be better if we can get off the plane sooner and faster cause it really takes too long..

Desventajas: Entertainment selection of movies and music was very poor and too limited. Food was of inferior quality for business class

Desventajas: Food could have been better, for such a long trip beverages service was scarce

Desventajas: I was charged 120 dollars for my luggage and I bought the ticket with the impression that it was included. The lady at the airport told me that I should have paid at the check in but it was nothing there to inform or indicate anything about it. And I have to pay another $120 to go back. I'm never buying from kayak or air eurpa again.

Ventajas: I was sorted on Row 3 and the drapes kept hitting the back of my head.

Desventajas: Move the drapes a few more inches back.

Ventajas: A flight was delayed due to weather conditions and we had to sit in the plane for almost an hour, BUT information sharing from the Capitan was sufficient and on-time. Very good job from pilots. Leg room in economy - I was positively surprised, very decent leg room! Thank you for providing it.

Desventajas: I flew economy and all was good and appropriate to the level.

Ventajas: The sear was messy they didn't clean it it was full of pieces of bread.

Desventajas: boarding the flight on time instead of delaying it two times... and also putting the information at the flight information screen if I haven't gone to ask to the airport information stand I would never know the flight departure gate that was at the complete opposite side of the airport of were the initial flight was going to depart.

Ventajas: I like the crew and their service, the food was amazing speacially the vanilla cheese cake desert was on point, loved it. I loved the “my flight “interaction on the screen and the different view of the plane, cockpit view, left, right etc.. amazing feature.

Desventajas: The seat could have been much better as far as reclining and space. Overall I loved the flight.

Desventajas: 2 hours delays from LAX to CDG then additional two hours delay from CDG to CAI, this is disappointing

Ventajas: Cops is always a good reason to flight

Desventajas: They always change the gates, also too many disorders in the gate previous the boarding process, the process it is not clean. They took hand baggage aleatory to send to down and do not ask if we have fragile stuffs there.

Desventajas: Turn on AC. Bigger seats. Better food. Serve drinks more than twice on an 8 hour flight. Actually have soap in the soap dispenser in the bathroom.

Desventajas: This airline charges for everything, and after you pay once, they try to charge you again, and again, and again (four different people tried to charge me 4 different times for my two checked bags). And they lost the record of my payment, so I had to show 4 times the Amex receipt showing that I had paid before. It took 45 minutes and 4 non receptive agents for me to get my luggage checked. British Airways is significantly better.

Desventajas: food

Desventajas: The crew was very aggressive and impolite. As a matter of fact I have never been in a flight in my life with such sort of crew attitude - especially with my kids (ages 6 and 10) - real animals. I will make an effort to not to with IBERIA ever again. I’m concierge key with AA and only with with Iberia because of the One World partnership.

Ventajas: Plane was nice and the crew was good, except that the flight left almost an hour late without enough announcements as to what was going on and when we might be leaving.

Desventajas: More communications when the flight has been delayed and sitting there.

Desventajas: Severe turbulence and many of the Egyptian passengers didn't understand the announcements and were getting up

Desventajas: El sistema de entretenimiento es viejo del 747 no funciona. La variedad de películas es muy pobre, comparado con otras aerolíneas. También la comida fue mediocre a mala.

Ventajas: Friendly, quick and efficient crew! Great food too!! My favorite part when in Houston, Texas my starting point, was that I never had to do the self check in, y’all actually had “real” people going the job!!

Desventajas: Boarding in order, by the seat numbers. That’s the only thing y’all can improve on. It was my first time booking with Lufthansa, and I will definitely book with y’all again.

Ventajas: Due to the corona19 virus I was not able to travel and the airline phone lines have been so busy that I’m not sure if I will be able to change my ticket.
