Ventajas: El desayuno con sus naranjas confitadas

Ventajas: Clean, spacious room, friendly and knowledgeable hosts. Delicious breakfast with fresh-squeezed orange juice, ensaïmades, and home made cake. Alcúdia is a lovely town to visit as well.

Ventajas: Quiet and in a central location. Clean and comfortable room with good facilities. Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Ventajas: In the lively old center of Alcúdia this hotel is an oasis of quietness. We found our stay there very relaxing. Room and bathroom were very clean and the personnel was very friendly. Great breakfast in the beautiful patio. The building is lovely.

Ventajas: A wonderful welcome... Nice breakfast... Quiet... Owner is very helpful and considerate !

Desventajas: Mattress is a little hard. Pillows not soft.

Ventajas: La posición del hotel es excelente, y el interior es precioso, y el personal no puede ser más amable y acomodador.

Ventajas: El trato del personal, una familia encantadora! La cama muy cómoda, la habitación con una neverita es un buen detalle. En general todo limpisimo, Desayuno muy completo, variado y con productos de la zona. En general, para repetir!!

Desventajas: Por decir alguna cosa... Los desagües van bastante lentos.

Ventajas: A lovely town house full of character. Quiet and cool. Unpretentious and welcoming.

Desventajas: Could not find English tea but I probably didn’t look too hard

Ventajas: Todo fue perfecto la Recepcion con el hombre siempre dispuesto ayudar un 10 y de limpieza otro 10 lo recomiendo para ir con pareja y desconectar de la ciudad

Ventajas: The property has been rebuilt to a very high standard, the room was superb and the bathroom the same.

Desventajas: There are no staff on duty after breakfast. It is not possible to buy any food or drink after breakfast, and certainly not in the evenings. There is no alternative but to go out in the evening, as in the hotel there is insufficient lounge space to accommodate all guests, there is only the outside courtyard. In our case, when we arrived I noticed there was no milk with the tea/ coffee tray. I was told that there would be milk available next morning at breakfast (?) and if we needed any before then, there was a Supermarket across the road. Not a good start to our holiday. There was no cooked food available at breakfast, and my request for poached eggs was refused.

Ventajas: La casa donde se encuentra el alojamiento es preciosa,dentro del centro histórico de Alcudia. La familia que lo lleva es muy amable y abietta a cualquier pregunta o consulta sobre lugares a visitar,restaurantes...

Ventajas: The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay amazing. We wish we would have had more than two nights. The shower was luxurious, we had wonderful massages, and the welcome drink was very much appreciated. We only wish the indoor pool was open a bit later!

Ventajas: El personal de recepción genial. Al entrar nos hicieron un tour por todo el hotel ya que al estar dividido en dos edificios puede generar algo de confusión a la hora de ir a tomar la copa de bienvenida y saber dónde se sirve el desayuno...que por cierto, está riquísimo! El hotel tiene un encanto especial :)

Desventajas: No hubo nada que no me gustara, aunque nos hubiera gustado saber que el restaurante solamente daba servicio de cena de jueves a sábado...ya que nuestra idea era cenar en el restaurante.

Ventajas: Breakfast was delicious, personal and service incredibly professional and kind. Our best experience on Mallorca!

Ventajas: Very centrally located in Old Alcudia, beautiful and tastefully renovated buildings with everything one might need for a shortish stay.....small pools, great breakfasts, very helpful and pleasant staff. Rooms not huge but with plenty of storage and great bathrooms although no where to hang the complimentary dressing gown....our only complaint. We had dinner on site one night, not to our taste but the other couple dining thought if was superb, so who knows? In house bar, complimentary water and tea or coffee both in rooms and reception. Good value for money.

Desventajas: Just our dinner but that was a matter of taste rather than anything more.

Ventajas: Personal muy amable, todo muy limpio y agradable

Ventajas: Everything. The staff was extremely helpful, from ordering taxi rides to giving us a lay of the land. The hotel was so gorgeous I almost didn't want to leave and the honesty bar was great when we wanted to relax after hours.

Ventajas: Personal amabilísimo y muy eficiente, siempre asesorando y preocupándose para que disfrutáramos el lugar y sus alrededores. El desayuno excelentísimo, pocas veces se disfruta la calidad y la excelencia de lo recién preparado y todo casero, variando cada día lo que ofrecen.

Desventajas: nada

Ventajas: Very friendly and helpful staff, always willing to assist with recommendations of places to visit and happy to provide beach towels, pool towels, iron etc. Comfortable room with very well appointed bathroom. Beautiful pool areas, tranquil and very clean. Excellent variety of breakfast food (the freshly cooked eggs were delicious!). Beautiful location in a quiet part of town with a wide range of restaurants a very short walk away. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Can Mostatxins for a wonderful stay!

Desventajas: Very cold swimming pools a hotel of this calibre they should be heated and much warmer The food at dinner I struggled to eat as everything was peppered or seasoned both meat and vegetables so not to my taste. Plenty of choice and others were eating plenty of the food. The price as a solo traveller

Ventajas: The staff were terrific. The food was very good. The location was excellent. The bike shop we rented bikes from was on site.

Desventajas: Room was quite small. Night time entertainment was noisy.

Ventajas: It was very interesting to watch the hotel as a living ecosystem. All the staff were very helpful and kind, but Aleksandra was the best. Breakfast and dinner were plentiful and very tasty. It was really close to the beach and the pool was also nice place to relax. I recommend renting a car in Mallorca - by car the transfer from the airport is very fast and parking was easy in the public car park not far from the hotel.

Ventajas: Lovely Modern hotel only negative points are there is no wardrobes only on show hangers which can make the room look untidy at times also I prefer I private room. With toilet show etc otherwise a great hotel

Desventajas: Very clean hotel located in a very central area with excellent friendly staff and good food. Band playing each night some better than other but a very enjoyable stay

Desventajas: Tardaron dos días en solucionar un olor a tabaco intenso que se quedó de los anteriores clientes

Ventajas: la habitación excelente así como la comida.

Ventajas: La atención recibida. El personal de todo el hotel fantástico. La música de fondo mientras cenábamos: vaya crack! La atención recibida al ser alérgica al sésamo. Estáis de enhorabuena! La copa de vino de bienvenida! El yacuzzi en la habitación!

Desventajas: El desayuno... me faltó unos pancakes, no sé... algo más dulce.

Ventajas: Fue una estancia exprés, pero tanto las instalaciones como el personal y la comida fue muy buena.

Desventajas: Solo diría que para el turismo español los precios de bebida y comida, son algo excesivos, todo lo demás estuvo genial.

Ventajas: We loved the Hotel, and the staff were charming.. we had to pay to upgrade our room as the first room was dark with no views.. we had asked for a sea view.. ended up with a part harbour view, but the room was nice .

Desventajas: We think that perhaps the worst Room’s are given to guests who book through hotel websites.

Desventajas: First night we spend in a smelly room(sewage/mould) luckily it was no problem to get another room.. however this next room had a leaky airco unit.We suspect the first room was known to have a smell-problem so not very good customer service to knowingly put us there in the first place.

Ventajas: La ubicación y la profesionalidad de algunos de sus miembros del personal. Hacen buena hostelería, te hacen sentir un cliente importante y eso se valora ( aunque sepas que es su trabajo), no todo el mundo sabe hacer su trabajo bien y aqui nos demostraron que si saben hacerlo.

Desventajas: Los postres del menu. La habitación no está bien insonorizada.

Ventajas: La tranquilidad, la piscina y las vistas. Me ha encantado.

Desventajas: Hotel rooms were a bit tired, would have preferred a double bed rather than two singles pushed together. Bathroom towels could do with replacing. fairly worn. Evening buffet ,food could have been hotter but was very varied.

Ventajas: Everything, few hotels like this are all satisfactory, the service is great and the hotel is super clean.

Desventajas: I’m very picky and believe it or not I was very happy with this hotel, my first time but not my last

Ventajas: I only stayed for 3 nights but would love to come back for longer next time. Staff were amazing and so accommodating. Hotel was in an amazing location with great views and so close to Ironman race venue which was what I needed. Perfect

Ventajas: Lovely historical mansion in the very center of Alcudia Old Town, unique atmosphere, extremely friendly and helpful staff, everything was perfect, I will come again.

Desventajas: Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Ventajas: Lo que más nos ha gustado fue el trato personal, destacando la labor y el cariño de Mariajo, que es espectacular. El hotel en general un 10, la habitación y el desayuno están fenomenal, tranquilo y sin el bullicio de otras partes de la isla hace que te ayude a tener unas vacaciones perfectas.

Ventajas: Hotel perfecto. Todo con mucho detalle desde que entras. La habitación y el baño impecables. Desayuno muy variado y de buena calidad. La atención excelente. Agradecemos mucho a Tolo por orientarnos sobre diferentes rutas y sitios donde comer. En definitiva, muy recomendable.

Ventajas: We stayed in Safo, which had a great terrace. Breakfast was good but we had to walk to the sister hotel.

Desventajas: It’s a great location for Alcudia Old Town but you definitely need a car if you’re planning on going anywhere else - including a beach.

Ventajas: La atencion muy buena. La ubicacion perecta. La cama comoda y la habitacion muy bien. El desayuno perfecto.

Desventajas: Lo menos la ducha

Ventajas: Cleanliness, food, locality to beach,life guard so friendly and the manager always greets you

Ventajas: This is a hotel to stay if you are in Mallorca for cycling! The hotel had great facilities for bike storage and maintenance. Also the gym and the saunas were amazing!

Desventajas: Creo que debería indicarse en las características que la 'piscina climatizada' es exterior. Y estaba helada, imposible bañarse. Para nosotros no es problema, pero creo que da unas expectativas equivocadas.

Ventajas: Location close to shops and restaurants. Adults only. Plenty of sun lounges. Well appointed room with nice sea view. Great breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Desventajas: Drinks service around pool area could be improved. Quite a lot of elderly guests (Adults Only a plus and a minus).

Ventajas: Teniamos que hospedarnos en una habitación doble estandar y por disponibilidad nos alojaron en una doble con vistas al mar, y estuvimos muy agradecidos. En general todo de 10, pero sobretodo el desayuno y la cena fueron geniales, pero en especial cabe destacar el buen trato por parte de todo el personal, magnífico.

Ventajas: The room had a walk in shower. The breakfast was superb and offered everything one could possibly want.

Desventajas: There was nothing we didn’t like.

Ventajas: La verdad es que todo estuvo genial, desde la entrada en el hotel hasta la salida. La habitación mejor de lo que esperábamos, la cama comodísima, la comida de la cena muy buena, el desayuno aun mejor. Recomendado al 100%

Ventajas: Fantastic staff and customer service. Good quality food. Excellent cycling facilities (large secure bike storage area with tools). Very clean and nightly entertainment

Desventajas: El horario de cena terminaba a las 21h. Demasiado pronto.

Ventajas: Nos encantó la decoración del hotel, el trato del personal, el spa, las habitaciones, la comida, ... todo en general. Además tienen un precio razonable de las bebidas tanto en el bar como en el restaurante, con lo que apetece tomarse una copa después de cenar.

Desventajas: El tamaño de la televisión de las habitaciones es un poco pequeño, teniendo en cuenta que es un hotel de 4 estrellas.

Ventajas: On arrival at the hotel the first thing you notice is how spotless the place is - staff are friendly and polite and helpful , the rooms are spacious and well presented and modern , the food is excellent with great choices each morning and evening , the facilities brilliant although if you use a gym you may find this one a little lacking in equipment, evening entertainment varied with many tribute acts and the bar area is pleasant and upto date with a great choice of drinks - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel or return again

Desventajas: The WiFi is poor and needs sorting single is weak around the building and in this day and age no reason for poor WiFi

Ventajas: La amabilidad de los trabajadores y las instalaciones

Desventajas: Relación calidad-precio muy bien, instalaciones muy chulas,pero la comida nefasta, solo desayunamos en el hotel y no me gustó nada, la cafetera solo sacaba tres gotas de café y lo demás agua, la máquina de zumos estropeada y la calidad de los productos malisima.

Ventajas: Tasty food with big choice, the room was comfortable and very spacious. The value is very good for the price!

Ventajas: La ubicación es muy buena. El desayuno fenomenal, mucha variedad y muy rico. El hotel está muy bien, tiene snack bar en la zona de la piscina, restaurante y animaciones. Dispone de toallas de cortesía y es fácil aparcar por la zona. En nuestro caso que volábamos por la tarde y no tuvimos opción de hacer late check out, nos facilitaron toallas de playa para poder ir a la playa o usar las instalaciones del hotel, y posteriormente de ducha para poder cambiarte en los vestuarios del spa. Se agradece muchísimo para poder disfrutar hasta el último momento. La amabilidad del personal del hotel es un plus.

Desventajas: Por poner una pega, he echado en falta una botella de agua complementary en la habitación, teniendo en cuenta que el agua de Palma no es potable.

Ventajas: Loved the comfort & cleanliness of the room. We had a suite which was great for space. The staff are simply amazing! Very friendly & nothing is too much trouble for them. Special shout outs to Yvette, Marcus & Yolanda but they were all fantastic! The location is great with only a few minutes walk to the centre of town or to the beach. Breakfast is laid out buffet style for the cold meats cheeses etc then you order hot food - eggs etc. We didn’t use the restaurant on a night preferring to go into the town centre bars & restaurants. We did order off the pool snack menu which was good but they put mustard mayo in everything & the cheese on the pizza is weird. The pool area is great. The hotel provide towels & you can take these to the beach if you wish. The spa is lovely & a good facility to have if you get a bad weather day.

Desventajas: No inside bar area only the pool bar. No dressing table area with a mirror to sit at with sockets for hair straighteners to do hair & make-up Mini bar / fridge too high up to reach comfortably No where to dry wet costumes in the room. A clothes airer on the balcony would be good. Limited choice of hot food at breakfast - some English breakfast sausages would be a good addition

Ventajas: Food and drink were excellent and high quality. The staff were wonderful and extremely helpful! The hotel and the facilities are of a very high standard. Would definitely return again and recommend to others!

Ventajas: We enjoyed the breakfast. The room was very quiet so we had a good nights sleep. There was plenty of space everywhere and the staff were lovely. We realise it is late in the season but that was what we really enjoyed.

Desventajas: We enjoyed the music round the pool and sitting areas but it did become a little repetitive, could do with more choice.

Ventajas: Excellent location, clean, modern and well deserving of it’s 5 stars. Staff were attentive and gave excellent service. Breakfast was fantastic.

Desventajas: Parking at 20 euros per day might be considered high when there is plenty on street free parking available.

Ventajas: La atención, el trato humano, el desayuno excelente, la habitación perfecta para una pareja como nosotros con un muy buen diseño en general una experiencia recomendable

Ventajas: Location was great and beautifull. The owner was very friendly and welcomed us with big smile and gave good information round abouts :)

Ventajas: Personal muy atento y amable. Todo muy limpio aunque sólo disponíamos de un rollo de papel higiénico para la estancia de dos noches. En el baño no había ninguno más ni tampoco nos dejaron al siguiente día después de la limpieza al ver que ya estaba a la mitad.

Desventajas: Justamente se estropeó la caldera y tuvimos que ir al otro hotel que aunque estuvo bien no tuvieron en cuenta que necesitaba limpieza y reposición de toallas limpias ya que habíamos ido el día anterior. Tuvimos que ir a buscar las limpias al otro hotel. Aunque también disponía de bañera de hidromasaje no tenía nada que ver con la de nuestra habitación. Entendemos que siempre hay imprevistos y que tuvimos la opción del otro hotel pero al menos a parte de unas disculpas una invitación de una noche o incluso una comida por las molestias ocasionadas no hubiera estado mal.

Ventajas: La ubicación en el centro de Alcudia, la magnífica ducha del hotel y la atención del servicio. Tuve un problema personal, ajeno al viaje, que pude resolver gracias a la ayuda de la señorita. Xesca de la administración del hotel. Gracias de nuevo.

Ventajas: Excellent short stay. Lovely staff. Great location. Nice spa bath and ideal balcony area close to room for relaxing.

Desventajas: Bed A wee bit hard

Ventajas: The forniture of both the room and the terrace were really nice. The bathroom was perfect. The position, in the middle of historic alcudia allowed us to experience the city like we were locals.

Desventajas: I didn't liked the absence of a proper reception as well as the poor view from the suite terrace.

Ventajas: A lovely centrally located hotel in the old town, a short walk from free parking and above a restaurant. Check in was easy with friendly staff Good bed

Desventajas: Hot water wasn’t working well but they advised me about this when I arrived and gave me the option of moving hotel which was nice

Ventajas: Está situado muy cerca de la playa, y de la zona comercial de Puerto de Alcudia. Es ideal para familias que quieren despreocuparse de los niños, porque seguro que llegaran a la piscina interior y estarán solos gritando y saltando al agua, sin ningún tipo de control.

Desventajas: Es completamente incorrecto poner que tiene zona de "Spa y centro de bienestar". Tiene un Jacuzzi con agua fría, y con los chorros de agua estropeados. La piscina interior NO se puede usar porque a todas horas (mañana y tarde, desde las 09:00 hasta las 20:00) hay 5 o 6 niños gritando y saltando a la piscina interior. La sauna es pequeña y cuando la quieres utilizar hay que avisar 20 minutos antes. Cuando le preguntas a la recepcionista por el baño turco te dice que lo encenderá enseguida, y después descubres que NO existe baño turco (húmedo) solo tienen sauna seca.

Ventajas: Excellent food and drinks. Nice view from apartment. Close to the shops. Good apartment.

Desventajas: Very dirty water in the pool. No elevator. Very slow checking in process ... so slow (receptionists). Short show, after that bar was closed, but we wanted to enjoy drinks. I paid for printing 4 flight tickets ... first time in Mallorca ...

Desventajas: If you like crowds, noise and dirty pool water, this is a place for you. This is a very big complex with hundreds of guests. The pools are crowded, the pool chairs always occupied, unless you get up early in the morning and drop your towels town, which is what most people seem to be doing. The hotel is located in a very touristy part of Alcudia. The bay water is very warm but also stinky and dirty, partly thanks to the boats parked around and emptying their grey water tanks into the bay. I understand the convenience of all inclusive deals for families, its nice to get the break from cooking and cleaning, but to me, this was not worth it. I am glad we only stayed one night.

Ventajas: Room was spacious

Desventajas: It was not clean, towels were not changed except when you ask it or leave them on the floor. The pool was dirty, people would leave their towels over night on sun beds so it was not possible to find the place next to the pool. Staff was not polite, except the people in the restaurant

Ventajas: It was only a 5 min walk to the beach

Desventajas: Where to start. Wi-Fi was horrible, staff were rude and not helpful. Aircon was terrible. We had it on full time and our daughters room only got down to 28 degrees. The buffets were expensive and extremely noisy and not relaxing. The pool area was ok. But the baby pool had no stimulation for kids and had no shade. Pools were over crowded and there is a rule that you can't bagged sunlounges but everyone did and there was never anywhere to sit with our child. I have a child so I enjoyed some of the entertainment but I would really feel for someone who didn't have kids who stayed there. It was so noisy, kids running around everywhere and appeared like no control. Buffett food was overpriced for what it was.

Desventajas: No funcionaba la cafetera, tenía que salir pronto y no pude desayunar. No se podía dormir de lo alta que estaba la calefacción y había niños gritando y dando portazos por los pasillos

Ventajas: Dinner great quality and variety. Breakfast can be improved with nuts and seeds. Could also be organic good.

Desventajas: Gap between door and floor to the corridor. Heard every step, sound and noice.

Ventajas: Ubicación excelente

Desventajas: No air conditioning and no kettle.

Ventajas: The hotel was clean, so were the rooms, the cleaning service was very good. We didn't have breakfast, but the dinner was excellent (except raw fish fillet), the hotel was close enough to the see, but not by the beach as advertised - main road has to be crossed to reach the beach. There is a nice play area for children at the back

Desventajas: Extra payment for everything, including safe (which was advertised as included) and it wasn't big enought to fit 13" laptop, so useless. My request for baby cot was confirmed via email, but when we arrived it was not prepared and we were asked to pay for it extra also (I refused and didn't pay at the end). The indoor swimming pool was too cold, the jacuzzi didn't work and the water in it was yellow.

Ventajas: The pool, great for our little one as the shallow part is perfect! Dinner was great and location was excellent! Staff were lovely!

Desventajas: The property was excellent, my only negatives would be the bed which was two singles pushed together, my husband and I would have liked a double bed rather than falling down the gap and the sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on which due to the amount of mosquitos made sitting outside in the evening rather difficult so we were inside! Repellent didn’t seem to stop them!

Ventajas: Beautiful, peaceful hotel with lovely friendly staff

Ventajas: The grounds of the hotel are incredible and super relaxing out of the busy hustle of Mallorca. We had lunch by the pool which was amazing. The room was comfortable and clean.

Desventajas: Nothing. The accommodation was great!

Ventajas: El trato con el personal es exquisito. Las vistas preciosas. Ubicación perfecta, en la montaña pero muy cerca de las playas. Las habitaciones decoradas con mucho gusto. El desayuno excelente y las cenas muy ricas también.

Desventajas: La finca hace su propio aceite ecologico pero se les habia acabado

Ventajas: La atención del personal y las vistas. Muy acogedor. Está muy cerca de Pollensa y Alcudia y lugares muy bonitos. El desayuno y la cena exquisitos

Ventajas: Instalaciones bien dimensionadas para el gran aforo del hotel. Buen servicio a todos los niveles (restauración, socorristas, zonas infantiles..). Buena calidad de los restaurantes y bonitas zonas comunes. Habitaciones amplias y nuevas.

Ventajas: Desayuno, gimnasio 24 horas, piscina para nadar a temperatura perfecta...

Desventajas: Poca información/conocimiento del personal consultado acerca de los restaurantes de la zona

Ventajas: El desayuno bastante bueno, las comidas no estaban mal, aunque mejorables para un 5 estrellas. Poca variedad, en los restaurantes temáticos la calidad mejoraba. Las piscinas muy bien, aunque fría el agua. Trato del personal en general bastante bueno. La habitación amplia, buena limpieza.

Desventajas: Poca variedad de comidas, pocas opciones sin gluten. Jacuzzi con problemas de limpieza. Escaleras al jacuzzi en terraza demasiado empinadas.

Ventajas: Todo en general!!! Instalaciones impecables muy bien mantenimiento!!! Todo muy limpio y ordenado.

Desventajas: La calidad del buffet era más adecuada para un 4 estrellas.

Ventajas: Great sized rooms, all suites. Good internet, there’s a Nespresso maker 1.50EUR a pod, great rain shower, balcony with lounger and table. Power sockets by the bed, plenty of storage. Great choice of food at meal times. I didn’t visit the spa as i was out cycling most days and there is no issue with having the bicycle in the room. Free parking. Very quiet in the room and although this is a big hotel there wasn’t a sense there were many people around although I was told the hotel was full, I enjoyed that :-). You won’t make a mistake by booking here.

Ventajas: The staff were very friendly. The convenience of half board excellent. The children's pools were pretty good although I felt like they could use a little upgrading or maintenance (tiles missing on floor etc). Maybe end of season work

Desventajas: Whilst tasty, very little food on the buffet was actually hot. Most was warm. It was all cooked ok but you'd expect it to be hot. The rooms were perhaps a little small for the price you pay, however they were very clean and organised.

Desventajas: Ya habíamos estado y la Suite es la habitación que nos gusta las dobles para la familia resultan un poco reducidas

Ventajas: The breakfast, the diner, and the overall location were really good. We also appreciated the live music played on some evenings.

Desventajas: Our room was just near by the diner tables and it was quite noisy early on the morning when the staff prepared the tables.

Ventajas: Los jardines y zonas comunes son muy agradables. El desayuno es muy bueno

Desventajas: La relación calidad precio no me pareció equilibrada. Las habitaciones son bastante espartanas y no están excesivamente limpias. Por último, me olvidé unos enseres en la habitación y tuve que "insistir demasiado" para que me los devolvieran, no fue cómodo.

Ventajas: The hotel is located 5 min by a car to old town The public beach is 5 min by walk middle size hotel with lovely landscaping and pool, very clean great choice of breakfast and dinner selections and very good food quality friendly and helpful staff very good value for money differently will stay at this property again!

Ventajas: Staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly, and the included breakfast was nice.

Desventajas: Nothing really nearby, but we were there for a destination wedding. Would not stay there again.

Desventajas: The room provided was not corresponding to the 4-star hotel level. Tiny, dark, with the only small window - this can not be 4-star and the price is too high. Otherwise, service and stuff were good, although most of them does not understand English well enough.

Desventajas: En el comedor se acabó la cerveza y el café, algo básico, porque estaban a unos días de cerrar temporada, creo que todos somos clientes, tanto los de agosto como los de octubre y la comida mediocre, no había nada que valiera la pena ni que apeteciera, comíamos solo para no tener hambre y en desayunos no había ni aceite de oliva ni tomate para untar, increíble

Desventajas: The coctails were just ok. The bar staff doesn’t speak english. At all. The cleaners entered our room at 7:45 WITHOUT EVEN KNOCKING. Overall I had a much better experience in other hotels in Mallorca.

Ventajas: Everything, the staff went out of there way to assist my wife who had many food allergies. This was accommodated without any fuss and we’re truly charming.

Desventajas: The beer for an all inclusive stay I didn’t like the beer choice but this would be our only thing.

Ventajas: Smooth check in. Free Parking in street just next to hotel which was great. Restaurants had amazing breakfast and dinner with very good variety. Saba in restaurant was very knowledgeable and always willing to help. View from balcony was nice

Desventajas: Rooms were smaller than we expected. Pool is small but reasonable size. We asked them to extend our checkout and after lot of pushing only got 1 hour for 1 room(we had two rooms booked). You have to pay for water at buffet which is annoying. No tea /coffee facilities in room

Ventajas: Room was perfect. Staff was very friendly! Love the place. We loved entertainments in the evening.

Desventajas: No free drinks ( water, juice, coffee, alcohol)at the dinner time, when you have half board.

Desventajas: Room was quite modern but at some moments looked cheap: for example door to toilet couldn't be fully closed; door to shower can't be opened of towel on the floor I can't say air conditioning was very noisy but enough to make sensitive persons take some time to fall sleep

Desventajas: The bedroom was a little small. The night time entertainment wasn't great. The patio doors on the balcony could be more soundproofed for nightime noise from the street below.

Ventajas: The hotel is very clean and tidy, staff is extremely helpful especially one cleaning lady on the 5th floor. Breakfast was good. Location is good, close to shops, restaurants and seaside. Nice pool area with lots of confy sunbeds.

Desventajas: We did not like that the bathroom is not separated, basicly in the bedroom

Ventajas: All the staffs were kind, helpful, willing to help us at any time. Closed to the beautiful beach and the room was also clean.

Desventajas: We did not like the noise from the next Hotel and the bars around. We stayed a total of 7 nights, sadly we could not relax either sleep well at the beginning of the staying at the hotel. Please be aware of the law in Palma that anyone can be loud till 00:00. Of course, we all an event or party, it never ended at 00:00. But luckily, we had a chance to change our room towards the main entrance, and we luckily could not hear any noise. The staffs tried their best to help us too.

Ventajas: This has always been one of my favourite hotels in Alcudia, we have stayed many times, and keep coming back. it has an excellent location for the beach and town bars and restaurants, staff are always very friendly and keen to help.

Ventajas: From the hotel, nothing. I could not imagine to find a very old hotel for this price

Ventajas: Location close to beach. Airco worked fine. Although we did not book any meals, we added one day all-inclusive and the meals were good in variety and quality

Desventajas: The pool and pool area were too small for the amount of guests. Pool was very shallow and full of small children. No sun bed unless you would put your towel early morning (which everybody did). The studio was very basic and had no real facilities to prepare food (only one big frying pan). The hotel is clearly designed to take all inclusive and otherwise over priced.
