the morning view over the lake - priceless

The confort of the bedroom and the swimmingpool. The reception staff were very helpful.

We had no problems.

Lovely room with lake view, even though hotel was fully booked never felt crowded, plenty of space in lounges etc. Plus point was the car park - last time we stayed 40 years ago, no parking so was a nightmare finding somewhere to park! This time they even offered for us to leave the car still parked after we checked out so we could make a trip on the lake before we returned home. Just a shame we didnt have time to use the Spa & pool - last time the pool was actually outside!

Just one comment - obviously not checked that the toiletries & milk were " topped up" when cleaning the room after previous occupants

the premises was clean and the beds were very comfortable,

staff were rude/unpleasant to you in the presence of other guests without the slightest care , i find this embarrassing and unacceptable for a hotel of such status

All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful as well as very professional. Nothing was too much trouble and all seemed to enjoy their work. Very pleasant atmosphere in the hotel as a result.

Difficult for us to make wi-fi connection with our iPad. Meant we had to go to Costa Coffee nearby for an awful coffee when we would have preferred to sit in lounge at hotel to use it.
