Ventajas: Pierangela, the owner, was lovely and the building is beautiful. The location was perfect. There was a mini bar in the room and a coffee machine for us to use downstairs. Our room was cleaned daily and stocked up with fresh bathroom linen whenever necessary, which I didn't expect for such an inexpensive hotel. Check in was very easy. All in all a very good experience at an unbeatable price.

Ventajas: Set in a perfect location, with bars and restaurants all within walking distance, this hotel delivered a comfortable stay. The room was coolly decorated and the rooftop terrace was a beautiful space to unwind in the evening. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Desventajas: It would be nice to have a kettle downstairs or in the rooms so as to have some tea. Please also include decaff option for coffee downstairs if possible. Would go down well with the daily yummy cake you serve

Desventajas: It was not a hotel as listed, no reception open during check in hours. Back and forth messaging to arrange an arrival time to then just be told to let myself in with a code to the front door. The room was tiny and you have to leave your luggage in the bathroom. Some furniture was not good shape either (e.g. rusty)

Ventajas: Everything was great! Pierangela is very helpful and nicest host!

Desventajas: Unfortunately there is no breakfast at hotel!

Ventajas: We loved everything about the hotel! The location, the facilities and the room was super nice too. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the breakfast was perfect. But the best thing about the hotel is the staff! Very professional and always with a smile! We will be back!

Ventajas: Having a bottle of cava and some fruits brought up to our room was an excellent touch. Also, the breakfast was delicious. Looking forwards to our return visit next year!

Ventajas: La atencion de todos los empleados, el trato de todo el mundo fue exquisito, en especial Pedro, un chico super majo y muy amable que nos dio recomendaciones de como organizarnos las vacaciones. La ubicacion espectacular, a 30 segundos del puerto y pegado a la catedral. Ademas, de los mejores desayunos que he probado.

Desventajas: No podria decir nada que no me gustara, porque todo estaba genial, si que es cierto que pensaba que la piscina era mas grande, pero aun asi, muy muy bien.

Ventajas: Location central and able to walk to most places. Lots of lovely art on the walls, all very tasteful. Breakfast excellent and staff super friendly and helpful. Great facilities, like the outdoor pool and spa.

Desventajas: There isn’t any parking. We parked in a square a few minutes walk away which was free on Sunday other the staff from the hotel drive your car to a parking area further away. Also, there’s a very vocal cockerel who lives nearby so if you are a light sleeper this could be a problem.

Desventajas: La habitación era muy pequeña y mala distribución, era categoría Deluxe y aún así era pequeñísima, con vista muy fea. No era lo que esperaba.

Ventajas: Beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. A little hidden gem.

Ventajas: The building is really nice, rooms are well designed and comfortable. Food was also very nice. All the receptionist were super attentive and nice, we got plenty of great advice on what to do and where to eat. Also in the restaurant the waitress and waiters were very kind and friendly.

Desventajas: Our room was in front of the pool and restaurant and was a bit noisy during bed time. Breakfast was high quality but it felt a bit limited (often things were not replenished often). Also the lack of parking is a minus (even if there are options around and valet could support sometimes)

Ventajas: Very comfortable room. Great selection at breakfast. Lovely gardens and terrace for drinks and nibbles. Staff could not have been more helpful.

Desventajas: Would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Having to walk outside from the room to the main hotel was a little inconvenient - particularly in the heavy rain! Indoor pool and spa area lacked space for relaxing. Only two poolside loungers.

Ventajas: Friendly staff, good sized rooms. Attention to detail.

Ventajas: IT was exceptional. Everything, from suite, breakfast, spa zone. Reception friendly, hauskeeping also, and the waiters quick and very very friendly!

Ventajas: Lovely to have both an indoor and outdoor pool. Lovely that my elderly mother had easy access to both these pools. The sauna and steam rooms were lovely too and the gym adequate for my needs. The buffet breakfast was very good, with lots of choice. The receptionist and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. It was 'nice' (despite all the news on Brexit) to have BBC and ITV channels on your TV in our room. The bedroom was spacious and the living area spacious too. The bathroom was well equipped with both a bath and separate shower. The water pressure was very good. WI-FI connection was generally good; although it did go off occasionally. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the beach and marina where restaurants and bars could be found. There is a bus stop right next to the hotel with buses into Ciutadella, the journey takes about 20 minutes.

Desventajas: The corridors are a little dated, possibly clean or change the carpets. The restaurant space wasn't very intimate for an evening meal, blight lights and open plan.

Ventajas: Room very good. Liked the seperate lounge area. Staff very polite. Young lady changed our pick up time as it was far too early which was great as we still had plenty of time at airport.

Desventajas: Didn't like that there was no one there to help with our suitcase. I'm 67 and my daughter has poorly hands so this was hard as we were at far end of the building. There was an easier way we found out a few days later but this was not communicated to us when we arrived. It was a struggle for us. I did ask do you have anyone that could help us with our case and not a sharp NO

Desventajas: Pequeños detalles como pasta de dientes y cepillos, albornoz para bajar al Spa... A mejorar la temperatura del agua de la piscina del Spa, estaba templada-fria

Ventajas: The room was very large and clean. Location was really good, and the hotel was calm. There was information about food allergens at breakfast. The swimming pool was amazong, and the spa was also great. Staff was kind and helpful - I always had gluten free bread prepared when I arrived at breakfast! There was free local parking.

Desventajas: The breakfast had great variety, but quality was not incredible... Toilet facilities such as soap were not replaced, which we were actually expecting. The mattress felt a bit uncomfortable after a few nights. Overall, it was a very nice place, but a bit too expensive for the offer.

Ventajas: Great setting, lovely manicured gardens, clean pool and loads of sun beds. We celebrated our 3rd wedding anniversary here and we were given a lovely bottle of cava. Also got upgraded on arrival to a duplex apartment with a wonderful view. Really appreciate it. Breakfast also amazing choices. Would defo recommend anyone to stay here in this area.

Desventajas: That an ice cream/ ice lolly cost 4€ each. ... 8€ or (like £7 to me ) is a bit expensive for a mass produced branded ice cream/lolly.

Ventajas: Food: quality, variety, very tasty. Every different varieties if meats, fishes, cheeses. deserts, fruits. Staff : very welcoming and prompt to assist.. Swimming pool good size and very clean.

Desventajas: There was a Spa. Could not use it because there was no possibility to leave small kids somewhere and there was no baby sitter, no kids club.

Ventajas: Very clean, lovely friendly staff and fantastic comfortable areas abound.

Ventajas: This is our 5th visit and we love the atmosphere and style of the hotel. The staff are brilliant and friendly the rooms clean and comfortable and the food is great!! We will be back next year again for sure!

Ventajas: La comida es de 10, en cuánto a calidad y variedad. La atención y amabilidad de todo el personal también es destacable, sin tampoco llegar a ser pesados/intrusivos como algunas veces ocurre. Es nuestra segunda estancia en el hotel y si puedo en un futuro, repetiré.

Desventajas: Las habitaciones necesitan alguna reforma, se nota que el hotel va cumpliendo años. La mampara de la bañera perdía agua. y eso se soluciona con un poco de silicona. Los horarios del restaurante, en el hotel la mayoría de turistas son extranjeros, con lo que en parte se entiende. Se cena muy pronto, de 19:30h a 21:00h.

Ventajas: Es un sitio ideal para relajarse. Buffet fantastico

Desventajas: El hotel necesitaria actualizar y modernizar instalaciones

Ventajas: The location is perfect, the team working there are just fabulous, it’s gorgeous. It has a roof terrace with the most amazing views. Get a drink from the bar and enjoy!

Ventajas: El trato y la amabilidad del personal fue maravilloso. El desayuno es de 10, tanto por la altísima calidad del producto como por el ambiente del lugar y la atención recibida. La piscina del sótano tiene una un encanto único. Está decorado todo con mucho gusto y mimo.

Ventajas: La ubicación, a minutos andando de los principales lugares de la ciudad. El personal muy amable Buena y variada selección de productos en el desayuno

Desventajas: Estuvimos en una suite y el baño no estuvo a la altura. Bañera de obra con desconchones, manchas de humedad en el techo de la ducha, el soporte del gel roto, el cable de la ducha completamente oxidado. Grifería antigua y difícil de manejar, sin monomando. La habitación estaba mal insonorizada y se oía el ruído de la calle. Además tuvimos a una familia con dos niños pequeños en la habitación de arrriba y a las siete d la mañana ya no pudimos seguir durmiendo, los niños corriendo, gritando y moviendo objetos y muebles.

Desventajas: El spa le faltan servicios. Por lo demas muy familiar y encantador

Ventajas: Breakfast was healthy and Maria made sure we had everything we needed. Location of the hotel was ideal for us as we wanted to be central which meant access to surroundings was perfect. Recommendations by Catalyna were totally spot on. She knows her stuff. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is just wonderful relaxing space after a day of activities. Highly recommend this little gem.

Desventajas: Breakfast was a little limited in terms of choice but suspect that was due to the season.

Desventajas: Not at full function in October. All aspects of description not met- toiletries, no tea/coffe making facility available in room except on request. Pool not at full function, many lights nob-functional in room and ingeneral public area. Poolnot spa efficient. In shut down mode for Autumn/Winter I think. Disappointed.

Ventajas: La tranquilidad del lugar, la comida muy buena y el personal muy amable.

Desventajas: El camino de entrada es muy estrecho y no caben dos coches.

Ventajas: Lovely breakfast eaten under the shade of the Holm oaks

Ventajas: Los desayunos, con un amplio buffet, aunque en uno de los días no hubo ensaimada (ellos alegaron que no vino el señor de la panadería a dejarla). Los jardines, la terraza y la zona de piscina.

Desventajas: No tiene ascensor. Pocos puntos de luz en la habitación. Comer o cenar en el hotel es muy caro comparando calidad/precio. El camino de acceso al hotel de 1,5 km es muy estrecho salvo en algún tramo lo que obliga a uno de los coches dar marcha atrás hasta llegar a una zona amplia.

Ventajas: La ubicación y la habitación.

Desventajas: El restaurante del hotel, no se come muy bien y es caro.

Ventajas: Tranquilidad, habitación, terraza para desayunos y cenas, piscina, jardín, la comida por calidad, cantidad y presentación. Si la situación, el ambiente, el edificio, las habitaciones, las zonas comunes, la piscina, y los jardines son de 10 de valoración....¡esta queda corta con la el rato recibido por parte del personal. Desde el detalle y mimo de quien se encargaba del arreglo diario de la habitacion hasta los camareros encargados de servir la cena, amables, profesionales, siempre con una sonrisa y una buena palabra para con el cliente pasando por el personal de recepción. Todos para valorar enás de 10. El Sant Ignasi: un descubrimiento que sin duda compartiremos y recomendaremos con amigos decididos a visitar la isla.

Desventajas: Absolutamente nada

Ventajas: It’s rural settings : Green and so quiet ... Birds singing and some rabbits running around. Our room was huge with super comfy bed and a great terrace. Can’t wait to come back !

Ventajas: The staff were very cheerful and very hard working.

Desventajas: The breakfast was rather disappointing. it's self serve within a small area, pastries, meats, fruit etc. Nothing exceptional except the flies. We stayed to dine several evenings. The food was lovely though the menu remained the same.

Ventajas: Very friendly staff and service, excellent food, nice room with quiet little garden, good pool, wedding reception on second night meant we had to have dinner in our room but this was handled very professionally.

Desventajas: A little isolated without a car (we came by taxi) with no indication of local country walks that could be made; otherwise very quiet with a lot of local animal life!

Ventajas: Entorno excelente, naturaleza muy mediterránea, relax total y zona de jardines,restaurante y piscina auténticamente rurales! Precioso!

Desventajas: Faltaban muchos platos del menú y quizás necesita una mejora en la calidad culinaria!

Ventajas: I was given a triple room (3 beds) and the room was still spacious. Plenty of drawer space bedside unit with accessible plug. Soft decent sizede bath towel. Fridge and safe in room. Clean and comfortable. The staff could not have been more friendly. No rip off prices at the small bar, E1 for a pot of tea and about E2 for a glass of wine. Access from the terrace to the cove with beach and flat rocks where there are ladders to easily enable a dip in the sea. Hotel was less than a 10 minute walk into the town square for buses to the surrounding beaches/villages and a little more to the bus for Mahon. Ciutadella is a delightful town

Desventajas: Purely personal but the shower is over a half size bath which is deep to step into. The shower doors give no room to regulate the water before stepping under the shower rose. I arrived at Cala Bona (accross the street) not realising that the reception is in Mar Blava. A note on the locked door of Cala Bona would have been helpful. I might not have been to happy about this hotel if I was given a ground floor room where the window looks onto the terrace which is busy at breakfast and in the evening giving no privacy withour shutters being down.

Ventajas: Brilliant position, ability to swim and snorkel from the rocks directly in front of the hotel. It was right on the water front, walking out of the hotel onto the coastal path, also into town centre and harbour.

Desventajas: Breakfast, a little more variety in the fruit, ie fresh fruit salad maybe.

Ventajas: La ubicación, el desayuno y la habitación mirando al mar en esa terraza, la amabilidad del personal y el acceso a la cala privada del hotel. Un lujo por ese precio. Se nota que los dueños estan ahí al pie del cañón

Ventajas: Inmejorable ubicación con bajada propia al Mediterráneo especial para clavados( no es playa) o un buen baño de mar nomás al salir de tu habitación

Ventajas: The location was great as it was in easy walking distance of the centre whilst being situated on a narrow sea channel which I swam in. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was fairly spacious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was good.

Desventajas: No major dislikes

Great location, close to the beach, nice swimming pools, superb breakfast and dinner, nice apartment, really quiet, and, specially, great staff! Everyone was super nice, making our stay a lot easier and pleasant. Special thanks to the restaurant “maître” Ricardo Duarte and Luís Firmo. They’re awesome! Thanks’ for everything! Desventajas: The air conditioning in the apartment is a bit noisy. But nothing that takes away my sleep.

Ventajas: The hotel is excellent, especially for families with kids. It is very organized, clean, has a lot of green areas for the kids to play. The pool is nice and there are a lot of things for kids to play with in the pool and also in the “mini-club”. The beach is only 1min walking distance. It is very relaxed to be at the hotel, the personal is very friendly and the service is very good. The rooms are nice and rapacious. They all have a well-equipped kitchen and a balcony or garden. The breakfast and dinner were delicious and with a lot to choose from. We definitely liked it and recommend it to 100%! :-)

Desventajas: More people for cooking eggs and pancakes in the morning would be better in order not too wait long for them. The soap provided for the kitchen in the room is not of good quality. More activities for adults during the day would be nice (sports, dance, music).

Ventajas: The bed was comfy. The bedroom looked as if it had not been touched (decorated) for a good number of years, the same applies to the bathroom. The entire hotel could do with updating with new furniture etc. It could keep the same style but please get rid of old those old chairs and sofas. It certainly does not deserve fove star. Could provide better quality food. Where on earth do they buy their meat from. It was same old thing every day but they changed the name of the dish to make it look like you were getting a new dish. X

Desventajas: Couldn’t get a sun bed when we arrived lots of towels over sun beds , very annoying . Ought to enforce a bit of stick over that . Otherwise nothing

Ventajas: Me and my family really had the best stay here! The resort is super clean and nice, the food is really good and nice beaches are around. Special mention for the restaurant and bar staff that has been extremely attentive and contributed to make our stay even more pleasant!

Desventajas: Que al ser un hotel solo para adultos en el restaurante (abierto al público en general) hubiese niños y, aunque teóricamente no pudiesen acceder a la piscina, nadasen menores de edad en ella. Si es sólo para adultos es sólo para adultos, precisamente se elige por eso, no para que en el restaurante y en la piscina hayan niños.

Ventajas: Hotel es ideal para el descanso y relax. El jardín es precioso y perfectamente cuidado El trato y profesionalidad del personal excelente. El desayuno es muy variado y la bollería local buenísima

Desventajas: Nada todo ha sido estupendo

Ventajas: Very relaxing environment, super friendly and helpful staff without exception. Room was very modern and quiet. The whole hotel and communal areas were spotlessly clean. Food was very tasty and service was excellent.

Ventajas: Hotel de una calidad espectacular. Estupenda arquitectura, decoración y paisajismo. Realmente un lugar donde relajarse y disfrutar. La localización es muy conveniente, cerca de las playas vírgenes del sur y Ciutadella.

Desventajas: No se puede criticar realmente nada que necesite ser cambiado. Lógicamente, tiene sus contras: el precio es elevado (aunque lo merece), está bastante aislado de ciertas zonas de la isla y la carretera para llegar es típicamente menorquina: estrecha, sinuosa y rodeada de tapias.

Ventajas: We had a lovely stay - a beautiful, quiet hotel, just perfect for a few days relaxation. Very good food and lovely, helpful staff.

Ventajas: Great hotel for guests that like to be far from crowds and noise. It is a perfect rural hotel. Rooms are nice and clean. The staff is kind and are there to solve all your needs. Breakfast has the right selection. Thanks to all the Morvedra staff for making us feel like at home and for a wonderful vacation.

Desventajas: We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, difficult to say what we did not like.

Ventajas: Breakfast buffet style was good although it would have been nice to have eggs to order rather than the hot food in the heated tray which may have been there for some time. Coffee is from a push button machine but the staff are happy to make you coffee from the proper coffee machine at the bar. Essential if you are a coffee aficionado!

Desventajas: We had a superior room but there were no tea making facilitites.

Ventajas: La atención es inmejorable, la piscina está limpísima y es muy agradable. Es un hotel muy tranquilo y con muy buena ubicación para visitar las calas del sur de Menorca.

Desventajas: Adaptan los menús de cena para celiacos pero en el desayuno podrían poner alguna opción más sin gluten. Les hicimos una observación sobre la carta de alergenos del restaurante y al día siguiente estaba modificado.

Ventajas: Hotel pequeño y acogedor. Sencillo sin enormes instalaciones y a un paso de Ciudadela Entre dos calas accesibles a pie Hab con terraza y cama enorme y comoda Chicas de animación muy majas y camarero terraza excepcional

Desventajas: Almohadas demasiado finas que fastidian el descanso en una cama de 10. Pedimos poder dejar la hab un poco más tarde ya que el vuelo era a las 17:00 y nos dijeron que pagásemos 25€; una cutrez ya que había hab libres de sobra

Ventajas: Atención y amabilidad todo el tiempo, el desayuno muy rico y variado, cena muy buen bufet. Tranquilidad máxima, piscina increíble, tiene gimnasio lo suficientemente equipado. En fin maravilloso.

Desventajas: En la habitación había una nevera que de vez en cuando era un poco ruidosa, por lo demás cero quejas.

Ventajas: La piscina estaba genial y siempre limpia no tenía muchas tumbonas pero al ser temporada baja en octubre estábamos de maravilla , la habitación estupenda al igual que la limpieza Y el personal es excelente en general . Es un hotel tranquilo, si quieres marcha este no es el tuyo.

Desventajas: La comida del bufett siempre era la misma se hacía bastante aburrido al paso de los días deberían de tener más variedad. Además de que la carne tenías que hacer cola casi siempre para coger y tampoco es que fuera muy buena.... nosotros fuimos la primera de octubre y no estaba lleno ... no me quiero imaginar cuando es temporada alta como debe de ser de horrible hacer cola para coger algo....

Ventajas: The room was great, cleaned everyday. Outstanding variety of food types in the breakfast and dinner buffet!! Everything was amazing!! Highly recommended and hope to come back!!

Ventajas: Ante todo el personal ha sido fantástico desde los recepcionistas hasta los camareros. Piscina excelente y todo perfectamente limpio

Desventajas: Solo un detalle no me gusto, que el restaurante que hay junto a la zona de apartamentos no nos sirvieran el almuerzo porque cerraban a las 14:30 que creo que para los nacionales es una hora muy normal, tuvimos que llevarnos la comida a la habitación.

Ventajas: La variedad del bufet del desayuno y de la cena.

Desventajas: El agua de la piscina exterior estaba superfría.

Ventajas: Hotel was really cozy. Next to the small beach. Area is quiet, there are some nice spots for relaxation. Hotel receptionist were very helpfull and did their best. Beds are comfortable.

Desventajas: In general I do not prefer when shops and hotels use a lot of perfumes, so this was first impression which I got when arrived at the hotel. Good that it is possible to ask not to spray it in the rooms. What I did understand that HB is not for me, too much of different kind of foods and then you end up eating strange, thus I would prefer apartments next time as it gives you more flexibility on your plans like at what time to have breakfast or dinner and not to eat with the crowd. :)

Ventajas: It was modern, clean and had excellent facilities! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There was a good choice for breakfast and parking outside.

Desventajas: The room had 2 single beds rather than a double bed which tended to separate during the night. Aside from this I couldn’t fault the stay.

Ventajas: This hotel was exceptional from start to finish, such a relaxing experience! We will definitely be back! Our first time in Menorca and is now our favourite Balearic island!

Ventajas: Hotel was clean and friendly staff, food was good, lovely little hotel.

Desventajas: Our bed was quite hard and squeaky when ever you turned over.

Desventajas: The only think i can think of was the fact that you have to pay for drinks at the dinner.

Ventajas: La privacidad de la villa.

Ventajas: María, en la recepción, mostró mucho interés por nosotros nos recomiendó muy bien varias calas de la isla. El desayuno tiene un par de puntos fuertes como son el zumo natural de naranja y el café.

Desventajas: La cama estaba un poco hundida. Tuvimos un pequeño problema el primer día con una fiesta que habían montado unos huéspedes del hotel,gracias a Manuel que estaba en la recepción pudimos solucionarlo, gracias Manuel

Ventajas: La variedad de productos que se ofrecían en el desayuno. El café, el pan, el zumo, la fruta etc., sería tediosa la tarea de enumerar todo lo que hay en el desayuno. Mencionar las instalaciones fabulosas y la atención del personal absolutamente amables y cercanos. El entorno y la ubicación del hotel también lo hacen único y lo convierten en una opción más que determinante para elegir esta opción como la definitiva cuando buscas una opción hotelera en Menorca. Para nosotros es fundamental la calidad a la hora de inclinarnos por el Lago Resort, la belleza de las instalaciones, la cercanía del personal y la tranquilidad que se respira en el hotel. Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en el Lago Resort Menorca y con total seguridad, volveremos el próximo año.

Desventajas: Quizás el aluvión de deportistas que se alojaron el sábado e hicieron que la quietud que existe en el hotel, se viera algo alterada. Por lo demás, nada más a destacar en este aspecto.

Ventajas: Very nice place very chilled out, very clean, great location, great view of marina, food was adequate, great place if you just want a relaxing holiday with no noise

Ventajas: The facilities are great! Nice chilling music whilst enjoying the sun. Despite being the last week of the season, the weather was very good! Location was fab as you are only 20min away in a €2 bus to Citadella if you want to walk around and see more shops and restaurants. The SPA at the hotel is a MUST-DO and the staff are extremely helpful.

Desventajas: It was quieter than usual because of the time of the year. Several shops in the area were closed so the options around the hotel were limited.

Ventajas: Location, cleanliness, staff, pool and facilities were all top notch

Desventajas: Only gripe I can have was on most mornings at breakfast something wasn’t available, be it orange juice, coffee or baked beans. But nothing to cause any bother

Desventajas: La mini mini raciones de comida de la cena. Eran insultantes. Comida insípida en general y además siendo el horario de cena de 19:30 a 22:00, a las 20:30 ya dejaban de reponer cosas o lo cambiaban por un filete de pechuga a la plancha o similar. El personal estaba muy mal organizado en sala Por otro lado el entretenimiento deja mucho que desear: un bingo, karaoke , juegos e incluso un día nada

Ventajas: the staff was very nice and trying to help,

Desventajas: we got an upgrade to our original booking (that we appreciated and thank the Hotel for) but the room was on a ground floor, next to the restaurant and with the bedroom window facing the main street... we had to keep everything closed for privacy... breakfast was limited, and very crowded, we always had to queue for some time because the restaurant was full and the staff was running to catch up... wi-fi had very little range and if we moved 5 meters we would lose connectivity... parking is paid (4€ per night).

Ventajas: The location is good you have everything around you , supermarkets and restaurants with in walking distance , ciutadella the town is around 15 min by car , the room was clean and staff were helpful and cheerful

Desventajas: You might not find parking by the hotel , you will have to pay to use the hotel spa!!

Ventajas: La ubicación, spa, e instalaciones en general ,son estupendas , mi familia y yo volveríamos,lo más espectacular,: es la atención personalizada, el trato y profesionalidad, de su personal , es increíble, digno de mención, se puede recomendar y en esto son de 10.

Desventajas: La verdad, la comida no es lo mejor , , en cuánto a elaboración... Habría mucho , qué decir. Y a la limpieza en baño en exclusiva las bañeras.

Ventajas: We stayed in an apartment that was very spacious and clean, with double glazed windows that blocked all the noise from the street. Really friendly staff and great location!! Would definitely stay here again

Ventajas: Excellent small hotel in narrow side street. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfasts were very good, with lots of variety to suit different nationalities. Not too far from centre of Cuitadella.

Desventajas: There was nothing we didn't like.

Ventajas: This was the second time there and we would definitely book again. The Hostal Ciutadella is located in the middle of the city Centre with lot of good restaurants and bars close to. Thanks for the pleasant stay again.

Ventajas: La habitación es muy cómoda, grande y equipada hasta el último detalle. Las instalaciones están genial y tienes acceso directo a la playa. Pero sin duda lo que destacaría es la atención de todo el personal, que hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera aún más perfecta. Gracias a todo el equipo, volveremos a vernos!!!

Ventajas: No he desayunado.

Ventajas: The staff looked-after us extremely well from arrival, through to departure. The accommodation (duplex) was clean and modern: comfy furnishings, English tv channels and endless hot water. My young son had a little accident one night and it was no trouble to arrange a change of bedding and clean up. The breakfast chef was great and treated the boys everyday and there was an English-speaking lifeguard at the pool during daytimes. On our penultimate evening a bottle of bubbly and glasses were left in the apartment for us. On the last day our flight wasn’t until late and we were welcome to stay all day, with luggage securely looked-after and shower facilities provided before departure.

Desventajas: On a couple of days of bad weather (it was nearly off season) there was little else to amuse young kids seeing as beach/pool were not available. It’s not a complaint at all, but a games room with ping pong/billiards might just have helped for a short time - but overall the facilities were clean and modern.

Ventajas: La situación del hotel es maravillosa, bajada privada a la cala y vistas preciosas. El personal es muy agradable y resolutivo. Menorca es una isla preciosa llena de recovecos, vegetación y calas increibles.

Ventajas: The staff were very attentive & helpful, Apartments were spotlessly clean, as was the whole complex. Such an amazing view from our garden apt, a fabulous location, right on the beach ! Room 5109 was perfect !

Ventajas: The location is perfect, the beach is just a few steps away and there are many restaurants and shops in walking distance. The food in the restaurant is very good and the view from the terrace of the restaurant is amazing. In the evening you can see the beautiful sunset over the beach. The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you need. We liked the furniture and the decoration of the room.

Desventajas: The cleaning could have been better. It got very crowded at the beach at the end of our stay.

Ventajas: Por segundo año consecutivo elegimos este establecimiento para venir a nadar la travesia de aguas abierta de Macarella a son Xoriguer y la verdad es que todo fueron facilidades y amabilidad por parte del personal y especialmente de Oscar el director que se desvive por nuestra comodidad. Nos gusta la ubicación y sus instalaciones , seguro que repetimos.

Ventajas: Spotlessly clean & room perfect (I was upgraded on arrival to a ground floor apartment with my own bed & garden)! The staff were all very friendly & helpful. The manager was extremely accommodating & let me stay later, as I had a late flight, for no extra cost!

Desventajas: The only minor issue was the WiFi wasn’t very effective

Ventajas: Menorca is a very pleasant place for a relaxing holiday. We really liked the hotel Carema beach. The hotel staff were very welcoming, they did us an upgrade upon arrival. The hotel room was spacious with the necessary kitchen minimum, the beds were comfortable. The hotel is not big, family-run, located on the first line near a large clean beach. On the beach you could rent chaise-longues and umbrella. The hotel pool was quite large and deep. The breakfast was great, we rarely saw such an abundance of breakfast dishes in European hotels. We had dinner several times in the hotel restaurant, the dinners were varied and delicious, the cook fried meat and fish right in front of you. The hotel has an excellent location. A two-minute walk, there is a small charming port with many restaurants (many of them were really closed, since it was the end of the tourist season). Near the hotel there were small supermarkets with everything you need. A large supermarket is 10 minutes away by car on the way to Ciutadella. The famous fishing village of Fornells with stunning cliff views of the sea is a 40-minute drive away. Other nice places to walk are near the hotel. We were very pleased with our choice of the hotel Carema beach.

Desventajas: We would be glad to find additional attractions, such for example, as a pool table or ping pong table.
