Ventajas: After a long tiring train journey this hotel was an oasis of calm and comfort. It is beautifully appointed and immaculately clean throughout. The bedroom was spacious and well equipped with a very comfortable bed. The roof terrace is an absolute gem with stunning views over Turin and the hills beyond - a lovely spot to sit and relax over a drink. Staff couldn't have been more attentive or helpful. Excellent breakfast buffet

Ventajas: Amazing spread for breakfast. Italian feast. Lovely roof terrace bar and shared rooms like a mini suite behind a door at end of corridor which was great with 2 kids travelling with us. Really lovely welcome from Anna on reception and very helpful in recommending a restaurant etc.

Ventajas: This is an excellent hotel in a great position and with great staff . We were warmly welcomed by Franco and he made us feel great from the minute we arrived . Our room was huge which catered for our family of 4 with ease . The hotel has a great roof top bar which cannot be missed and great breakfast .
Desventajas: Nothing to dislike . This is a very new, well maintained and well run hotel .

Ventajas: Fine modern hotel next to the Porta Nuova railway station. Huge rooms. As big as any outside of Singapore. Windows you could open! And they had blankets on the bed!!!! This is now almost unheard of, hotels only providing duvets. In a properly heated and insulated room, these are too hot in winter. In summer, they are absurd. I have mentioned this many times before and now the Palace Hotel Turin has finally heard my cry. Hotel land, are any of you listening? Modern showers are now only at the whim of some fabulous designer and, therefore, not for the use of mere mortals like us. This was complicated, but once we had worked it out it worked fine. Recommendations of the Reception staff of restaurants were splendid. Thank you Loredana and Alessia. Alessia even asked us what we ate. How Italian! The hotel even provided us with a small box of macaroons the evening we arrived. The minibar, soft drinks only, was free. This is a terrific hotel. Ideal for a stopover on long train journeys.
Desventajas: Beautiful Italian design and engineering, but everything was a bit quirky. The light switches took five seconds to turn on and off; the room cards took five seconds to respond when inserted in the slot; the lifts took five seconds before they started moving; the air conditioning was a little temperamental, but there was nothing really wrong. The pillows and there were dozens of them of all shapes and sizes, were not comfortable.

Ventajas: My favorite part was the spacious walk-in shower with two rain showers and a sprayer—and most importantly, a non-slip floor. Our room looked out on a large light well, not pretty, but very light, and extremely quiet.
Desventajas: The rack for the suitcase had a shelf above it that my husband banged his head on. The bed was a bit hard, but I realize that that is a matter of taste.

Ventajas: La ubicación excelente. A un paso de lo más importante: plaza Castello, vía Roma, vía Garibaldi... desayuno suficiente para unos días y de calidad. Personal muy atento y amable. Habitaciones amplias.
Desventajas: Todo me gustó. Quizás los ascensores están un poco mal comparado con la excelencia del resto. Hay muchísimos canales de TV ya que tienen la plataforma Sky pero sólo uno en castellano y no es español.

Ventajas: The location was great, very close to all the major points of interest. It was pedestrian only zone so no traffic noise. The room was very quiet so conducive to sleeping and relaxing. The room was pretty big for European standards with a sitting area and separate area for sleeping, plenty of closet space and room for luggage. The bathroom was also very spacious with a large shower with 2 rain heads. The staff did a very good job cleaning it daily. The breakfast buffet was very nice with a good variety of food items, nice selection of cold cuts, cheeses, fresh mozzarella, fresh tomatoes and cucumbers, scrambled eggs, cereal, fresh and canned fruits, yogurts, rolls and variety of delicious croissants, jams, nuts and some tasty cakes not to forget small packs of various snacks and of course various juices and tea and coffee served by the staff. One lady at the reception desk was particularly nice and the servers in the breakfast room.
Desventajas: Since the hotel doesn’t have its own parking, it was very difficult to find the parking garage close by. Before our arrival I sent a message via booking.com asking for information regarding parking options in the vicinity but I didn’t receive any reply. After driving around for an hour and asking several people, by pure luck we came across Santo Stefano parking garage, which was not far away. We were lucky again running into a very nice couple who helped us with locating our hotel. However, it’s not easy for seniors to get the luggage to the hotel. My husband had to make few trips and no assistance was offered. Also the mattress was a bit too hard for me to sleep but that’s subjective and others may like it.

Ventajas: -We were upgraded by hotel, and all rooms size is bigger than we expected with separate sitting area. - it is not in city center, but very convenient. The Metro just next to the hotel and take us 10 mins to arrive city center -We love parking just in front of the Hotel. Unlike other Hotels in city center without parking. Excellent option for travel by car. --a small shopping mall with restaurants just next door, open until 10:00pm. Easy to spend an afternoon or evening there if you feel lazy to to further.
Desventajas: --As we travel with mum, it would be better to have coffee-tea maker or kettle in room.

El hotel, completamente reformado, ofrece un ambiente agradable. Tiene una ubicación ideal a poca distancia a pie del centro histórico de la ciudad. Tan sólo a cinco minutos del famoso "Portici", construido por Vittorio Emanuele, donde hay cafeterías típicas, restaurantes y buenas tiendas. Cada habitación tiene muebles diferentes y el hotel cuenta con tres salas de reuniones con un aforo de 60 personas, con servicio de café para los descansos.No se pierda la visita a nuestro centro de bienestar con balneario y gimnasio.Disfrute de su estancia en nuestro hotel.

Ventajas: The fitness room offers all you need for a work-out on a business trip. The breakfast options are wide and the quality is acceptable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Desventajas: I expected a slightly bigger breakfast option (I was missing vegetables). The wifi on my phone didn't work. Also an alternative wifi offered did not work. (They would have found a solution for me, but by then I wasn't in the mood anymore to spend additional time on fixing that.)

Ventajas: Enrico Masiero at the front desk has the most excellent customer service skills I have ever had the pleasure to experience. He was genuinely welcoming and made sure everything about our stay was excellent. The rooms are beautiful and this hotel is better than many 5 star hotels.
Desventajas: The owner, Giuseppe Borio, sits in main reception and is unfriendly and glares in a hostile and rude manner at guests. He ruins the ambience at the hotel and anyone encountering him will get a bad impression of this lovely hotel and it's superb staff. He made us feel very unwelcome and I hope his hostility was not driven by religious or ethnic prejudice.

Ventajas: I love the fried pancetta for breakfast! The brightly lite bathroom and show cubicle were a good size providing comfort when using the facilities and enough towel hanging places. The beddings were of good quality and the room decor gives a feel of space. The location is within walking distance to places of interest. Staff were helpful and polite.

Ventajas: Hotel reformado. El lobby y la recepción conservan el estilo y la decoración de siempre, con puerta giratoria. Pero las habitaciones tienen un estilo moderno. Baño grande y reformado. Todo muy limpio. Desayuno variado. A escasos metros está la estación de metro Porta Nuova, muy útil para moverse por toda la ciudad.

Ventajas: Central and close to Port Nuova station which is great if you're travelling by train. The room was spacious and very clean with a comfortable bed and well appointed bathroom. The whole place has a slightly old fashioned feel to it but in a good way. The breakfast buffet provided a reasonable variety of both sweet and savoury items and we enjoyed being able to eat out on the terrace. Staff were helpful and efficient.

Ventajas: The Hotel is beautiful, and my room was nice and very spacious. The bed was a bit too firm for me, but other than that, it was lovely. The bathroom was nice and well equipped, The breakfast spread was wonderful, a very large and varied selection, including scrambled eggs and warm ham, which I didn’t find anywhere else in the 7 places I stayed in France and Italy on this vacation. The staff was helpful when I asked directions to places, and they let me store my luggage after check out. Additionally, the location right next to the train station was very convenient, and the airport shuttle is right across the square. It’s in a nice area with upscale shops.
Desventajas: The croissants and the baked cakes were not so good, dry, and a bit tasteless, but the other breakfast choices were good.

Ventajas: Good hotel, very nice staff which spoke good English. Room was good, everything worked, lots of outlets, a big desk, a good hot shower. You can open some windows but the AC also worked, wifi worked well, there is a safe and a small fridge. Beds were comfortable. You can park your car for 19 euro a day in a closed-off garage, we could leave the car till 15:00 on the check out day which was great, they even cleaned the window shields which was a very nice gesture. A big lobby with lots of nice seatings to relax. Did not take the breakfast as we had no time. It will take you 10 minutes to reach the city centre and train station by foot. Can absolutely recommend.

Ventajas: Ubicación perfecta a 15 minutos andando del centro y bien comunicado con metro y autobús al lado del hotel. Desayuno excepcional con personal muy atento y eficiente. En general todo el personal es muy amable y servicial. Un poco más abajo del hotel hay un par de restaurantes muy buenos para cenar aunque en general la calidad en la ciudad es muy buena.
Desventajas: Como punto negativo solicitamos 2 camas y nos pusieron 2 camas juntas que estaban unidas por la sábana de abajo (no es nuestra idea de 2 camas separadas). En el lavabo haría falta alguna estantería y colgador adicional. Avisamos de que mi marido tiene problemas de espalda y nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación ya que en la primera los colchones no eran firmes por el uso continuado. No hubo problema pero aún y así los colchones no eran los óptimos para nosotros.

Ventajas: The room and the bathroom were very large. The bathroom had full accessibility. The bed was very comfortable and the climatisation just perfect. There were two tv screens oriented towards the two beds, coffee machine and minibar. The staff is extremely kind and friendly. The general impression is of a warm welcome. The location is not really central, but it is very well connected by subway and buses. There is a very good cafeteria/bakery at the street corner.
Desventajas: Despite the very large dimensions of the bathroom, the wc was positioned in a corner, behind the sink, in a strange and uncomfortable position.

Ventajas: El hotel era decente por todas partes. El personal era muy agradable y respondía a todas las necesidades. La estación de autobuses está muy cerca y se pueden comprar las entradas en la recepción. Fui a una conferencia durante 4 días y este hotel era adecuado para mí para volver y descansar. El precio era uno de los más baratos que pude encontrar para un hotel de 3 estrellas y siento que obtuve el valor por el dinero. Todo esto fue una buena elección para mí.
Desventajas: La comida en el desayuno no era la mejor, pero no obstante era aceptable. No tenía muchas vistas fuera de la habitación, pero realmente no era un problema para mí. El Internet en la habitación estaba bien, aunque no era de alta velocidad.

Ventajas: Nice hotel close to the city centre. We reached it After walking around 20 min. Public transports are very closed as well. Simple to park nearby (but we arrived on the nightclub). Staff were extremely nice. Breakfast with a lot of choices: sweety and salty. Big room, very cleaned. A bit noisy with the bar on the bassement but no problem for us to find asleep. For a group of Friends as we was this hotel is a good option.

Great location in a hip area of Turin - access to a lovely urban park, excellent restaurants, gelaterias, etc. Would have loved to stay longer and explore the area. Stayed in two different rooms on two different stays. Both were simple but nice - try to get one with a balcony overlooking the central courtyard. Travel guides for dozens and dozens of countries!
Desventajas: A bit warm during my visit and the room didn't have A/C. Had fan blasting most of night to make up for it. Communal kitchen is a nice touch but unfortunately it's in the basement so it's a bit dreary. More breakfast options at the cafe would be nice - right now it's mostly toast, muesli, coffee, and the like.

Ventajas: It's really lovely place for single tourist - staff is really king and welcoming, hostel is located in safe area close to the main railway station and main attractions. There are many good restaurants in the neighbourhood. My room was very quiet, with a small balcony. It was clean, it was obvious that it wasn't renovated for a while, but still ok! It was cleaned on daily basis- for such a price bargain! Breakfast is served in the bar (it's Italian breakfast), not included in hotel price, but of good value.

Desventajas: El baño estaba sucio, la cortina igualmente del baño era demasiado grande. El baño igualmente era diminuto. Igualmente me sentí encerrada ya que ni las ventanas podía abrir ni saber si era de día o de noche. La locación me hizo sentir insegura varias veces mientras iba al hotel y más con mis maletas, además que en las noches era muy ruidoso por qué se escuchaba gente gritando.

Ventajas: Breakfast buffet was fantastic and so were the outstanding desserts that we opted to have to end our evening in Torino. Compliments to the chef! The location could not have been better and we were able to see so much in our short time there thanks to this. We greatly appreciated the kindness of the hotel staff and I look forward to vising the hotel again in the future.
Desventajas: The only thing that needed improving were the pillows on the bed. We found them quite hard.

The cleaners came at an ungodly hour - what’s the point of a 12:00 checkout if you’re awake at 07:00?? Very irritating. No real apology. Doors and walls very thin/lack sound proofing could hear every move next door and in the corridor.

Ventajas: Everything was perfect. The parking was convenient. Lifts are available. The room was very spacious and had good air conditioning. Beds were comfortable. We were on the 6th floor and had a lovely view over the Turin roof tops. Coffee making facilities and toiletries were excellent. Towels changed every day. Finally the breakfast was incredible for the price we paid. Would stay there again.

Ventajas: I liked the hotel, it's good location (at a walking distance) from the center. I liked the clean room, and we even had a balcony. I wanted to be above the 2nd floor, and we were given the 5th one. I and my family liked very much my stay in this hotel. I liked also that we had a convinient and safe car parking. The hotel was renewed and it looked really new and clean. With new furniture.
Desventajas: I don't have remarks, except that I think there should be more fresh fruits on the breakfast.

Desventajas: Noise from the street woke me up a couple of times. There are just cups for cappuccino or espresso. These are not suitable for tea drinkers. The tea water was not hot enough and on the last morning tainted by coffee.

Desventajas: The staffs at reception were very nonchalant and apathetic. They didn't make us feel welcomed therefore making us feel very unwelcomed. At night we asked the reception to help us to find a restaurant opened and they pretended that they didn't find any opened but there were several and so we had to order ourselves and had it delivered. The bed in the suite was very used, there were curves and it was so uncomfortable. The bathroom had limescale everywhere. The breakfast was so poor with canned fruits and fake fresh juices from bottle , old vegan croissant and few options. Staffs at breakfast were very polite and kind though.

Ventajas: The hotel is old, but pretty decent maintained. I stayed there for work 10 years ago and it still looks the same, however, it seems they have focused on Chinese tourists, which we didn't see. The location is amazing, you walk to all the sights and easy to find a place to eat any meal of the day or have a coffee.

Desventajas: - The price of the parking is excessive (35€ per night)...it’s way cheaper to keep it in the underground parkings close to the hotel that have camera and surveillance as well.... - The staff was incredibly slow during the check in... - It’s incredible how in this kind of hotel they ask for a deposit in cash or few credit cards...I travel a lot and this is the first time that an hotel ever asked me a deposit at the check in - the hotel is a labyrinth....and even if a member of the staff saw that we were totally lost, nobody actually cared to bring us to the room showing us how to get there... - Price is too high compared to what you actually get, you just pay the brand

Desventajas: The hotel is a boiling pot. From reception to the room. Everywhere we go is hot. It was the hottest hotel we had stayed in Italy. Broken AC is the biggest major problem. At one time, the room was reaching 26-27 degrees. They simply gave up and cant do anything about it until we raised our voice. It was a pity really. They gave us a stand alone AC to cool down the room after trying soooooo many times calling them. But we couldnt use it as the exhaust hose was too short, we try our best to sleep that night. The second night we stay, we asked not to take out the card from the room (to keep it cool). They did what we asked. However, the room was nowhere adequate to sleep as the AC STILL BROKEN. After taking down the hose and bringing it to reception, we managed to fix the problem by using higher stands for the standing AC (they dont have spare longer exhaust hose). Problem solved. But for a hotel With THIS PRICE, hot room is unacceptable. No excuse should be given. They should fix it and stop blaming the software or even outside hot weather as the cause. Thats truly unacceptable. I had to go back up and down from the end of extension floor (2nd level) just to get help as calling reception had no one receiving it.
