Hotel Capannelle

Good hotel to stay in Rome if you do not want to be in the centre of the city. There is a short walk from the hotel to a bus stop of line 118 that in 20+ minutes gets you directly to all the important places, and it stops right next to the Colosseo. If you need directions, just ask the hotel staff - they were all super friendly and helpful. I can't complement them enough. Hotel facilities are fine, nothing to complaint about. WiFi was of decent quality, I even managed to stream video :) Breakfast was on the average side, but all fresh - great pastry and coffee! Hotel is not new, and it may need some refurbishing, but it was all clean, and rooms were cleaned every day. Hotel is located in suburb of Rome, quiet and calm area. And there are a few bonuses to stay there: 1. There is an aqueduct nearby, in a walking distance from the hotel (~20 min), with green area around it. Perfect for a nice walk after busy day visiting Rome. 2. If you go further toward the Red metro line, after the next 20 min you reach Cinecita, A must-visit spot for all fans of great cinema. This place is a history. 3. If you are hungry, there is a nice pizza place nearby, L'angolo del sapore, Via Squillace, 68. Friendly owner, and a perfect pizza! Thank you!
