Ventajas: Todo. Personal, alojamiento, comida, ubicación. Todo está alrededor de una propiedad de 5 estrellas. Lo recomendaría encarecidamente. El desayuno es increíble, los alojamientos son tan cómodos como se obtiene.

Desventajas: Precio de comida y bebidas. Pero hay que tener en cuenta que tienen que pagar por el servicio y todo lo demás que se obtiene. Así que, en mi opinión, el dinero que gasté valió lo que recibí.

Ventajas: El mejor hotel del mudno! desde que llegas es una atencion personalizada, las habitaciones que en realidad son cabañas son hermosas!! la comida deliciosa, el desayuno y la cena en The Grotto! todo fue perfecto y maravilloso

Desventajas: Todo fue perfecto!!!

Ventajas: El hotel en si esta muy bueno, en medio de un entorno selvatico, comodas habitaciones, sin mucha luz por los arboles.

Desventajas: El hotel dice tener 3 playas, 2 de las cuales no existen porque la marea le saca el agua, y se transforma en un barrial de 300 mts hasta el agua, y la que parece ser mas linda, recibe 1 millon de personas y barcos locales ruidosisimos, que la torna en la peor playa que haya estado. Si te interesa estar en la playa tranquilo y sin ruido definitivamente este no es tu hotel !

Ventajas: Lo mejor son las habitaciones, desde que entras sabes que estas en un lugar único en el planeta. Las dos playas a las que tienes acceso, la piscina, el desayuno y el personal son inmejorables. Y el resort un paraíso, es una pequeña selva a tu disposición, ojalá pudiese pasear todos los días por sus jardines.

Desventajas: Lo único malo que tiene Rayavadee son dos cosas: 1- No poder quedarte a vivir allí para siempre. 2- La depresión que te queda cuando abandonas el resort.

Ventajas: The huts were comfortable. The beaches were amazing, and the proximity of the infinity pool to the beach was excellent. The staff was very helpful.

Desventajas: A little far to get to.

Desventajas: Staff communication - each one provide inaccurate information

Ventajas: Staff, Food, bed and bathroom. Heaven

Desventajas: Price is quite high although the quality is exceptional. You can see the hotel has some signs of use.

Ventajas: the nature is lovely, so many animals - staff very accommodating

Desventajas: Location is very touristic and noisy, the hotel is very upmarket and the area around it very low market

Ventajas: El hotel es precioso y muy cómodo. El personal es muy agradable y te ayuda en todo lo posible. La piscina es muy grande y tiene vistas a la playa de Railey que al atardecer son insuperables. Se puede llegar andando facilmente a una zona de restaurantes, bares y masajes en la playa de Railay West que es muy auténtica y con buenos precios. Tienes acceso a dos playas increibles (Railay y Phra Nang). Es cierto que durante el dia van varios barcos pequeños con excursiones porque son playas preciosas pero no se siente masificado y ademas tienes una zona de tumbonas privadas del hotel justo al borde de ambas playas. La tercera playa del hotel, Nammao es exclusivamente para entrar y salir a la zona pero no para bañarse ya que la marea es baja y no es demasiado bonita pero teniendo las otras dos playas espectaculares y la piscina, no hace falta más. Es un hotel impresionante y el bungalow de dos pisos en el que nos quedamos nos encantó. Es como tener tu propia casa en medio de la jungla. También utilizamos el gimnasio que está muy bien y el desayuno es muy amplio, a parte del buffet hay carta con platos que te preparan al momento.

Desventajas: The Grotto es un restaurante cueva muy bonito del hotel con vistas a la playa de Phra Nang pero nos pareció excesivo el precio cerrado que daban para cenar barbacoa. Fuimos a tomar una copa en lugar de cenar, todo tenía buena pinta pero creo que el precio debería ser inferior. De todas formas hay muchas opciones para cenar cerca del hotel asique no fue un problema en absoluto, podéis ir a tomar unas cervezas a the grotto como hicimos nosotros, y disfrutas igual que si cenases ahi.

Ventajas: Blissful with a little but! The place is amazingly well maintained. Amazing rooms, extremely clean, quite and comfortable. We loved the swimming pool and the access to the beach. Excellent breakfast. They staff is very friendly and very smiley.

Desventajas: We asked about the transfer from and to the airport. After a couple of exchanges they conveniently took time to answer to my enquiry, so we end up paying them double what you can actually pay if you arrange it without the hotel. So we did on the way back and we paid even less than half. Also they told us to book the restaurants as it could have been fully booked and for 2 nights we did to find out we were almost the only one in 2 of their 4 restaurants. The other nights then we ventured out to eat in other hotel.

Ventajas: Location was amazing and the rooms were very cozy

Ventajas: It is truly unique and unusual place, in beautiful surroundings, something which makes the 1st time visit here a very special experience to remember afterwards. It feels a bit aged already, but nothing breaking yet. Beautiful pool - even just one, but large and with the adjustment of kids pool is nicely convenient for families. Great food - we tried all 4 restaurants and special barbecue dinner by the pool, everything food was great. The most beloved dinning came from Thai restaurant and from main restaurant next to reception (European food - top-notch made!). We had a great Thai cooking class experience, very nicely organized, with a lot of personal participation and true learning about Thai food and ingredients. There is also great program for kids, with weekly schedule and 2 different activities per day, morning and afternoon. The attention to our kid was fantastic and really going extra mile to deliver a valuable and memorable experience for him. Staff is wonderful, friendly, extremely mature, knowledgeable and professional in what they do. To a great surprise - the hotel boutique is absolutely amazed me with what's on offer (and I'm not a shopping person really) - the collection is stunningly beautiful, great things to take back. I liked a lot their naturally inspired cosmetics, sad forgot to take them home..

Desventajas: Honestly - plenty of things: - Breakfast is some that inconsistent experience, food is varied, sometimes very skewed towards Asian breakfast, with limited international choice. For our taste, this was least enjoyable breakfast out of all the places we stayed this year. - A property surrounded by 3 beaches, actually doesn't have a beach experience for guests. There is no private beach, there is no even some reserved/managed area on any of the beaches for hotel guests. Unbelievable..! - Beaches aren't clean, due to enormous amount of tourists around, and this creates true conflict in tranquility - while the resort itself is protected and private, the crowds around are so massive and soo noisy..! The whole day, from early morning to late night, you will listening to motors of 100s boats coming on the beaches - There is too much wildlife on the resort. It is not enjoyable to bump into large iguana on the dark path to a dinner or being woke-up at 6am by monkeys making loud bump noise as they are jumping from one roof to another of the pavilions. There are also a lot of mosquitos while walking through the resort - be sure to use repellent every single time you need to walk outside. - Almost no pool service. Towels are given, but then there are just 1 or 2 folks sometimes coming around to ask what you want. So if you want something, you have to navigate yourself towards beach restaurant. - I would appreciate more buggies (golf carts) being available for transfers within the resort - again, because of the wildlife and simply not feeling safe/comfortable. - Management isn't not present while the stay. Apart of initial greeting, there is no presence through the remaining experience - either dinners or breakfast time, etc. - Wi-Fi isn't available through the entire resort (why?) and badly works at Pavilions (we had to call twice in 4 days someone to come and fix the internet connection in room).

Ventajas: Absolutamente todo. Me considero una persona crítica, me gusta que los hoteles traten bien a sus clientes y ofrezcan un trato personalizado. Cuando llegas te asignan una persona que se encarga de ayudarte en todo lo que puedas necesitar durante la estancia. Suzy, mil gracias por tu educación, amabilidad y profesionalidad, por responder al momento por whatsapp a todas nuestras peticiones y hacer que nuestra estancia haya sido de ensueño. Los restaurantes son preciosos, con opciones variadas para veganos/vegetarianos. La piscina es espectacular y no muy concurrida, gracias a que controlan el acceso desde la playa. Te ofrecen agua con lima y naranja de cortesía y se agradece con el calor y la humedad. Las villas son increíbles, cómodas, espaciosas y súper limpias. El staff acude dos veces al día para limpiarlas y ordenarlas. Es un complejo grande en medio de la selva, puedes ver monos y dragones de komodo rondando por las inmediaciones, es toda una inmersión en la naturaleza. Volvemos a casa con un excelente recuerdo de este hotel. Gracias a todo el staff.

Desventajas: Las excursiones y los masajes son carísimos, pagas el estar en un hotel de lujo.

Ventajas: Nos lo pasamos de maravilla en este complejo. El personal era muy acogedor y servicial durante toda nuestra estancia. La habitación era tan especial. Era romántico, limpio, cómodo, único. El hotel está en el agua, con una playa privada que estaba limpia y era tranquila. ¡el desayuno gratuito también fue fantástico! Ojalá hubiéramos tenido más tiempo allí. ¡muy recomendable!

Ventajas: the room was very clean. the staff cleans the room twice a day. breakfast was good. it opens up to its private beach. day trips can be organized by the hotel. car rental can be provided by the hotel. has daily trips to ao nang beach, but tubkaek beach is much quieter and private. really enjoyed our stay here at the hotel

Desventajas: The beds were very hard so suffers for a bit of a back ache The hotel is a bit remote so have to get a taxi if you want to go anywhere The restaurants were a bit expensive as they had a captured audience an example is that a small bottle of local beer was about £4.50 while you would normally pay about 80p for a large bottle of bear in other restaurants One thing they could also improve on is flexibility or check out time which was 12pm. We asked to stay till 3pm do 3 hours and they requested another £250 which is very expensive

Ventajas: The room was amazing and the staff is absolutely friendly without been over the top. I really felt comfortable been by myself although lots of honeymoons couples. It was like heaven. Facilities on the beach are really comfy

Desventajas: Nothing really, I was not very lucky with the weather as it has been raining a lot but, my room was super comfy and had an amazing view

Desventajas: Todo fue perfecto, nada que señalar

Ventajas: Lo increíble de sus vistas limpias sin botes en ningún lado. Una piscina natural de tranquilidad y solo los huéspedes del hotel. El Ritz carlton está a 500 metros y cuesta 4 veces más. El precio calidad es excelente

Ventajas: The hotel and environment are a dream. The hotel design is wonderful and the beach is just amazing. It is a quiet area but the hotel offers all you need for some relaxing days. You can borrow some water-sport equipment (paddle board & kayaks), the spa looks amazing (even if we did not use it), if it is a rainy day you can enjoy the marvelous room with its beautiful outside bathtub or have a drink at the bar with the stunning views.

Desventajas: Since it is a high-standard hotel, staff was behaving a bit more the "European way". They are not as smiley and warm as Thai people in other hotels/restaurants. Also, they would ask you room number everywhere you go in the hotel. It gives a bit the perception of over-controlling, which made me (personally) feel a bit uncomfortable. Restaurant prices are rather European than Thai (we paid for 2 main & 2 beers around 40€ in the Thai restaurant)

Ventajas: The accommodation and the resort itself is absolutely stunning. The views while having breakfast/dinner is similar to those that can be enjoyed in the Philippines, breathtaking. The outside shower/bath is awesome. The breakfast is great and so is the Thai food at the restaurant. The staff is very friendly. Although we didn't book any, plenty of trips can be arranged by the hotel. There's a shuttle service to Ao Nang, not daily though. The resort is located at a quiet area, far from the buzz of Ao Nang. A trip by taxi is around 400 baht one way. The room facilities were nice as well as the bed.

Desventajas: Although it has been mentioned numerous times in other reviews, the water in the jacuzzi is way too hot. The rest of the spa services are free (excluding massages) and well maintained. The staff at the reservations department and the front desk often act as if they understand you but in reality they don't. Not all of the staff understand the English language, communication wise the resort/staff can improve.

Ventajas: Las instalaciones, la limpieza, la atención del personal inmejorables. Todo muy cuidado. La playa muy limpia, tranquila y agradable. Se ofrecen muchas excursiones. Escogimos una de 4h para visitar 3 islas y hacer snorkel, una pasada. Nos encantó el restaurante italiano. Desayuno muy variado. Lugar ideal para nuestra luna de miel. Volveremos

Ventajas: Hotel ubicado en primera línea de playa, en la playa Tub kaek de Krabi. Integrado perfectamente en la naturaleza. El hotel ofrece todas las comodidades, habitaciones perfectas e instalaciones de lujo en un entorno envidiable. El personal es muy atento y detallista, dispuestos a ayudar en lo que haga falta y con una sonrisa en todo momento. Dispone de dos restaurantes (tailandés e italiano) con buen género y platos de calidad. El buffet desayuno, seguramente, uno de los más completos, variado y rico que probaremos en la vida.

Ventajas: Cada cosa es excelente, la comida, el servicio, la villa, decoraciones, etc. Servicio de balter es peedect, una gran ventaja!

Ventajas: The most amazing service. I couldn’t believe it when we got there. Amazing amazing amazing !!!

Ventajas: Very serene and exclusive. Breakfast was excellent. Ocean views are stunning. Very quiet and peaceful ambience.

Desventajas: Located in a very secluded and quiet area. Becomes very depressing after sunset. The main pavilion is under reconstruction so the arrival area is very disappointing.

Ventajas: Amazing rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, superb pool with spectacular views

Desventajas: Lack of a decent beach, however daily trips to Hong Island and really good selection of stand-up-puddle boards and kayaks compensate for this.

Ventajas: Completely blown away with everything. I will only say, go and experience it yourself. It is by far the most luxurious vacation I have had. Highly recommend and must go.

Ventajas: The butler was so nice and talented as we made the most of our time during three-nights stay. The restaurant staffs take care of my children very kindly. Though I was worried that the complementary island tour was safe enough for small children, my 4 years-old child could join without any problem. Nine and six years-old children enjoyed snorkeling for the first time with kids goggles prepared by the tour. Please bring some snacks for kids.

Desventajas: I sometimes waited more than 10 minutes to be picked up with their courtesy cart.

Ventajas: Me and my cousin were really amazed. Very lovely and friendly staff, absolutely amazing pool with an astonishing view, good food and great rooms. Now cannot imagine something better than this hotel. Thanks.

Ventajas: The staff is extremely attentive and very helpful in every way imaginable. The bed is very comfortable and the view from the room is gorgeous. I would also like to add that breakfast was over the top. Probably the best breakfast layout i've ever seen in my life.

Desventajas: There is not that much that could be improved other than perhaps adding a smith machine in the gym and maybe a cold plunge in the spa but really this hotel is very complete and comfortable.

Ventajas: The service was amazing!

Desventajas: Nothing

Ventajas: We have spent 2 weeks in Thailand and this was the stand out resort. Firstly, the staff are wonderful - inviting, friendly, and always helping with any thing we needed. There is a (free) great shuttle service that takes you down to the beach each hour and the staff were always on time and efficient in taking us. Secondly, the hotel is just beautiful. Lovely little cottages set in a peaceful jungle area with a great view of the rocks. It is a very serene and calming place to stay. Finally, the facilities were perfect. The cottage itself is spacious and we loved the little local touches, the hand made soap etc. The swimming pool is one of the best Ive seen too. Ao Nang has so many options of hotel but if youre looking to stay not in the heart of the noise, please choose this hotel! You wont be disappointed

Ventajas: Close to Krabi to the town yet away from all the buzz. It was so beautiful , serene and lost in the greens. The rock hill next to the property is a delight to watch all day. All facilities in the property were top class. Would definitely come back some time later.

Ventajas: Es como se ve en la página web del hotel. Todo verde, pájaros, ardillas, palmeras,.Las casas amplias, la terraza amplia, en un remanso de paz. El baño muy amplio, y el desayuno espectacular(sopa, pollo con curry y con nada arroz, bollería, cereales, fruta, huevos....)

Desventajas: No venden alcohol de ningún tipo. Los horarios que tienen para llevarte al centro del pueblo no son frecuentes.No hay mucha presión en la ducha. Y como hay tanta vegetación hay mosquitos

Ventajas: Peaceful and quiet although only a 5 min walk from the main centre. Amazing staff.

Desventajas: Restaurant prices were excessive

Ventajas: Very tranquil setting off Ao Nang Beach, Krabi. Rooms surrounded by ponds, trees, cliffs and lots of plants. Very clean and spacious rooms, excellent 2 person jacuzzi bath in the room. Very friendly staff. Excellent buffet breakfast every morning. Great pool. Free shuttle bus into the beach front.

Desventajas: Expensive for massage.

Ventajas: Todo menos la comida, un poco lentos y la comida mejorable.

Desventajas: La comida y el desayuno.

Ventajas: El desayuno es increíble y las vistas en todo el ressort son fantásticas. La habitación muy bonita y comoda

Desventajas: No es el lugar más barato, pero unos días de lujo no van mal a nadie y teniendo en cuenta el cambio de moneda, es muy correcto. No hay alcohol en el ressort pero lo puedes comprar fuera y traer (dicho por ellos mismos), en el sur hay muchos seguidores de la religión musulmana.

Ventajas: This property is located in one of the most beautiful spots you can imagine. The views from the deck are amazing. You can hear the water from your villa also. If you want to relax and escape from the real world then this is the place to be.

Desventajas: Gorgeous location but the property is a little tired. You could see the start of the refresh but lots to be done still. Beaches in Klong Muang are dirty and not good for swimming. Not lit at night either so need to use road to get to the beach bars. A lot of stairs (5+ sets from reception to the pool with villas located in between) so avoid if you have mobility issues or hate stairs!

Ventajas: The staff at this resort went above and beyond their job role. Absolutely beautiful staff who genuinely cared. Cared enough to make me honey and ginger tea everyday that I had a sore throat. Couldn’t ask for a better. Will definitely be coming back!

Ventajas: Everything about the property was exceptional. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, the grounds were beautifully maintained including raking the beaches for litter. The pool is large with plenty of lounge chairs. The beach is wide and long providing beautiful walking along the sand. The staff was amazing and available for any assistance you might desire. The food was excellent so we had all of our meals there, which were relatively inexpensive and served in a beautiful setting. The front desk can schedule taxis or suggest tours. Our check out time was 12 but we didn’t have a flight until 6:30 pm. We were originally offered to have them keep our bags then a shower room for cleaning up for our flight. Our room hadn’t been booked so we were able to stay in our room until 4pm. How generous is that?! The staff is amazing. Very gracious and attentive, always smiling and helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and am very happy to refer others to this beautiful bit of paradise.

Desventajas: The clarity of the water was poor so snorkeling was a disappointment. The water is very warm and provides good swimming. The entrance from the street is underwhelming and does not reflect the quality that awaits you once you enter their reception area. Do not be put off by this. Luxury will soon be apparent. We used both commercial tours and long tails for exploring. We preferred the long tails as we could dictate the amount of time spent in given locations and the commercial boats are packed with people.

Ventajas: Los empleados eran muy amables, la piscina, aunque un poco vieja era muy agradable y el personal que la atendia era muy atento sin ser pesados. Nos orgnizaron el transfer del aeropuerto y a la estación de tren de Surattani a buen precio y el conductor era prudente.

Desventajas: El desayuno era muy justito para un hotel de esta categoria. Contratamos una excursion en el hotel a la isla de Hong que nos decepciono muchisimo, excesivamente masificado y muy muy muy sucio todo.

Ventajas: Espectacular hotel para poder disfrutar de krabi, sin aglomeraciones. Muy recomendable. Te hacen sentir como tu segunda casa! Personal excelente.

Ventajas: Cosy but perfect to details, clean, tidy, relaxing, cosy and quiet

Desventajas: Probably just a very minor point that from the restaurant there is no direct access to reception / entrance area and you need to go back from the rooms area

Ventajas: Location perfect . Warm friendly helpful staff.

Desventajas: Dinner menu slightly limited if you would like something other than thai food but this is a minor issue.

Ventajas: Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything is clean. Room is nice, bathroom very big. Many nice restaurants on the nearby beach

Desventajas: The only negative point is the air conditioning which is pulsing the air above the bed...not the bed when sleeping

Desventajas: Servicio de transporte a Krabi no existe (aunque fue mencionado en booking). El hotel es lejos de zonas de ocio, aunque hay unos bares y restaurantes a pie de la playa cerca. El desayuno es algo pobre, no hay mucha variacion en frutas. Se puede mejorar la calidad de comida del restaurante.

Ventajas: All very good

Desventajas: My order for barbaqued sea bass could not be met, but I was given a complimentary sea bass meal instead. The door lock was difficult to use, as key needed to be jiggled to get it to turn. Very minor points in a very happy stay.

Ventajas: La situación del hotel, la decoración típica tailandesa y la excelente limpieza. Además, cabe destacar la amabilidad del servicio.

Desventajas: Nada

Ventajas: El trato fue sublime por parte del personal, durante la estancia en el hotel me hice un esguince paseando por la playa y estuvieron muy pendientes de mi estado de salud, ayudándome en todo lo posible. Las habitaciones están muy bien y limpias.

Desventajas: El aire acondicionado de la habitación era un poco ruidoso

Ventajas: El personal es maravilloso, siempre atento, con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudarte en todo momento. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, las camas muy cómodas. La playa y las piscinas son preciosas. El desayuno muy completo y variado. El complejo es una maravilla.

Desventajas: Por decir algo, el aire acondicionado de la habitación hacía ruido , aún poniéndolo bajo. No hay servicio de transporte público (bus), solo taxis o coches privados . Es un poco caro trasladarte a otros lugares. Pero no hay necesidad de ir a ningún sitio , el hotel tiene de todo y en los alrededores hay restaurantes y algunos lugares para tomar un cocktail

Ventajas: Su situación Amabilidad de los dueños Limpieza Simplicidad de las habitaciones

Ventajas: Excepcional en todos los sentidos, el desayuno, la habitación, el personal, la piscina... tiene varios restaurantes dentro del complejo y bares en las dos piscinas y en la playa privada. Sin duda alguna es el sitio ideal para alojarse en Krabi.

Ventajas: Este hotel ya lo conocíamos porque habíamos estado hacía siete años cuando pertenicia a cadena Sheranton. Los escogimos ademas de por las instalaciones por su entorno ya que es una zona muy tranquila . La playa está limpia , agua transparente y nada masificada de barcas. Es un hotel para personas que buscan relajarse y familias con niños. Saliendo del hotel hay varios restaurantes de comida tailandesa , hay uno que se llama The Terrace que se comè buena comida tailandesa y además si vas con niños tambien ofrocen pizzas, hambuerguesas etc. El desayuno es muy variado y está bien.

Desventajas: El servicio de shuttle bus del hotel a Ao Nang lo han subido mucho. Dada la categoría del hotel y ubicación alejada del nucleo de Ao nang debería ser un servicio muy económico o casi gratuito. Por persona pagamos por ir en una furgoneta 10€ . Total 30€, si quieres ir alguna que otra vez sale muy caro. Cuando este hotel era propiedad de la cadena Sheraton había servicios de cortesia y uno de ellos era este. Ahora te cobran por todo, incluso si quieres dar una vuelta en kayak( antes lo podias coger de forma gratuita) ahora te cobran unos 12€ por una hora. Las excursiones que ofrecen es exactamente lo mismo que puedes comprar a 50 metros del hotel y el precio es el doble. Nosotros cogimos una excuersion en el hotel pensando que al ser mas cara nos ofrecerían algo mejor pero es exactamente lo mismo.

Ventajas: Everything was best.

Desventajas: I was expecting room decoration as I was on honeymoon but I didn’t get the same.

Ventajas: Most of the staff members were very nice and ready for help.

Desventajas: Breakfast - very poor . no options available. Facility - Rooms were ok but flush, tap sink all had problem- I didn't complain about it neither asked to solve it just lived with it. Toiletries- we needed to ask every time. were not kept or were sometime kept for one person though we were 2 plus a child. Our special request was not fulfilled at the time promised so we lost the surprise. ( I had requested in the morning for a anniversary cake and little bit decoration to be done before 7pm. to surprise my wife, I reached back at 7:30 and then Had to call them and ask everything so the purpose got lost.

Desventajas: I thought the Club lounge was somewhat basic compared to others and could be improved. I don’t think this was value for the extra money paid.

Ventajas: Resorte muy buen ubicado y con un servicio excelente. Las instalaciones están dimensionadas de acuerdo con el número de usuarios; nunca tuvimos ningún problema con el desayuno ni con las hamacas de la playa; las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias. La playa es preciosa y amplia.

Desventajas: Restaurantes interiores un poco caros para la media de Tailandia. Tiene fácil solución porque justo a la salida del hotel hay una variada oferta de restaurantes razonablemente buenos

Desventajas: Mi mujer y yo estuvimos hospedados aquí en Octubre de 2013 y regresamos 5 años mas tarde con nuestra hija, con ello hemos visto que este hotel ha perdido un poco de encanto y no ha mejorado sus instalaciones, los restaurantes no ofrecen una gran calidad de comida y servicio para su precio y se echan de menos muchas actividades siendo un complejo tan grande y con una ubicación hacia el mar privilegiada.

Ventajas: Excellent staffs! All the staffs are very friendly and professional. No one fails to greet with a great smile when you walked past them within the resort compound. Excellent breakfast spread!

Ventajas: From the minute we arrived, the staff treated us like we were special. We received cool face cloth and welcome drinks. The room is absolutely beautiful. Its feels like you are in the bush or a tropical forrest right at the ocean. The open outdoors feel of the space made it truly unique. The outdoor shower was my favorite. The room had all the luxuries. Comfortable bed. Ice cold aircon. Filter coffee machine. We received special surprises on our bed each night after they turn the room down. The hotel is eco-friendly and green and you can see their efforts to not use plastic and save water. Lion and Jeffrey are amazing but all of the staff made us feel at home. We had cocktails on the beach for hours every day. The food in the restaurant is absolutely world class. Special thanks to Kob who brought us ice buckets and drinks and lunch on the beach. Always willing and helpful. We had the best time!!!

Ventajas: The hotel is really nice located into the nicest and quietest place in Koh Phi Phi island.

Desventajas: Their pricing policies. They do not have a standard rate based on the season. I have booked the room 1 month prior to my trip and when I arrived at the hotel, I checked the prices and they were 10% less than what I paid. When I asked why is that, they told me that this is because we need more people to visit our hotel. They didn’t provide any refund nor anything extra for the higher price we paid

Ventajas: The staff met us at the port with huge smiles and greeted us with cold towels. They took our luggage and escorted us to reception. Our whole stay was nothing short of complete bliss. The resort was extremely remote with only a couple of other resorts near by, a few on the beach traditional restaurants and a shop. Our accommodation was In the forest with an outdoor living area, outdoor sink, shower and indoor bathroom. An air conditioned bedroom with a lovely comfortable bed and mosquito net. The short walk through the stunning white sandy path surrounded by forest and nature to the beach was always a breathtaking surprise. A handful of beach sun beds which where always available and welcomed by friendly staff offering cold drinks and towels. It was free from bothering sales people allowing us to enjoy our paradise experience. The restaurants food for all meals where catered for extremely well and delicious with a wide range of choice and varied themed nights. Thank you so much to each and everyone of you and your magnificent and friendly staff.

Ventajas: Las habitaciones están al estilo thai, muy bonito el concepto, la playa preciosa, sin duda regreso. Se puede llegar en taxi bote desde Ton Sai Pier.

Ventajas: Just amazing secluded beach and colour of the sea, beautiful nature, very nice and helpful staff who does it’s best even after leaving the resort (big thanks for sending forgotten shoes to the next hotel where we stayed!!)

Desventajas: You should take repellent with you as living in the jungle comes with botherness of mosquitos after sun goes down :)

Ventajas: The staff were SO nice -helpful, enthusiastic, and with excellent communication skills. Thanks for helping us book tours and a taxi. The location is gorgeous under the karst hills, with the property itself being beautiful and resort like. The free shuttle helps with the longish walk to Ao Nang beach/pier/town. A really good restaurant within a v short walk (it's called 11/1) and a 7/11 and Family Mart about 5-10 minutes walk down the road. Quiet and safe area. The seating outside each villa was really nice too.

Desventajas: They provided a small water bottle per guest each day. Would have preferred if there was an area to fill up reusable water bottles somewhere on the property instead, to reduce disposable plastic usage. Also, the place was clean overall, but the floors always felt a little ...sticky? Or slimy? Not a great feeling when walking around barefoot if your feet are slightly wet from the shower. Also the shower area in the bathroom doesn't have a door so water spills out into the rest of the bathroom. Lighting overall was a little dark, it was hard to see things in the middle room (where the fridge was, and the only place with space for our bags).

Ventajas: Clean, comfortable, all neccessary equipment (teapot, saucers, spoon), swimming pool, view (a lot of green and mountain). Price equals quality!

Desventajas: Everything is ok. I'd prefer some more plates in the room may be, but it is a trifle..

Ventajas: We came for 2 nights and stayed 9! Amazing location, super friendly staff and nice clean, comfy rooms. Bit of a walk to the beach, especially in the heat, but you can get a free lift from the resort every hour so not a problem. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Thailand!

Desventajas: Nos dieron una habitación justo al lado de la piscina y como no la cierran de noche tuvimos que llamar la atención a algunos clientes que pasadas las 12 de la noche estaban con musica y chillando en la piscina. Por el resto bien.

Ventajas: Staff very helpful and attentive. Free shuttle bus to the beach meaning the distance isn't an issue at all. Beautiful surroundings and great breakfast.

Instalaciones brutales en un lugar que parece de pelicula, en plena vegetación con villas (cabañas) que por dentro parecen de 5 estrellas. Pero el personal es lo mejor del hotel, son super atentos y agradables. Está a 20 minutos de la playa pero cada hora tienen servicio de mini van y te llevan, hasta las 22h

Ventajas: Breakfast was pretty good. Staff was very friendly.

Desventajas: The day trips, laundry and other services were convinient to arrange, but I think that those services should be little cheaper. This was, however, a minor thing and everything else was just fine.

Ventajas: El personal de recepción fue muy amable. La piscina estaba limpia y muy agradable. Todo el hotel estaba reformado y limpio.

Ventajas: The room is quite comfortable and clean. They give you a beach bag and lots of towels. Everything is new and up to date. You just need to be mindful of the monkeys!

Desventajas: The hotel is on the other side of the main beach where you can swim. The pool is covered by the shade for most of the day. They did not inform us that we could get a discount at the restaurant and we paid in full.

Ventajas: The room size is super. The terrace with a sofa-bed is perfect. The views are awesome and the surroundings are nice. Perfect stay! The food of the restaurant is very good and the nights with happy hour an live music too!

Desventajas: Shower was not very clean but the rest was clean.

Ventajas: Nice staff and clean. Very big bed which is great. Close to everything, though need to walk ca 10 minutes to the beaches. Nice singer before 10:00 and nice place to listen to a music and drink som bear.

Desventajas: Poor internet quality and poor breakfast. Really poor breakfast. I would rather to not pay for it and buy breakfast somewhere else. Bad singer after approx. 10pm.

Desventajas: El desayuno habría de ser un poco más abundante, poca variedad. La piscina está siempre a la sombra por como ha sido construida, por lo tanto el agua de la piscina es fria. Pero no la he usado porque he ido siempre a la playa.

Ventajas: El check in fue perfecto, el receocionista nos explico todo a la perfeccion y nos acompaño a la habitacion, la habitación era preciosa con yacuzzi y en la tercera planta que es lo que pedí, ademas con detalles como el bolso para llevar a la playa con sus respectivas toallas. la piscina genial y el desayuno muy bueno y la ubicacion perfecta a menos de 5 minutos del pueblo y locales

Ventajas: Nos alojamos en una habitación con acceso a la piscina que era genial: grande, limpia, con una cama gigante y una terracita. La ubicación es perfecta porque está ubicado en una zona más barata y tranquila que Railey West Beach pero se tarda sólo 5 minutos en llegar a esa playa.

Desventajas: Estábamos al lado de donde guardan cosas el personal del hotel y a partir de las 7 había mucho ruido. Regular conexión a internet.

Ventajas: Maravilloso hotel, volvería a repetir sin duda

Desventajas: We thought it was suppose to be for adults only but there were children staying on the property. A lot of lights come in from under the door and from the electronic equipments in room.

Ventajas: I liked virtually everything and it is a shame I won’t give it a 10. We chose a room with a private pool and it was the best thing we could have done! The apartment was huge, the pool was amazing, there was a bath with hydromassage inside the bedroom, TV with Netflix, room service. We barely wanted to leave

Desventajas: Breakfast was a big disappointment. There was barely variety of anything, there was no cheese at all at the premises, just one kind of bread, just salted butter. Anyway, for the amount paid we were expecting a lot more.

Ventajas: The room we booked with pool access exceeded our expectations. Great location, walking distance to Phra Nang Beach and Railay Beach, as well as places to grab a bite.

Ventajas: The hotel itself was very nice. The room was spacious and clean with good facilities. The balcony with a big comfortable seat was great.

Desventajas: I would highly rate this hotel but it was completely let down by the breakfast. The selection of food was ok but the service was poor. Every day tables were left dirty and there was food on the floor. The staff had to be asked to clean a table for us to use and to clear dirty plates. The staff members were sadly more concerned with their phones than helping their customers. I suspect that the food debris contributed to the significant fly problem which we did not encounter in other venues in the same location and time of day. Disappointing given how good the hotel was.

Ventajas: The property is located in an almost central location to Ao Nang with restaurants and the beach only walking distance from the hotel. Getting around was easy and convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful!

Desventajas: The breakfast was standard and a greater number of options would have been better. The food was not topped up regularly and so there were on occasion - empty dishes - which was not desirable. The pools are located right under the rooms and I saw someone spit into one of them (gross!) Was glad we didn’t use it!

Ventajas: El buffet de desayuno el mejor en el que hemos estado en nuestro viaje a Tailandia. Muy completo y todo buenísimo. Además, el minibar es gratuito, lo cual se agradece. La decoración de las habitaciones nos encantó.

Desventajas: Poca accesibilidad para ir desde la calle con el equipaje y para hacer el check out, puesto que hay escalones de camino a la recepción. Aunque siempre hay alguien del personal dispuesto a ayudar.

Ventajas: el trato con el personal genial, y la habitación grande y limpia, volvería otra vez sin duda

Ventajas: Hotel a 15 min de la playa andando, buenas instalaciones, 2 piscinas, gimnasio, limpio, bonito y con muchos detalles, desayuno buffet muy completo.

Desventajas: Personal muy serio pero amables. Gimnasio pequeño y faltaba alguna barra para colgarse o habilitar un rocodromo acorde a la temática del hotel.

Ventajas: Al alojarte en Al Nang debes tener en cuenta que no es un lugar paradisiaco, más bien como “centro de operaciones” para hacer excursiones y visitar Railay, estando bien comunicado. Cuando llegas puede ser pelín decepcionante porque en los bajos del hotel hay establecimientos muy turísticos. El hotel está genial ubicado porque está en la avenida principal, pero a 10 minutos de la playa y del bullicio. Las habitaciones muy cómodas. Si coges la habitación con vistas al acantilado, dan a la calle principal y más ruidoso. Las habitaciones con vistas a la piscina más silenciosas. El desayuno tipo buffet muy bueno y variado.

Desventajas: La regulación de la temperatura de la ducha va reguleras.

Ventajas: Ubicacion

Desventajas: La limpieza era escasa, sábanas sucias el primer día, piscina sucia, desayuno si no era a primera hora no había de todo, poco pan, sólo de molde, agua de la piscina fría, a primera hora de la mañana te despertaban las voces de las trabajadoras, estaba en la primera planta con acceso a la piscina y la lavandería al lado habitación, ya que pagas más por tener acceso a piscina desde la habitación

Ventajas: Las instalaciones en general, el desayuno es muy bueno

Desventajas: El agua de la pileta quizás era algo más fría que lo normal. Solo eso

Ventajas: Personal de recepción increible. De 10. Hotel super bonito de diseño muy cuidado. Excelente ubicación. El mejor desayuno de todos los hoteles que he estado en Tailandia. También el mejor hotel. Gran piscina. 100% recomendable.

Ventajas: The hotel serves great breakfast; 6:30am to 10:30am daily, although not so wide of a spread. The breakfast is halal, if you are a muslim and wondering. They change the menu daily throughout our 4 nights stay there. I personally really love the fried rice. It's really good. The hotel is also in a very good location. There are two 7 elevens nearby which is very convenient for us. There are also plenty of restaurants (including halal ones) along the same street. Despite the variety of restaurant options though, me and my family keep finding ourselves going back to the same restaurant just beside the hotel called 'Bismillah "The Number 1" Restaurant'. The food there is just too good to not have everyday while we were there! And the staffs are polite and courteous, and not forgetting extremely fast service! Give it a try when you're there!

Ventajas: Lovely hotel, very clean in a good location, rooms are a good size and kept very clean buy the excellent staff, we had almost three weeks here and would most definitely stay again.

Desventajas: Nothing

Ventajas: The location was ideal for us. Close enough to the main are but set back from the noise of the street. Good sized room for a weeks stay with a great sized pool. Staff were friendly on check in and check out - that was the only time we needed them.

Desventajas: There was a building site behind our block which would have been a problem if we weren’t early risers. They started work around 8am.

Ventajas: Amazing cliff view and a nice balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee! There is everything necessary in the kitchen. The room was very spacious, lots of closet space. Pool is big enough to swim some laps. Overall very clean and comfortable.

Desventajas: Walk to the beach is a bit far, but we knew what to expect.

Desventajas: Pull out bed / couch in the lounge area of the room. Only used this as a couch, as the tv is in front of it, but it wasnt really that comfy.

Ventajas: Helpful staff. Short walk to good food options and to the beach

Ventajas: The hotel is like an aparthotel, but nicely located, aside of the crowds, quiet and peaceful, with amazing staff, very clean, they even provide "spa" slippers inside the rooms. There is a japanese noodles restaurant downstairs, but no sushi. There is also a wine bar and nice pool. Beds are comfortable, there is a big fridge and big bathroom.

Desventajas: The airconditioner is blowing in front of the bed and a bit difficult to control the airflow.

Ventajas: Es muy buen hotel y está limpio

Ventajas: Beautiful and luxurious hotel. Has a really big, clean and nice pool. It was generally quiet, maybe we were at the beginning of the season - December.The breakfast was on high level - big choice and great quality food. The room had nice view, was big and cozy, nothing overly special as interior compared to other such hotels.

Desventajas: The two disadvantages were we were not offered excursions organized by the hotel (minimum guests required 8) except one which was more expensive than the local tour agencies. Also they offer some additional activities like yoga, pilates, Thai language lesson but you have to plan and book it which is not always an option when you are on vacation.

Ventajas: Great resort for families. The buffet breakfast was beyond amazing! We ate enough for weeks. The pool was huge and clean, we spent most of our days by the pool. Resort facilities were great, the staff were welcoming and helpful and always friendly! We would like to return in the future!

Desventajas: The beds were a little hard for our liking but still absolutely fine.

Ventajas: Breakfast!!! Fantastic, one of my top five breakfasts Worldwide! Colonial style rooms, comfortable well furnished and clean.

Desventajas: We were in an executive suite (348). This was a very long way from the facilities, especially as a family with small children.

Ventajas: Great time here: kindly staff, breakfast is superb, the rooms are good and have a great amenities kit from L'occitane (wife loved). The pool is amazing we received some free cocktails and fruits during sunbath, the landscape is fantastic, three restaurants, one spa. Everything a bit overpriced, but you are at Sofitel, so you can pay the brand or search other options nearby: we enjoyed also massage and other restaurants in the neighborhood, they are great options, without the same sophisticated environment, but good quality at the end of the day.

Desventajas: The beach only can be enjoyed during low tide and is not as beautiful as we expected. But the amazing pool for sure is a excellent option. The location of the hotel is very calm and peaceful, but far from the Ao Nang center, this can be good or bad depending on what you prefer. We enjoyed this extra privacy. Our suggestion is to have a bigger slide for the kids area of the pool and some more toys for them.

Ventajas: El personal es muy amable y servicial. La comida del buffet desayuno es buena. Las instalaciones increíbles y muchas actividades. Un Plus es que olvide mi teléfono en la caja de seguridad y me lo avisaron por correo de inmediato, además me ayudaron a mandármelo por correo a Bangkok ( claro yo pague el envío pero fue mínimo) .

Ventajas: El desayuno! El staff! El hotel es muy lindo y amplio!

Desventajas: Le falta mantenimiento al hotel. En el ascensor olor a humedad! Y después una mano de pintura le vendría bien. Se nota que fue un hotel muy bueno al comienzo, pero se quedó sin mantenimiento!!

Ventajas: El Spa y la gente

Desventajas: Servicios costosos, cobrar US$5 por usar una toalla vieja en la playa es absurdo , así la regreses en las mismas condiciones.

Ventajas: The property was clean. Amenities were all close by.

Desventajas: The restaurants were not guests friendly. On the nights although the restaurant seems empty they did not accept us without booking. I believe it was because there was a buffet dinner and they want to sell that. Orders also were delayed. Reason being that the kitchen is busy.
