Ventajas: Our room had a balcony with a port view. Even though the room was not big it as very comfortable. Staff was very helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations and reservations. Yes, it does help to have the hotel book your table. All the restaurants booked by the hotel gave us excellent tables and super service.

Desventajas: The shower head was next to a metal lined box-like thing in the wall. One could easily be brained if one was not super careful and aware.

Ventajas: Beautiful view. Nice staff. Clean. Charming. Comfortable room.

Ventajas: Location was excellent with wonderful views over the old port and the cathedral. Loved the markets on the waterfront opposite and the ability to walk to numerous attractions and fantastic restaurants. Loved the vibe of Marseille and the multi-cultural population. Vibrant and fun. Bed was extremely comfortable and wi-fi was good. Room had all facilities needed. Eric on the fron desk was excellent, friendly and a great source of local information..

Desventajas: The room was on the first floor, 106 and had no sheer or privacy curtains which meant whilst the view was superb, there was no privacy unless you closed the main curtains which then defeated the purpose of having the view. Room was a quite run down with large stains on the carpet and the tap in tha basin was split. We asked for a room change but the hotel was booked out which made it the more strange that the restaurant attached to the hotel which doubles as the hotel bar was shut for August. Whilst have travelled France extensively, we are very aware that people go away for August but for a 4 star hotel on the sourthern coast that people are flocking to at this time was crazy. All the other restaurants and hotels along the waterfront were all open and doing a thriving business. We have travelled the work and it is the first time I have ever been in a hotel claiming to be 4 star where these facilities weren't available. They had a trolley in the lobbey with some bottles on it which you could help yourself too, however it wasnt really that suitable. Importantly, the hotel should have let potential guests know that these facilities were not going to be available to enable a decision to be made.

Ventajas: Excelente ubicación, servicio, atención y relación calidad precio.

Desventajas: Este hotel sería perfecto si insonorizase las habitaciones que dan al Vieux Port. Las vistas son extraordinarias, pero el "precio" de la pésima insonorización con el exterior es demasiado alto. Una lástima.

Ventajas: Wonderful hotel in a fantastic location and offering beautiful views of the harbour. Staff were all friendly and extremely helpful. They made us very welcome and went out of their way to ensure the safe return of something we accidentally left in the safe. They were also quick to respond to questions we had ahead of our stay, honestly we couldn't fault the service at all! and would definitely recommned staying here.

Desventajas: El dispensador de gel de baño...fatal e incomodo....no habia champu.. . No reponian las capsulas de cafe y azucar para 4 noches ..eramos dos y solo pusieron 4 capsulas El hotel no hace ninguna gestion para escursiones ...te manda a llamar a una agencia y al no conocer el idioma es muy dificl.....fatal...experienciq.....

Ventajas: Room was huge. Staff was very helpful in answering questions and arranging a taxi to the airport.

Desventajas: Location was a bit further away from the port than I expected (10 minute uphill walk) and basic room was a little louder than ideal since it was right on the main road.

Ventajas: The C2 is high end for Marseille and the room was enormous

Desventajas: The Hotel C2 is not in the port but it is also not far so the walk was good. There was only one cleaner that made me feel uncomfortable!!

Ventajas: The hotel is a beautiful town house which has been lovingly restored. My room had a wonderful view of the Notre Dame and was only a short walk from Vieux Port. The staff were wonderful and very helpful.

Ventajas: Bed very comfortable. Nice spa. Super calm.

Desventajas: The bar was supposed to close at midnight and last order was at 11:30 pm. We arrived at 11:28 pm and everything was already close.

Ventajas: The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the bustle and restaurants and shopping of Vieux Port but in a quiet and secluded street. It has a spa which is great for relaxing, fabulous breakfast, great staff and good quality snacking if you are not up to going out for dinner. It’s an old characterful building with understated modern rooms.

Desventajas: There are no views from the hotel and I didn’t find a lounge but there is an outside patio which is great in the spring and summer and the rest of this very comfortable and stylish hotel in a vibrant city makes up for it

Ventajas: The hotel was beyond beautiful. The staff was the most caring I have ever experienced. They sent us to an incredible restaurant, then arranged for us to be driven back. When we encountered a train strike for the next stage of our journey they were relentless in finding us a car and driver.

Desventajas: I wish we could have stayed longer.

Ventajas: Full marks to the architects who turns this 19th century townhouse into a contemporary hotel. So many architects would have ruined the character to maximize profits, but here they took full advantage of the building’s character, while giving it all the style you want in a modern design hotel. The service was friendly and professional - the staff seemed genuinely enthusiastic to be working there and were keen to tell us about the hotel’s history and conversion. The breakfast and bar are superb and the spa in her basement is brilliantly designed. Only a short walk from the hotel to all the bits of Marseille you could want to see! Our room was big, with high ceilings and a great bathroom (the shower had room for six people - not that we availed ourself of that opportunity!), and the toiletries from Hermès were a nice touch. We didn’t get to use the private island as we were only there for a night, but that’s just another reason to return, isn’t it? All in all a lovely experience.

Desventajas: No big deal, but pricing that doesn’t include breakfast is always irritating, particularly at this level.

Ventajas: Did not live up to expectation as not very clean and not well maintained.

Desventajas: 1st room had a strong smell of urine and we were not ordered an alternative. Instead we were forced to upgrade.

Ventajas: Excellent 5 star hotel with breathtaking view of the old port. We were upgraded to a fantastic room with a private huge balcony and stunning view. Excellent staff, room, breakfast and one star Michelin restaurant "Alcyon" Would stay thee again without hesitation

Ventajas: Everything. The beds are great, location wonderful, the staff super helpful and friendly and the food and drinks delicious.

Ventajas: Fantastic place with great staff. The restaurant is magnificent. The food is marvelous in its simplicity, finesse and taste. Incredible marriage of tastes, parfums and 3* service. Very pet friendly.

Ventajas: El Hotel es como estar en tu casa, pero con todas las comodidades a tu alcance: las vistas espléndidas, la habitación, comodísima, y la restauración increíble. El personal del Hotel es encantador, y en todo momento parece estar dispuesto a ayudarte.

Desventajas: Ya que no se puede cancelar la reserva, perdimos la primera noche por una avería en el tren, y tuvimos que pagarla igualmente. También echamos de menos que no hubiera nadie en recepción que hablara español. Menos mal que uno de los camareros sí lo hablaba. El desayuno, para el precio que tiene, no nos pareció demasiado variado.

Desventajas: Traffic during rush hour. The extremely challenging short road leading to the hotel. Initially thought will be able to catch nice sea view /sunset. But the Seaview was partially being obstructed by buildings and window are not facing west. Nevertheless get to catch the sky turning red.

Ventajas: One of the nicest hotel rooms ever, anywhere. The view & the crashing waves. 100% restorative!

Ventajas: All the services and helpful staff. Fabulous views from everywhere. Amazing breakfast.

Desventajas: Only complaint was noise from a nearby nightclub till near midnight. But I guess the hotel can’t restrict this.

Desventajas: The hotel had piping problems and we didn’t have water from 4 to 9 pm.

Ventajas: I really enjoyed the lounge one night when the singer was there. Sadly we went back to the lounge the next night (Friday) and their was no entertainment.

Desventajas: The concierge service was a huge disappointment. Actually to be honest it was the worst concierge experiences I have ever had. Firstly, we asked the gentlemen if he could recommend any tours, specifically boat tour to the Cassis area. He checked a brochure he had and advised that there was no tours available on Fridays and that there was not much available. (Luckily, we walked the 1 km to the port and discovered a couple of tours and promptly took one !) . Earlier the same day, we had arrived later in the day and asked the concierge to recommend an Italian restaurant close by because we were hungry and are vegan and find Italian easy to accommodate. He told us there would be nothing open at that time as all restaurants are closed. The only option to be found was The Queen Victoria pub. We walked to the pub, (which was closed in the kitchen), and then found MANY restaurants open for "continued service". Again, was completely shocked of his general overall lack of understanding of the area. The following night, we asked the woman on duty to recommend a Thai restaurant we saw on the tour bus earlier in the day. She did not know it. Did not understand the tour route. (Despite the bus coming past the hotel 10 times a day). I eventually found the restaurant in front of her myself, (located 1 km away) and she said "oh well I don't know I have never been there"). In the end she could not help us in anyway at all. Told us the only other option was a restaurant that I later questioned her about because it turned out to be a buffet. She agreed it was a buffet. (We had previously explained we were looking for a very very nice restaurant.). In the end we found one, located 2 km away on a spectacular street with allot of fine dining options available. I was so frustrated with the concierge services, because they had absolutely no understanding of what was around them. WORST concierge service ever.

Ventajas: Excellent location (essential), excellent breakfast. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Desventajas: The duvets were very heavy, and the shower leaked constantly, which meant the floormat was soaked through before we had used the bathroom. I liked the fact that there was a swimming pool, but it an odd shape and very shallow at one end, so difficult to swim lengths.

Ventajas: We were upgraded to a suite which was amazing. The staff at breakfast were really friendly. Gabriella did a fantastic job. The desserts at the hotel were great.

Desventajas: Our bill was completely wrong and had a few things that were added that we hadn’t used. Once they admitted fault they sorted it out quickly. But their initial response was that we were wrong in our assumption.

Ventajas: This hotel was more than we were expecting for a costal French town. The inside was absolutely chic - super clean, amazing big bed, awesome shower, and a great view! The only con was that it was a bit of a walk from the main areas. Totally worth it though!

Ventajas: The location of the property is ideal. Right in the harbor so that was great. Staff was super friendly and very helpful.

Desventajas: Its horrific to get to this property by car. Its difficult to navigate the streets trying to find the entrance. There is so much major construction surrounding the hotel that it can be very intimidating. There is staff to help you once you get there though to help with the luggage.. The rooms were large and spacious and clean but need some updating on basics like drapery, and rugs.

Ventajas: They were very accommodating when i asked for another room. They were helpful in making reservations and providing information when asked other then knowledge of the neighbourhood.

Desventajas: They were not very familiar with restaurants in their neighborhood. They tried to offer us a sub par room to the picture provided on booking .com. we had to ask for soap and a wine bottle opener.

Ventajas: Spacious room. Staff are friendly and try to do their best.

Desventajas: Made this booking a long time ago to celebrate my birthday. We had stayed before and liked the hotel very much. We arrived from the airport at around 9 pm to find there were only twin beds available even though we had requested a double. We were given an ‘upgraded’ room with two singles - ok, so that happens. No big deal. Arrived to find a welcome card in the room addressed to someone else (maybe he got our double bed?). Also a plate of snacks for the mystery guest that looked like someone had tasted and then left. The shower ceiling was mouldy and the drains didn’t work properly. Worst of all was that the room was so noisy (street noise) we only slept between midnight and 3 a.m. I could put up with the room change and even the mouldy ceiling but really - you pay to SLEEP in a hotel and we just didn’t. Really disappointed with our stay.

Ventajas: Really nice staff and convenient location, they have an arrangement with a garage right next to them which is quite convenient and fairly priced.

Desventajas: At night the surrounding area is a bit dark and might feel unsafe; however, the hotel entrance is well lit.

Ventajas: Has a small gym with dumbbells, elliptical and treadmill. Our room had a fully stocked kitchen with stovetop, no oven, with all the dishes, pots, silverware, utensils required.

Desventajas: The area around the hotel does not feel safe. One block from the hotel, there was a park. In the park there was an area where young adults congregated around a used couch perched under a tree. Off of the walkways which lead to the hotel, there are smaller side walkways in which various people congregate at night. Nothing happened to us, but it doesn't feel safe.

Ventajas: Good location about 10 minutes walk from the old port and about the same from the main rail station. There is a metro station (Colbert) directly opposite the apartments. Staff were friendly and professional. I requested an apartment on a high floor away from lifts and my request was met.

Desventajas: Bathroom not well designed and the separate toilet was really small.

Desventajas: No cleaning or bed sheet change, Breakfast for 9 Euro with bread from day before and only sweet spreads plus coffee. You pay extra for even an extra bottle of water.

Ventajas: Very good location , close to the port and central main streets, about 10 minutes walk to port and main commercial streets . Parking at location against cost. Very close to public transport; tram, bus and subway.

Desventajas: Breakfast minimal choices for 9Eur and we didn't took the breakfast at location. Rooms are cleaned only from 7 to 7 days so our room wasn't cleaned during our stay even if we stayed there 5 nights. our balcony was over a lateral very dirty and smelly street which during the night was the residence of homeless people. In the morning we couldn't open the window even at the 4-th floor.

Ventajas: Las personas de la recepción siempre estuvieron dispuestas a ayudarnos. Ellos son lo mejor de este lugar. La cama muy comoda. El puerto está 5-10 minutos caminando. Tiene un estacionamiento realmante al lado, con el cual tienen importantes descuentos.

Desventajas: Felt a bit uncomfortable walking around at night with a young family

Ventajas: The location of this Staycity was perfect; within walking distance of the train station and a spit away from the heart of Marseille and the old port to which I walked at night very safely. The staff were so helpful in recommending good restaurants and from the time I set foot in Staycity, the welcome was warm and friendly. Breakfast provides a wide choice of options after which one should hit the road to explore all the culinary delights and winding streets of Marseille.

Desventajas: I can't think of anything I didn't like. I got so comfortable I forgot my jacket on the back of a chair in the cafe section. By the time I realised this, I had already arrived at my next destination, five hours later and on calling to inquire if the jacket had been found, the staff had already located it and put it aside in readiness for my return to collect it.

Ventajas: The room were clean, nice decoration, air conditionning and staff very friendly. The breakfast was super tasty and the restaurant room is very roomy. Perfect experience for Marseille!

Ventajas: A very smart and trendy hotel with pleasant reception, rooms, restaurant and bar. Across the street is a small bakery and open air cafe/bar. Good location.

Es un gran hotel para una escapada de fin de semana, ya que las instalaciones son fantásticas y se puede quedar sin mucho alboroto. El registro de entrada y salida es sencillo, y hay varios garajes de aparcamiento, con un descuento en el hotel, situados cerca.

Desventajas: We found the odour in the room was offensive it smelt like extremely strong urine coming from bathroom or toilet areas. 1 of us has lung and heart problems and we are very careful with cleanliness because of it. Dust had settled on the wall in the toilet room.

Ventajas: Cute little hotel in the center of all. Front desk (almost certain her name is Christine) was very helpful. She confirmed our tour and made excellent recommendations of where to eat and visit... always with a smile. Made the difference in having such a pleasant experience.

Desventajas: Que no tiene parking propio y el que te recomiendan está a 500m. Que todos los alrededores huelen a pipí y hay mucha suciedad por toda la cuidad.

Ventajas: Room was pretty big. Like having shower an toilet in separate rooms. Breakfast is fine. Location. It is right on Vieux Port. See what we didn't like.

Desventajas: This isn't really three hotel's fault, but right now the noise around the hotel is horrendous mostly because of all the construction on top of the very busy area. Tiny slow elevator.

Ventajas: Good location, friendly and helpful staff

Ventajas: Alright location, opposite the station, town centre is walkable but one can get the metro as well. good breakfast, polite and helpful staff.

Desventajas: The hairdryer was very bad, worked for 2 seconds and then stopped. Really frustrating if you want to dry your hair. In the summer it's fine but in the winter I believe this can be a problem.

Ventajas: Location, cleanliness. Price

Ventajas: Great position opposite station. Rooms cool and beds comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Staff very helpful and allowed us to store bikes in the hotel

Desventajas: Nothing

Ventajas: The front Office staff and manager was very helpful and went an extra mile to help us and arrange for a safe to be brought to our room. Excellent service and polite staff. Will definitely stay here again.

Ventajas: El desayuno tipo buffet, bueno y muy variado. La ubicación es perfecta: Justo enfrente de las estaciones de tren y de autobuses. Solo hay que atravesar una avenida. Unos 40 metros. Desde la habitación no se oye el tráfico. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. Al puerto viejo, centro de la Ciudad y del turismo, se llega andando en 8 minutos.-

Desventajas: Eché en falta en la habitación un frigorífico / mini-bar.-

Ventajas: Breakfast was very good, also the location of the hotel. Garage was a little tight. Also would be good to have some toiletries and stuff in room.

Ventajas: Two minutes from St Charles station. Spacious room. All clean and bright. Comfortable bed and pillows. Exceptional reception staff. Good breakfast buffet. Lifts work well. Room sound insulation excellent (no sound from the lifts which we were adjoining, nor from road or from neighbouring rooms).

Desventajas: One improvement at breakfast would be to offer as a matter of routine alternatives to dairy produce ie alternative ‘milks’ and yogurts. IHG need to reduce their CO2 and methane emissions.

Desventajas: No tiene frigo bar en las habitaciones.

Desventajas: La moqueta de las habitaciones es un poco antigua

Ventajas: Habitación muy espaciosa y limpia. Todo un detalle la cafetera con las galletitas.

Ventajas: Ubicación perfecta..

Ventajas: Relativamente cerca del centro (se llega en unos 15 ó 20 minutos), el hotel está en una zona tranquila y bien comunicada. Hay una parada del tranvía delante. En caso de necesidad, se puede comer en un centro comercial cercano.

Ventajas: We enjoyed the breakfast. There was much variety and everything was fresh. The location of the hotel was good.

Desventajas: You need to get a tram and then a bus to get to the beach

Ventajas: The hotel was very clean and the rooms are well appointed. It was a rainy day when we checked in and the staff were friendly and apologetic for the weather, how sweet. The pool area and patio are great! Great place to simply "relax" Lots around, shopping all around, near the port and not too far from the marina where there are lots of restaurants. The location is pretty good and if you like to walk, lots to see within 30-45 minutes walk. They had slippers in the room, I love that!!

Desventajas: Well... I didn't like the price of the breakfast OMG! 19 Euros! We walked 7 minutes to the mall across the street and paid 3€90

Ventajas: The motel is beautifully located and the rooms spacious and comfortable. I recommend a room with ocean views it is only 10 Euro more. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. I would definitely stay at the Holden Tulip again. Fantastic.

Desventajas: Price of drinks at the bar.

Desventajas: Milk for coffee and tea not replaced each day. Only one hand towel most days we stayed and there were two of us in the room.

Ventajas: Nice hotel, interesting architectural style, friendly staff. Excellent place, very closed to the mall, to the bars, restaurants. Only 15-20 min. by walk to the centre.

Desventajas: We stayed there three nights, but they didn't change the sheet and pillowcase during our stay. There were no glasses or mug in the room. Everything was from paper or plastic.

Desventajas: La ducha estaba sucia, me prometieron en la reserva una bañera y después era un plato de ducha y el hotel apenas tiene habitaciones con balcón cosa q también me prometieron a través de correo electrónico como la bañera de que tendría balcón y luego para disfrutar de el tenía que ser una habitacion de menor categoría a la reservada.

Ventajas: Great view from comfortable room, lovely staff

Ventajas: Large, CLEAN room, wonderful shower, huge panoramic window with water view, close to shopping, eating establishments, wonderful staff and above all, excellent staff!!!

Desventajas: I loved everything!!!

Ventajas: Some of the rooms are nice and spacious. Some hotel employees were friendly. I love the beauty bar and also like that the hotel provides water in the refrigerator.

Desventajas: For the price of the hotel, you could have expected the rooms to be a little bit cleaner, and also they could actually train their staff to be a bit more friendly and welcoming. Also, the room walls and bathroom floors should be cleaned a bit more than what i experienced. The desk chairs need to be a bit more comfortable

Ventajas: Es la segunda vez que reservo en un hotel de esta cadena. Los hoteles son muy lindos, súper modernos y las habitaciones amplias, limpios y tiene muy buenos servicios. En este particularmente, en el check-in además tenes un servicio de cortesía en el bar y el personal es súper amable.

Desventajas: En lo personal, la comida del restaurante no me gusto.

Ventajas: El personal y la ubicacion.

Desventajas: El aere acondicionado hacia mucho ruido y el seguro de la puerta no funcionaba, de hecho la primera mañana alguien abro la puerta y a vernos en la cama cerro.

Ventajas: Good location near to city center, friendly hotel staff. Clean and well-equipped apartment + complimentary tea and coffee at reception.

Ventajas: Alojamiento con salon, dormitorio y pequeña cocina muy completa. Amenities variados y en cantidad. Aunque la hora de entrada es a partir de las 15,00h solicitamos entrar antes y puesto que tenían disponibilidad accedimos a la habitación a las 11,00h. Personal muy amable y servicial. Disponen de maquina de bebidas calientes gratuitas para los clientes. Limpieza al entrar a la habitación correcta, no podemos valorar mas puesto que no hubo mas servicios puesto que la estancia fue menos de 5 dias. Cercano a paradas de metro y autobuses, ocio y restaurantes cercanos. Zona tranquila.

Desventajas: Acceso al hotel con escaleras. Nosotros que tenemos un bebe se complicaba las entradas y salidas con la silla de paseo.

Ventajas: La cocina estaba bien equipada, la cama era bastante comoda, la ubicación. La ducha tenia buena presión de agua.

Desventajas: El baño olía mal, la televisión no se podia poner en español ni si quiera subtítulos, la almohada se puede mejorar, era un espacio bastante reducido.

Ventajas: El personal era excelente!! La habitación era cómoda y agradable.

Desventajas: El desayuno no estaba incluido y era muy injusto...

Ventajas: El personal era genial, la habitación limpia, tranquila y espaciosa, y la ubicación está a poca distancia a pie de muchas atracciones locales.

Desventajas: No hay servicio de transporte o furgoneta desde el aeropuerto (el taxi cuesta 50E).

Ventajas: Great rooftop bar and restaurant! We really enjoyed watching the sunset and taking a swim after a long day of travel! Very friendly staff! About a 15 minute Uber ride from Cruise ship port!

Desventajas: None.

Ventajas: It has some style, more of a boutique hotel than a faceless chain. Loved the comfortable seating near the pool, big comfortable chairs/ sofas. Easy walk to a sandy beach too. 24 hour front desk was good as I arrived v late. When I arrived, the front garden area at night had a real wow factor. Hilarious cacti in the gents by the bar too. Made me laugh at the silliness. Room was nice and comfortable. Bar seemed reasonably priced.

Desventajas: Couple of minor things. Wouldn’t stop me going back in a heartbeat though. Service at pool area was a bit slow and inattentive. (I would have bought more drinks and maybe snacks had I been approached more) Outside felt ever so slightly in need of some maintenance. Nothing major, just weathering. Shower head was the wrong one for the fitting - water came out at 90 degrees into your face! Good water pressure and warmth but a weird angle.

Desventajas: breakfast has deteriorated a lot (was much better in the past, now you have no service, you go to a low quality coffee machine to get your coffee, you queue - one of the 2 machines was broken and never fixed during our week stay, no more local or fresh products, everything very industrial, and staff are not cleaning after clients, the patio is invaded by pigeons as a result...staff especially at the breakfast are not welcoming, the facility has aged and is not well maintained, we had bad sewage smell near our room. Overall the hotel needs to do some effort to stay at the level of a 4 stars, management needs to do something.

Ventajas: Great location near the old port. Great pool although it was out of order on last day which was disappointing.

Ventajas: We’ve stayed here four years in a row and it’s always been great - the rooms, the pool, the breakfast, the location are all excellent. It’s clean and comfortable and the food is good. It’s the perfect base to reach both the vieux port and other areas in Marseille.

Desventajas: Unfortunately this year the bar service was really poor. We waited sometimes half an hour for our orders and then they were often the wrong drinks when we received them. There was a big Johnson and Johnson conference on all week we were there and this clearly put too much pressure on staff - it was obvious they were understaffed. It was a real shame as it’s lively bar to sit and have a drink in but after a few attempts we gave up completely.

Ventajas: Staff, location and pool area very good.

Desventajas: Don’t bother with paying for a suite - it’s not a suite, it’s just a normal room with a very tired and stained sofa in it. Very overpriced and scruffy. You don’t even get access to the coffee machine without paying for it. Both showers didn’t work properly either.

Ventajas: The room was good. When taking a bath this morning, I couldn’t turn the shower off. Also no conditioner for the hair

Desventajas: We weren’t too happy with the main course of the market menu.

Ventajas: Location near center and near small beach. Nice and clean room. Reception staff professional and good.

Desventajas: Pigeons stoke people who eat at the terrace, walk all over tables. Do not eat outside. Staff at the bar/restaurant are unprofessional, slow. Wrong food served after ordering, 2,5hours lasted 3meals course to be served.

Ventajas: Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom amenities were good quality.

Desventajas: As we had few small issues, have been reported to the reception staff, we noticed that they were not really interested in sorting it out without spoiling our stay. When we enter in the room after checking in, we use to check if everything is ok and clean in the room. We found the jar of nuts from minibar open, so we brought at the reception straight away to report that it wasn't us who open it, but at the check out we had the charge for nuts on our bill. Secondly in the evening we wanted to make some tea in our room and when place water in the kettle, we felt a horrible smell from it. We reported and asked the staff from reception to be washed or changed, but when we returned to our room in the evening we found the same smelly kettle in the room. Called reception again to report and it took for them around one hour to replace it, without any call from reception to let us know that it will take some time to replace the kettle with another one. Apart of that in one of the mornings at the breakfast, the juice machine was broken and when we tried to make some orange juice it split over my cloths. Again staff was there seeing that, but without any reaction. Next morning (Tuesday) we came for breakfast around 9:30, the cantin area was looking very dirty: floor everywhere and no clean tables to seat and have our breakfast, we had to look where is the staff to bring us some cutlery. The hotel has a beautiful design and it is in a very nice location, but all these issues disappointed us and gave us the feeling that we were not welcome.
