Ventajas: Crew was courteous and friendly.
Desventajas: Just not enough room in the economy class, especially when the person in front reclines their seat.

Desventajas: No meals served, and no beverages, unless you are willing to pay inflated prices for garbage. They will give you tap water if you ask, and that's that. I still find this approach despicable and unnecessarily stingy, especially since this is BA, not a lowcost.
Ventajas: the crew was courteous and did their best to address problems that were beyond their control. alcoholic beverages are free.
Desventajas: the light and most of the screen features did not work in our seats. I have encountered this problem before. this is a long and expensive flight for this stuff not to work. the food (special meal, asian vegetarian) was an awful, undistinguishable mush--poor presentation and dubious nutritional value
Desventajas: Very tight seating in the double decker near the rear particularly for a six hour flight. Food and drink were very good and check -in clerk got us on an earlier flight. Only complaint really was the lack of any leg room.
Ventajas: The crew was brilliant. They were so cordial and helpful. Every one of the, was attentive and cheerful. Well done
Desventajas: The filet I ordered was so tough that it was inedible. On the whole, the food was not very good, ev n the tea service which was weird. Also, the business class seat are poorly designed. If one is in a window seat and the person on the aisle is using the foot rest, one is trapped in place.
Desventajas: Overbooked flights led to a missed connection resulting in a 12 hour layover

Desventajas: First of all my booking didnt have a checked bag included !! Since when british air do not include checled bags in their tickets .
Second its way too expensive to add the baglike 100$ for each flight !! 400$ for me and my wife !!
Third when i checked in and wanted to chose my seat 50$ each !!!
Desventajas: We went to Gatwick(75.00 Uber) to reschedule in person and we were told there were no refunds and if we wanted to change it would be 250 pounds. It is my wife’s and my 35 year anniversary and this wants a mood dampener
Desventajas: The 60 euro bagage fee for just checking 1 bag was excessive. There was no obvious way to pay on line or with the app

Desventajas: We waited THREE HOURS just to check our bags; we didn't have time for a meal prior to boarding as a result. Were told in-flight that they should've given us vouchers, and now we'd have to pay for something to eat. Our luggage was lost and took four days to be delivered.
