It was very difficult to find the Budget location. It would be so simple to add the directions to the confirmation and pickup information. The help center was no help and calling the actual pickup sight didn't work because they didn't answer up the phone and so the "help center" answered each time. That was incredibly frustrating and added an hour to my van rental pickup.Opinión del 24 jul 2023

The customer service people were very nice and helpful, but I wasn't able to get the vehicle that I needed and one of the vehicles given to me needed an oil change so I had to go back inside and get a different vehicle.Opinión del 9 jul 2023

I did not get the vehicle I wanted. Instead of a subcompact (which can fit 5), I got a car for 4… there was not even a price difference. I believe I should've gotten some sort of reimbursement for having to sacrifice what I actually rented. I had to make double the trips.Opinión del 26 jun 2023

I got to the pickup location only to be greeted by an extremely rude employee. I was rudely told we don’t have a car for you even if you have a reservation. Very poor experience to say the very least.Opinión del 1 feb 2023

Very hard to find location, and the first employee was incredibly unhelpful. Told us they only had mini vans when we could visibility see jeep car keys on the hook. When asked they finally gave us the jeep we booked. Took over an hour to get our car.Opinión del 20 oct 2022

Rented us out a car that someone else was rented. Our car smelled like a dirty armpit. Very unorganizedOpinión del 19 sept 2022

Horrible experience at this location. I realize that this is not representative of Budget as a whole but this location was terrible. I would never go there again and I would highly recommend that everyone else stay away as well.Opinión del 5 ago 2022

My car reservation was unfulfilled by Budget despite receiving multiple notifications my car was reserved. I went to pick up my car and they didn’t have a car for me or help me find another car in the area. However, I was able to use a different car rental service and Budget awarded me a 3 day voucher for a free rental . All the Budget staff were friendly and professional.Opinión del 20 jul 2022

Generally the overall rental experience was really great. Only the price was far too much in my opinion (roughly USD 130.00 per day for 6 days). Apart from that I'd totally recommend it againOpinión del 16 jul 2022
