Ventajas: Car was very comfortable and clean, very end user friendly. Loved the onboard automatic emergency braking system and the free upgrade.
Desventajas: First time trying to find the pickup/drop off point was difficult, could have been more accessible.

Desventajas: I put in more gas than was required (because i was unfamiliar with the tank size when getting gas) and I will not be refunded for that gas

Ventajas: The staff was really friendly and I won't be renting from anywhere else in the city moving forward.

Desventajas: The car we got had a bad speedometer. It displayed the speed 7-10 mph below actual, as measured by both my navigation app (Waze) and by highway speed signs that display your current speed.

Desventajas: Unfortunately no insurance was included in the rate and it was not clear specified. The result was that our rental waa double price and more expensive that other offers. Very disapointed that insurance matter are written with such a small letters. Never had it before and we rent regular cars in US

Ventajas: Zane at JFK drop off was awesome. He was very helpful and even gave us clear directions on where to go to get our hotel shuttle.
Desventajas: The vehicle definitely had been used by a smoker. But the cleaning staff had done an excellent job cleaning it up so that it was not obvious.
