Staff were very helpful. Upgraded my selection but the car sat too low for me and was uncomfortable. That was not their fault.Opinión del 26 mar 2023

The staff and customer service were fine, but my car ended up not having any window washer fluid and the A/C was completely broke. Obviously neither were identified until I needed them.Opinión del 15 feb 2023

When we arrived at the Austin airport, the Enterprise manager called to say not to bother to come to the Enterprise office because there were no cars of any kind anywhere in Austin, even though we had made our reservation weeks ago and received a confirmation the day before our arrival. It was the Formula 1 Grand Prix and no cars we’re a available, regardless of our reservation and confirmation.Opinión del 26 oct 2022

You booked me for the vehicle and I then received a call that there were no cars available. I tried to return the call MULTIPLE times with no answer. Then tried to book directly through Enterprise with no cars available.Opinión del 21 oct 2022

Pickup and drop off were easy as they could be. Signs entering the Austin airport could have been more helpful when returning the car. We had to u-turn twice to get to the right place. That's not the fault of the rental car agencies. The car was clean and we were given a thorough walk around before pulling off. It drove and behaved beautifully. We returned the car two days early and there were no questions and our final charge was adjusted accordingly.Opinión del 23 jun 2022

The staff and car was great but Kayak was not clear on their websites that the Enterprise I booked at was NOT the Enterprise at the airport. By the time we landed and realized this problem the location our car was at was closed for the day. PLEASE make rental car locations clear, not just with an address, we're from out of town, we don't know street names - label it as the airport rental location.Opinión del 9 may 2022
