Esta bueno que tengan conocimiento de otros idiomas , en general no sucede, aquí en Nilan les encanta hablar DOLO ITAKIANO y a veces aunque uno tenga conocimiento s básicos se complica .

Ventajas: The hotel is conveniently located next to Milano Centrale, which worked well for us as we used Milan as the hub to visit small towns nearby. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. I especially would like to thank the concierge for the great restaurant recommendations and reservations (special thanks to Alessandro). There are some interesting spots to visit in the neighborhood and major attractions in the city are just a couple of Metro stops away.
Desventajas: If possible, they should leave some space in the gym for body weight training, as this kind of exercise is getting more popular among younger people.

Ventajas: An exceptional property literally across the road from the train station so getting around town or to/from the airport is easy. The free Maserati courtesy car was very handy too and our driver was full of recommendations on where to go and what to do. Everything about the hotel is of the highest quality.

Ventajas: Staffs were friendly and delegated to handle guests requests. I stayed in spacious junior suite with openable glass roof, I could enjoy milan sky. I like breakfast in this hotel. There are lots of fruits, vesitables, pastries and requested eggs dishes were really good.
Desventajas: I walked to Centro but little bit far than i expected. Guest rooms interior was in garlish in align with their comcept, i did not notice that whe make resavation.

Ventajas: Location was great if you need to be near the central train station...just an easy two block walk away. Also, easy access to the Metro which takes you downtown for only 1 1/2 Euro.
Rooms were small but neat and clean
Desventajas: tiny elevator and tiny shower, (although these seemed to be somewhat common in many hotels in Italy). Also, room was on the small side.

Ventajas: The staff was extremely helpful! They helped us figure out how to spend our one night in Milan and get us where we needed to be the next day. We were there for the convenience of being near the train station. It fit our needs perfectly!

Ventajas: The location was great. Right next to the train station. Since it was Christmas night they organized a dinner for staff and guests. The atmosphere was so good. The staff was amazing, they were friendly and helped you where they could. The beds were comfi and the rooms and common area's were clean. The fact that they offer free breakfast, dinner and snacks the whole day is a bonus. Definitely recommend everyone to come here during their stay in Milan.
Desventajas: The ensuite bathroom is sometimes inconvenient when someone is taking a long shower. Luckily there are extra bathrooms upstairs.

Ventajas: Every space created for the comfort of the guests like the kitchen with food at your disposal was really surprising, the parlour setting, the penthouse, the underground game centre. Very Clean even with the number of guests daily. Easy access everywhere, Friendly staff who even dashed me a padlock and made descriptions easier. Although I didn’t really mix up which that was on me but I did have a good recession, I will recommend for a tourist. Thank you Ostello Bello.
Desventajas: The fact that the breakfast and dinner was repeated which they explained their reasons but for me I get really bored with routine so I opted for alternatives around

Ventajas: Wonderful hotel, old world charm mixed with grandeur - wonderful lobby and bar, the drinks and service is excellent, as a solo traveller I felt very comfortable and well looked after. Service throughout the hotel was top notch. The room was very spacious, the most comfortable bed and large bathroom, all decorated beautifully, there was even a little balcony to step out onto if you wanted a spot of fresh air. I sadly didn’t have time to test out the restaurant as I went to the ballet at La Scala instead which is only 5 minutes walk away and Piazza Duomo a few minutes on from there so perfect location to explore Milan. The gym was small but functional with a few weights and machines, be good to add some yoga/floor mats.
Desventajas: Breakfast was ok - a decent selection to choose from from buffet style or made fresh to order but not really worth the €35 euro price tag, I would instead take the short walk to Oya. Only issue I experienced was the food in the bar, perhaps I picked the wrong thing in having a panini but it wasn’t great considering how great the hotel is in every other aspect.

Ventajas: My second stay at this hotel and will likely to stay again in the future. Perfectly located within walking distance to Duomo and attractions, yet offer boutique feeling of private villa. Staff was warm and welcoming, concierge service was excellent and he does know the city and hot places well. Room large, decorated with style and perfectly maintained 2-3 times a day. Breakfast offered daily fresh pastry and wide variety of local delicacies along with immaculate service.

Ventajas: Buen desayuno. Se agradece que en la habitación se dispone de zapatillas, albornoz, agua, hervidor, infusiones y galletitas así como esto último también en el hall. Muy bien comunicado al estar a cinco minutos de la Estación Central con los servicios que ello acompaña. Hay muchos hoteles en los alrededores, restaurantes y establecimiento para tomar una copa enfrente.

Ventajas: Pretty much everything was perfect: the number of power plugs, the coat and towel hangers, the water pressure in the shower, the speed of the Wi-Fi, the happy breakfast waitress singing Jingle Bells, the overall comfort in a location, near the train station, that usually offers mostly run-down hotel accommodations.
Desventajas: The temperature in the room was a bit too warm (winter time) and the control system apparently was not effective

Ventajas: This hotel appears to be family run. At check-in, they were very accommodating to find two rooms on the same floor so we could be close to the kids. They offer lots of complementary goodies (drinks, cookies, and even panettone during the holidays) and the rooms were comfortable. The location is hard to beat - just a 5 minute walk from Milano Centrale. Good running to the parks/duomo from the hotel as well. The kids enjoyed the full breakfast, which offered freshly squeezed carrot juice.
Desventajas: The room got a bit stuffy at night so we cracked open a window, which then made it a bit loud (even on the fourth floor). Even the rain didn’t discourage the weekend revelers

Ventajas: La atenciòn del dueño es excelente. El mismo sirve el desayuno y se encarga de preparar los fiambres y los huevos. Aparte cuenta con frutas, jugos naturales, cereales, tostadas, croissants, y dulces. Si bien es un poco lejos de la zona del Duomo, se llega en 30 minutos en tranvìa, bus o metro. Ducha y cama comodísimas. Aparte el dueño (no recuerdo el nombre, creo que era Stefano), nos indicò siempre perfectamente como movernos y nos recomendò restaurantes,, habiendo comido en uno de ellos en forma excepcional.

Ventajas: Excelente apartamento con una habitación bastante amplia y cómoda con los detalles muy bien cuidados. El baño también amplio y muy limpio. El desayuno muy rico, con zumo de naranja natural y productos caseros; yogurt, huevos, croisants,.. e incluso tiene una bonita terraza donde desayunar. Sobre todo sin dejar de mencionar la amabilidad del propietario!!
Desventajas: Nada pero si tengo que mencionar algo es la ubicación que no está muy céntrica pero con una parada del tranvía casi delante que en 20 min te deja en la plaza del Duomo.

Desventajas: Está en una zona poco céntrica, aunque caminando 10-15 min se llega a la zona de "ambiente" nocturno de los canales. Inconveniente? Para llegar allí, se ha de ir por sitios un poco solitarios (aunque no parecen inseguros).

Ventajas: The hotel room was very nice, modern and clean. Comfy beds and good air conditioning. Interesting decorations of the main hall and friendliness of the stuff made great impression. We were able to checkin 1,5h before the official time and we were allowed to check out 1 h later. It was very nice of them to provide us insights into the public transport availability. freshly baked goods for breakfast were just amazing! It smelled delightful as freshly baked bread. And overall experience was amazing! Highly recommend and we would like to come back there when we are in Milano next time.

Her appartment also had the best shower we ever used, not to mention it was veey modern and very comfortable. Paola also prepaired a fantastic breakfast we ever had. All in all this is one of tbe best value for money you can get. I would have no problem sending any friends or family to atay there. Paola also gave us a little going away present for us to eat later on. We were only there for a night but it was a great place to stay if you are in Milan. Desventajas: Nos dieron habitación en la primera planta y se oía mucho el ruido/vibración de los trenes/metros. Albornoz y zapatillas solo para una persona cuando la reserva era para dos personas en una habitación doble. Ya que se pone ese detalle... que se tenga en cuenta que en la habitación se alojan dos personas. Si vas con maleta grande (20kg) la habitación es pequeña, por suerte fuimos pocos días y llevábamos equipaje de mano. No obstante, al llegar, el personal de recepción, sin preguntarle, nos dijo que había habitaciones superiores y más grandes disponibles por 50€ más; por si nos interesaba la oferta...

Desventajas: Took very very long to check-in. Reception staff picked up a phone while she was handling our check-in and we had to wait until she finished (which took quite a while) before getting back to us. Very bad check-in experience. Also, breakfast should be improved.

Ventajas: Muy buena ubicación. Desayunos y cenas muy completos. Una de las habitaciones tenia vistas espectaculares a la plaza de la estación central. La otra habitación era interior y más pequeña, pero correcta.
Desventajas: La cena no incluye bebidas y los precios que aplican a las bebidas son excesivos. Una agua 5€, una cocacola 6€. Podrían incluir agua aunque fuese del grifo.

Ventajas: The hotel was reasonably clean and nearby the train station.
Desventajas: I experienced a serious security breach at the hotel. After checking in, I tried to open another room by mistake. The room opened, and there was a gentleman relaxing on his bed, after taking a shower apparently (the floor was all wet). I immediately reported the incident at reception. They run some checks and then the director wrote an email that their system did not detect any breaches of security and that my attempt entry in a different room was denied. This made me even more worried, because I know for a fact that I was able to enter in someone else room. The fact that their system didn’t detect the breach means that their system has clear faults. We ended up having a poor night of sleep being concerned for our safety that our door could be potentially opened my a stranger by mistake, exactly as it happened to us. Furthermore the receptionist was quite unfriendly and refused to give us her last name.

Ventajas: A great modern hotel in an excellent location just across the Central Train staition (useful if you are traveling via malpensa airport ot if you want to visit the lakes, Como etc...) and a metro station just in front of its entrance. The room was cleaned every day and its view was amazing (central station). The breakfast and the included lunch had a large veriety of food, cakes, salads and fruits. The bed was very comfy and relaxing. Everything was perfect. In my next travel in Milan I will definately stay there again.

Ventajas: Location is just opposite of the Milan Central Station where you can easily take shuttle bus to Malpensa Airport or anywhere else. Include dinner during the stay is perfect too. Loved the dinner and breakfast varieties. Excellent! Will go back in future.

Desventajas: Couldn’t get a seat at breakfast, had to wait for an age as single people sat at tables of four. No one sitting in bar on the two weekends evening we visited, would make more sense to combine both areas for eating or flip the bar area to upstairs. Bar and restaurant are absolutely awful. Dining option was awful, breakfast was awful, bar is dreadful. Save money and use as a place to lay your head if you have to. I always stay in this area when I visit Milan but I would not stay in this hotel again.
