I understand the prices of rental cars are astronomical right now. And even with kayak finding me the best price, it was still overpriced. But I appreciated finding this deal. For sure.Opinión del 30 jul 2022

Charged me twice, still waiting on refund. Did an upgrade due to not having what I reserved and charged me for the upgrade. Turned car in sooner than reserved for and charged me all but 20.00 less. Complete rip off. Poor company to deal with anymore. Budget was the only rental car company I used to use. Not again!Opinión del 19 may 2022

Budget/Avis does not rent to drivers with Georgia driver’s licenses. Would have been nice to know that BEFORE i arrived at the rental location. Very fortunate I was visiting family and a family member was able to rent for me. Very poorly done.Opinión del 10 abr 2022

Windows of the car had water spots/streaks left from cleaning. Potentially using a dirty towel to clean them? Using the wipers and spray did not clean them, we had to stop and clean them once we reached our destination, the spots are more visible at night when driving.Opinión del 20 ene 2022

We used Budget before, and were pleased with the service and vehicle. This time we went to a different location where communication was not priority, and the vehicle was subpar. Basically, we did not get the rental we reserved, and it was not in top notch working order. We are not planning to use the 69th and Lewis Tulsa Budget location again.Opinión del 15 dic 2021
