Cost doubled when we were told that if we didn’t get the insurance, we would have to pay for the time that it took to fix the vehicle for repairs.. first time I ever agreed to insurance instead of using our own policy.Opinión del 12 feb 2023

The car was not big enough. It was very dirty and had cigarette ashes in it. They told me I had to return it with 3/4 of a tank of gas. It only had a 1/4 tank when I picked it up! Also, the windshield washer fluid light was on because it was almost empty. Oh, not to mention that KAYAK told us the car was at the airport. It was NOT! It cost me $90.00 in Uber and taxi fees, to get to the car and get back to the airport. Never again through a third party! F-Opinión del 15 dic 2022

I was able to return the car to a different location from the place where I picked it up. Hertz ( the agents at the return location at Ft. Myers Airport ) were wonderful , real professional and I do appreciate all their assistance. My many thanks.Opinión del 14 nov 2022
