In person customer service was great. Trying to reach someone beforehand though was difficult and not helpful. Dropoff was a bit confusing, no signs or live people to tell you what to do. You just pull in and walk away, easy but not like any other return I've ever hadOpinión del 17 jul 2023

Made reservation at the Madison, WI Odana beach to get there and for them to rudely tell me there was no vehicle so I was stranded. They proceeded to tell me this happens all the time and there was nothing they could do.Opinión del 13 jul 2023

The exterior of the car was extremely dirty and the service light was on. There was a strong smell in the first couple of days. Possibly cigarette smoke.Opinión del 12 jul 2023

Interior car windows were dirty, and the car was in need of an oil change per the reminder light on the display reminded me. Additionally, the vehicle could benefit from a front-end alignment in my opinion.Opinión del 11 jun 2023

We were charged twice for the car and never got our deposit back until we refused to pay out visa bill. Hertz still thinks we owe them!Opinión del 30 ene 2023

Rental agent was efficient and courteous, we opted to return vehicle with a full tank of fuel but when we received it it was less than 3/4 full, we didn’t question it as we had already left facility.Opinión del 6 ene 2023

Both pick up and drop off times were when the offices were technically closed! We barely got the car picked up before the employee left for the day. When we dropped it off, the office was closed for the whole weekend. Luckily, an employee turned up just as we were starting to panic.Opinión del 21 ago 2022
