The pick up and drop off was a breeze! But the rental van was a death trap!! The air conditioner didn’t work, the tires were bald, no windshield wiper fluid and the windshield was covered in bird poop! The windshield wipers themselves were very old! Ventajas:Pickup experience was a nightmare and I was placed into a dirty car.Desventajas:Speed at checkout. They should have cleaned the car... esp during Covid. They should have placed me into a different car if they didn’t have time to clean the car they put me into. I also could not get ahold of customer service for the life of me. Ventajas:The Hertz rental at that location no longer exists. I took an Uber to and from the location from my home, $18. I waited outside on hold for over 20 minutes while an agent tried to find another location with a car. No such luck.
