Desventajas: The bedsheets. They don’t have a duvet and we have to put a blanket on top. This makes the bed sheets very heavy and not comfortable as it slides down all the time and we have to pull it back to the bed all night. It was horrible and. It’s not up to the international standard. The staff are friendly but some are lack of experience of international top hotel standards. Communications between different teams are not very smooth. Examples: 1. When we checked in we asked the lady to book a table at the Moroccan restaurant for the same evening and when we arrived at the restaurant they didn’t have our reservations and had to check for quite a while to confirm that. As hotel guests of the best hotel in the world this is not acceptable. 2. I asked for something from the reception to be sent to our room and it took them 3 times to finally get it right. Seems that the reception and the house keeping don’t understand each other. 3. We came back late at 8 pm one day from the mountains and we had a shower in the room before going to the French restaurant for dinner. Before we went for dinner we turned off the DND sign as a signal for housekeeping to clean the room but it want not done when we came back from dinner. Why don’t they have a ‘clean the room’ sign if they are not efficient enough? 4. We requested for a late check out and they said we can check out at 2 pm. At 1230 they called us and said that the next guests have arrived and wanted us to move out right away! Otherwise the room is spectacular. They just need more training and more exposures to the top top hospitality standards of the world. My expectations were very high because of their ranking and the price.

Ventajas: Visitamos esta ciudad con frecuencia y esta vez habíamos puesto todas nuestras expectativas en este hotel-riad, tras leer los muchos comentarios favorables en booking. Está en una situación inmejorable pero, a la vez, es un hotel tranquilo y pequeño. El personal de recepción, las limpiadoras y el servicio que atienden los desayunos son muy amables y con muchas ganas de agradar (cosa casi general en la mayor parte de los hoteles de esta ciudad). Nos dieron la habitación número 3, doble de luxe, en la planta baja pues tengo problemas de movilidad. La cama era cómoda y con sábanas finas. Tuvieron el detalle de hacernos la cama 2 veces en un mismo día. Los desayunos están bien surtidos y atendidos.
Desventajas: No es un hotel adaptado para personas con poca movilidad, ya que no cuenta con ascensor. El comedor está en el primer piso y la mini-piscina en el segundo. La estructura del riad hace que las habitaciones den a un patio interior techado, disponiendo de dos ventanitas alargadas para su ventilación. Hay que correr las cortinas para tener intimidad porque desde fuera se ve. La habitación era bastante pequeña, un espacio abigarrado de hornacinas de escayola, espejos, cuadros, lamparitas, arcones, mesitas de chapa, asientos, puertas y armarios barnizados en exceso y alfombras. Todo ello acompañado de unos elementos textiles de mala calidad. En conjunto es una extraña mezcla de tradición y modernidad (lamparitas de lectura). No están insonorizadas y se oye a quién pasa por ese patio. El baño merece mención aparte: nunca hemos visto un baño tan pequeño, poco más de 2 metros y medio. Sanitarios de firma pero con tapa de retrete del más puro plástico, agrietada por los anclajes. Suelo con una losa en la que se acumula suciedad en las juntas. Sin palabras. Los espacios comunes mejoran algo, pero sobra polvo en las lámparas y falta mantenimiento en general. Las sillas del comedor están muy deterioradas y tendrían que cambiarse. Y todo ello por el módico precio de casi 300.- euros dos noches. Le sobran estrellas.

Ventajas: Al estar en la propia plaza Jamaa El Fna, es muy práctico. En cualquier otro lugar de la Medina, es muy fácil perderse y pasar mucho tiempo solo en encontrar el hotel. La acogida, fantástica. Los servicios propuestos: visita guiada individual a la carta (un lujo) y los desplazamientos al aeropuerto.

Ventajas: I friend of mine recommended darling nabila to and that, and when I came here I found that everything as on the pictures and the descriptions on the site they arranged us a transfer from the airport and that was comfortable and when we arrive next the hotel we found yasyn has been waiting for us there he's really helpful he gave us all what we needed about the city and also he organized us some tours to deferent places I recommend them to everone , and the rooms as well are comfortable and clean with air-conditioning so I really recommend this to everyone who wants to relax

Ventajas: The five days I’ve stayed at dar Nabila was so lovely ,Yassine made our vocation perfect and amazing he gave us all the advices we needed , and he helped us to arrange the desert trip and I really recommend this trip , it would be the best experience , the room and the beutiful terass was great where we got a delicious mint tea and the breakfast was awesome ,finally I hardly recommend riad darnabila

Ventajas: The staff is nice. They helped us with several things.
Desventajas: We asked for a pickup at the airport (which was confirmed) but no one showed up there. The location is not the best. Not so far to downtown, but terrible way full of motorcycles, more like a motorway. The heater in our room was a simple and loud electric version. There is no door between the bedroom and the bathroom, only a curtain. The wifi signal in our room was poor. Unfortunately a big and noisy group stayed there also and we felt like in a hostal. The staff wasn't able to solve the situation.

Ventajas: I had a great time in Dar Nabila . Abdel Samad the manager and Haja Fatima were so great and did provide me and my family a great customer service . I hope that the general manager Kawala gives a raise to both of them ,because they are great assets to the hotel .The Hotel was very quiet, very clean and the rooms were so great.

Ventajas: Very simple but nicely curated riad. Warm atmosphere at evening time. Quite and located by a side street.
Desventajas: Rooms at ground floor in the courtyard are nice but not the best if you like to sleep in during your holiday. 2 families with small kids were having breakfast right by our room at 7-8 am making a lot of noise. We asked to be moved to an empty room upstairs but they wanted to charge us more. Breakfast was very minimal and definitely the most basic one we had in Morocco after being travelling for 2 weeks. When I asked for honey or extra pancakes I was told they didn't have any left, less than 30 min later another guest asked for the same and they had no problem giving them some.....not sure what was the reason they refused it to us, but it did not feel polite at all.

Desventajas: Our room was not available the first night and we had to walk 10 minutes to our alternative accomodation which had an impressive courtyard but the room was terrible. On the morning of our departure at 7 am for the desert tour there was no breakfast and nobody around although we had told them of our departure and we had to let the driver in ourselves!

Desventajas: The location of Dar Nabila is in a strange neighbourhood. We didn't have air conditioning. We called many times before arriving in Marrakesh but they didn't answer the phone (bad communication).

Ventajas: Sin duda el personal es lo mejor. El chico que atiende es súper atento y esta dispuesto a ayudar en todo lo que uno necesite, nos ayudo a contratar los tours al mejor precio, a comprar algunos boletos de bus para movernos de ciudad entre otras cosas.
Desventajas: El lugar es hermoso pero esta entre algunas callejuelas por lo que siempre hay que caminar unas calles, a pesar de que nunca nos paso nada no lo recomiendo para mujeres solas porque es un poco obscuro de noche.

Desventajas: Despite their large number of staff and a wonderful property the constant inattention to details adversely affected my stay. A constant ‘we will deal with this later ‘ meant that no one accepted responsibility. Even a car service provided by the hotel was inexcusably late - maintenance issues in rooms were neglected and spoiled milk served at breakfast. Paying for quality presumes a quality delivered and I was most disappointed.

Ventajas: My booking was upgraded and I got huge Suite for 2 nights. Little bit old but absolutely perfect hotel. Sofitel Lounge and Spa is more new than Sofitel Palais Imperial. Both hotels are placed in one location. In Sofitel Palais Imperial is best service ever! The staff is welcoming and friendly, everyone smiles at you and goes out of their way to make your stay perfect. Comfortable bed and pillows. Very good spa. Very good indoor and outdoor warm pools. Many thanks for waiters near pool Mrs. Karima and Mr. Muhta! And specially thanks for manager Mrs. Iman! It was pleasure to stay in your hotel!

Ventajas: Precioso hotel, un remanso de paz! y a sólo 10 minutos del centro. Nos encantó la piscina, la tranquilidad y la atención de todo el personal. Nos organizaron ir al Atlas en el mismo día y en sólo 10 minutos ya teníamos el coche listo. Se encargaron de que tuviesemos tickets para el museo para ahorrarnos la cola, reservas, etc...... Muy recomendable!

Ventajas: Breathtaking view from the room and room size. Staff, hospitality from the hotel team and very good service. It was a special occasion weekend and I thank you for making it truly special. Excellent bathroom and size of landscaped gardens. Have not been back to Four seasons chain for 3.5 years and this time they redeemed themselves.
Desventajas: Hard to fault but if I were very picky I would say noise inside the room that comes through the room door (that’s from adjacent rooms and guests, room service and cleaning trolleys).

Ventajas: Las instalaciones preciosas. El personal muy servicial y atento. El gerente nos regaló una cena. Comida deliciosa. Llegamos más temprano del check in y comoquiera nos dieron la recámara antes. El personal en las caballerizas súper buenos, nos ayudaban con los caballos aunque no pagamos nada por eso. Te dejan comida en el cuarto para picar. Entre ello dátiles, nos encantó. Vale la pena el precio
Desventajas: Puedes aburrirte, porque solo esta la alberca y las caballerizas, y de noche no tienen actividades, más que el restaurante.

Ventajas: The architecture and finishing of the hotel is really impressive. We were recommended the hotel by very close friends who stay frequently and it was really impressive. The swimming pool was an excellent feature and the rooms are very spacious.
Desventajas: Very little can be said that is negative about the hotel. If I had to be really picky, the only thing that could possibly be improved is the breakfast. Although the hotel offers a good breakfast, it was slightly limited.

Ventajas: Superb range of foods available at the breakfast buffet with inside and outside dining options. All three restaurants provided good food, and the bar menu on the terrace was a favourite. Having the stables attached was great for us as both our girls ride. The main pool area was superb with very attentive staff, and the Spa pool area as a second option was welcome. Truly relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Desventajas: On the whole all was very good. Some of the waiting staff could have been a bit more attentive at times, but this is a minor niggle.

Staff are all fantastic; from the doormen through to reception ( Mohamed) , turn down service (Abbes) to the restaurant staff ( super helpful honest manager () & Omar whom served us) in another spectacular space on the grounds, the Assyl Moroccan traditional restaurant! Gorgeous! Food is outstanding & traditional, ( but revise he pastilla more spices & flavour plz) which is what every guests wants to experience not something catered to for a western palate! Well done all! But the pice-de-resistance was how much detail, care & kindness they bestow upon their guests! My birthday was not only celebrated by the Selman sending to my room, a set-up for tea, trolley with a beautifully decorated delicious French patisserie chocolate & orange mousse cake. Yet later in Assyl restaurant, they kept the musicians back more time, for me, they played for ages, for me & then at dessert time played 3 versions of Happy Birthday for me ( Eng, French, Morrocan) whilst all staff clapping & singing with great verve! So one tends to stay out & enjoy the amenities ( if your into that kind of R&R) What would be great would be a flexible ( drive at anytime) local hotel shuttle for guests instead of having to keep calling taxis & transfers. Something to consider! ( as an extended service) I felt my room was boring beige & not in a true Morrocan style. It’s european hotel room formula with a slight leaning to a Morrocan style. I for this reason prefer Riads as they are more authentic, decorated more interestingly & eclectically. Being a large luxury hotel brand unfortunately loses all the feel in the rooms. Ventajas: A secluded haven. The hotel grounds are very beautiful. It is a very intimate and nature loving place. A lot of thought, love and care has been taken to create a wonderul, diverse and natural landscaped space. Many of the trees and plants are labelled for interest. My favourite moments, the serene view from the main restaurant terrace overlooking the garden, amazing breakfast, the continuous sound of birdsong across the whole resort (divine), the relaxed wildlife roaming freely around like the peacocks and hotel cats. The hotel vegetable garden is a great place to hide away in to read a book, lots of hidden seating too for privacy. The open fires in my suite and across the hotel areas. Also loved the families of tortoise in the hotel ponds. My hamman treatment was also a highlight, the therapist was very attentive and I had the whole hamman for the session.
Desventajas: I was a solo traveller booked into a suite with pool (room 5). On hindsight I should have asked to change to a smaller suite at ground level. There were 3 doors and 2 flights of stairs to get to my suite. As a solo traveller a ground level room would have been more appropriate and I would have felt safer. The front (first) door of the garden suite was often left unlocked by staff and on two occassions, staff entered the suite pool area without knocking/ringing door bell and in both incidences I was in the pool. Thank goodness I was not skinny dipping. The second door didn't lock at all. For a £300+ a night suite I also found small niggles in the suite, like the evening lamps leading up the suite not working (housekeeping did fix them when asked), taps missing parts and having to call housekeeping to light the fire every evening or make the TV work. Small things but important for a relaxing stay.

Desventajas: PLASTIC - the use of so many plastic straws with each drink and bottled water made us feel quite bad. It’s time to rethink, and although they have a sustainability ethos on the website it isn’t thought through enough in other departments such as room service, bar and housekeeping. Even the sugar is packed in little plastic sacks, shower gel and shampoo is in plastic bottles etc! Plus, although the rooms are beautiful and comfortable, it’s lacking a little on the final touches - coffee amenities pretty poor for example, bad lighting l, old air conditioning units and we didn’t rate the room service which arrived cold most (please invest in glitches and don’t use aluminium foil!!!) of the time and there was always something missing. The waiters were lovely though!

Ventajas: The location is great, very close to the centre. We didn´t have dinner, but breakfast was nice, however we do prefer savory breakfast. I do understand this was typical Maroccan breakfast and first day we had some eggs which was nice, but second day we only had sweet options, which is not our preference (but this is just our personal preference). The third morning we skipped the breakfast as we were leaving early to the airport. What surprised us was how peacful and quite it was inside Riad considering its location. Staff is extremely helpful and polite.

Not sure if we got unlucky or if the yellow taxis aren’t allowed there?

Ventajas: Beautiful hotel for R&R about 20mins drive outside Marrakech with beautiful grounds, pool, gym and restaurant. A free shuttle takes you into town and back if you want to explore. After the hustle of the Medina, the hotel is an oasis. Great food in the restaurant and the staff are super friendly and welcoming.
Desventajas: The tv in our room didn’t always work, however we had an iPad with us to watch Netflix and as the WiFi was good it wasn’t an issue.

Ventajas: Este es un fabuloso Riad, las otras críticas son todas acertadas. El personal es brillante y desea ayudarte, siempre preguntando si pueden hacer cosas. Los desayunos fueron lo más destacado: comerlos en la terraza de la azotea, ya que la ciudad se despertó fue una delicia y los extrañaremos.
Llegamos al aeropuerto con más de 90 minutos de retraso, pero el taxi que había sido arreglado para que nos recogiera estaba allí y cuando llegamos al Riad, la comida que habíamos organizado estaba lista para nosotros cuando encajaba con nosotros, y fue espectacular. .
Todo el personal parecía disfrutar de estar en el Riad y esto se dio cuenta de que querían hacerte sentir como en casa. No puedo elogiar a este Riad lo suficiente.

Ventajas: Personalmente la ubicacion alejada del bullicio, el servicio y la amabilidad del personal. El desayuno y la comida del restaurante son de primera. La terraza es de lujo, para descansar desayunar, comer, leer tranquilo... Todo hace que la estancia sea de 10.

Ventajas: Great location, near the sites in the medina. The riad is less a traditional Riad and more a boutique hotel. The spa/hammam is worth the visit. The entire staff is the highlight, they are extremely helpful. You also get a local phone and can always call to get picked up from nearby known meeting points, very useful in the maze of streets where GPS/cell service is poor.
Desventajas: Not something the hotel can fix but beware of locals trying to "help" - not that way, forbidden. Basically lie to get you lost so they can help you and demand payment. Best thing, just ignore them completely and find out for yourself, chances are you are on the right track anyway and if not so what, half the fun of being in the city, turn around and try again!

Ventajas: Este Riad es muy coqueto, todo está cuidado al mínimo detalle, desde el check in ( se hacen cargo de las maletas mientras te sientan en un patio lleno de palmeras a tomar un té marroquí con pastas y fruta fresca ). Al llegar la persona asignada a tu habitación, en nuestro caso fue Sarah (excelente en todos los sentidos), te enseña el Riad, te pregunta cuáles son tus planes y se pone a tu disposición para todo lo que necesites durante toda la estancia. Te da un móvil marroquí para que llames al hotel siempre que lo necesites o utilices el navegador por el laberinto de la Medina o lo que quieras, ya que tiene conexión a internet. Siempre que lo solicites, tendrás una persona para acompañarte hasta el lugar de recogida de Taxis y para esperarte y llevarte hasta el Riad cuando vuelvas en Taxi. El centro de la Medina está a 20 minutos andando, no es necesario coger taxi pero el servicio de acompañamiento es hasta o desde las paradas de taxis, hay tres a lo largo de la Medina. En la habitación y por todo el Riad tienes fruta fresca y agua embotellada. Así mismo, puedes tomar té marroqui o café cuando quieras y donde quieras dentro del Riad totalmente gratis. El restaurante del Riad es excelente, cenamos dos noches, la primera el menú marroquí a cargo del chef del hotel y la segunda a la carta. Ambos días todo buenísimo. El servicio del Riad es excelente, desde las personas que están en recepción, hasta las limpiadoras, camareros, chicas del Spa, escoltas y chicos que te ayudan con las maletas a la llegada y al regreso del Riad. Son extremadamente amables y te hacen sentir como en casa. Yo tengo que destacar el excelente trato que recibimos de Sarah que durante los cuatro días estuvo pendiente de nosotros para hacer que nuestro viaje fuera de ensueño y hay que decir que lo consiguió. Entrar en el Riad es como entrar en un paraíso después de un día de ajetreo en la Medina.
Desventajas: Lo único que no me gusto del alojamiento es su ubicación. Está en una zona residencial de la Medina que durante el día no impone demasiado pero que por la noche da un poco de miedo. Por lo visto no es una zona peligrosa, es tranquila y residencial pero por la noche no es agradable andar por allí.

Ventajas: Everything about this hotel is so lovely. From the check in, to the breakfast options, to the beverages available all day, to the laundry service (they will wash all your clothes and iron them!), to the cleaning staff, to the spa and the services there it was all really great. The property is obviously a riad so at any given time there are only a certain amount of guests so the staff learn your names, know your preferences, and helpful at cleaning when you are out. The property itself also feels like a little oasis from the hustle and bustle of the city. It's a little set back, and they provide you with staff to literally walk you places so you don't get lost. They'll also come find you if you need them. Everyone is also SO so kind it is unbelievable. Our room was also cozy and very comfortable. We stayed in the lotus room which had a large bed, a side lounge area, a table with a chair, a toilet in the corner, large closet and safe area, two sinks and a very large soaking tub. It was really this property and the staff that made our stay in Marrakech totally magical.
Desventajas: Everything about this property was perfect. Even when we checked out they asked if there was anything they could improve upon (it seems like they take customer serious seriously) but we could not think of even one thing.

As you walk through the door of the Riad you are surprised by the ambience and welcome from the staff. The staff can’t do enough for you and make you feel special. The food in the restaurant is excellent and would recommend eating there. The roof top terrace is an added bonus. Our room was comfortable and lovely. Would recommend to stay here.

One day when we asked the staff for his help, they came back with him on the phone and he helped us book a Hammam! Beautiful setting for a deliciois breakfast every morning. Clean and comfortable accommodation and it's easy to get everywhere on foot (very close to the main square in the medina). It's also like stepping into another (quieter, calmer) world after being surrounded by the chaos of the city. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Ventajas: Todo. El Ryad se encuentra a pocos metros de la plaza Jma El Fna . La habitación está muy limpia y tiene todas las comodidades. Con una bonita decoración . Las personas que trabajan allí son muy amables y te ayudan en todo lo que necesitas para hacer tú estancia inolvidable. El desayuno es muy abundante y cambia todos los días . Crepes, tortitas , napolitanas , fruta, yogurt ( buenísimo por cierto) , tostadas... A nosotros nos lo sirvieron en la pérgola desde la que vimos amanecer prácticamente todos los días. Ventajas: The location of the property was excellent! We arrived very late but were greeted by friendly staff members who brought some refreshments up to the room. The suite was huge and well decorated. It is a great space for someone staying overnight but would be better for several nights. The breakfast was good and eaten in a location that looks straight from a magazine. We enjoyed our stay overall.
Desventajas: There was some street noise that permeated the bedroom at night...both people and animal sounds. I am light sleeper so it kept me awake, but my wife didn't notice.

Ventajas: We stayed in the suite room up the terrace. The view is nice. It is only few meters to the centre. The owner Daniel and his staff took care of us each and every minute. When we arrived late, or buying tickets for Majorelle in advance, finding us a great location to celebrate new years eve, he and his team was 24 hours to our service. For next visit, I know where to stay.

Ventajas: One of the best Riad I’ve seen in Marrakech and I’ve been in many. Elegant, clean, big and well furnished and decorated rooms. The staff is simply perfect: discreet but indeed helpful. A special mention to Aziz. Breakfast is good and you can enjoy it on the terrace with birds songs, trees and the sun. I highly recommend this Riad. My room was a dream and had a private terrace.

Ventajas: Riad Samsara was an excellent choice: 20 minutes away from the main square and the Majorelle Gardens (by feet). The room was very clean, with lots of space and furnished in typical moroccan style. We also enjoyed the breakfast, with traditional Moroccan food and fresh fruit. We had dinner at the riad once: the staff prepared a very nice and tasteful dinner for about 20€ per person. A special mention to Bouchra that took care of everything we needed and gave us very good advices.

Ventajas: Fantastic staff who went out of their way to help us find local parking (sent a friend to come with us in the car to direct us). Beautifully decorated small guesthouse in Red City with delicious roti for breakfast! Our host Bouchra even managed to organise for my gold bracelet - left at Douar Samra, their sister hotel in Imlil - to be delivered by a driver.
Desventajas: Hard to locate from Google maps but well worth it once we did.

Ventajas: The riad was stunning and the staff very welcoming and helpful. They prepared great food for us and always offered advice on what to do, where to go and how to get around. We had our 2yo with us and the staff were very accommodating to our family's needs.
Desventajas: The location was a bit out of the way for us. Although the neighbourhood itself was quite lively, we would have liked to have been closer to the main sights.

Nos mintieron durante varias horas sobre los intentos de arreglar el aire acondicionado en nuestra habitación sólo para finalmente admitir que no había aire acondicionado en el hotel en febrero (a pesar de ser una noche cálida y húmeda), después de que los confrontásemos mostrándoles el hecho de que cada habitación tenía sus ventanas abiertas.

Ventajas: We liked everything about this hotel. Amazing location only two minutes away from the famous Jemma El Fna square and old Medina. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated with a balcony. Desventajas: The Hotel has charged twice for tourist tax. Please be aware. Paid when I made the reservation the tourist tax and they charged me on my bill at the end of the holiday too! Sent emails to Hotel who now don't answer me. Contatced booking.com to help. Breakfast poor. Everything is cooked already like the nice Moroccan bread you put it on your plate but they take away and heat up but by then it is chewy! Need more variety. Fruit? Yoghurt? Can be noisy. One night there was a lot of noise at 4am and there seemed no one from the Hotel to sort this out!

Ventajas: El Riad es maravilloso, parece mentira encontrarte este Riad tan bonito entre las calles de Marrakech. La ubicación es excelente porque estás a 8 min de la plaza y las calles son de las que siempre hay gente y no escondidas, calles amplias e iluminadas. Regresamos un día a las 00.20h de cenar con unos amigos y tan tranquilos! La habitación preciosa, la cama cómoda y enorme. El desayuno bien y la terraza en la que lo tomas muy agradable. Los empleados muy serviciales. Recomiendo al 100%

Ventajas: My boyfriend and I had a great stay at Riad Wow in August. The Riad itself is gorgeous as was our room. The attention to detail in the decor was amazing and gave the whole place such a magical feel. The staff were all fantastic and extremely helpful and friendly. The bed was comfy and the air-con worked perfectly so we had a great nights sleep every night during our stay. The rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels and robes provided. The whole place was spotless and the cleaning staff did an excellent job every day in both the rooms and the general area. The spa within the Riad is excellent as well and reasonably priced compared to most other more commercial places and the massages and hammam were well worth the money! The reception staff were great as well and organised airport transport, occasional taxis and dinner reservations as well as day tours for us by phone which was helpful. The location of the Riad was also perfect for us, walking distance to the souks as well as the YSL museum and some other attractions. It’s located in the hustle and bustle of the old town which can be an overwhelming place but we loved it. Once you entered the Riad Wow it was total peace and quiet though and a welcome break from the busy streets.
Desventajas: We had no major issues with Riad Wow at all. Everything pretty much perfect except the breakfast is a little bit disappointing with mainly carby foods like bread and pancakes etc. Would have enjoyed more of a selection but it was fine. Also the dining area where the bar is located and breakfast is served was a little bit dead during our time there. We seemed to be the only people there on many occasions but could just have been because we visited in August which isn’t a popular time due to the heat I’m told. It lacked atmosphere a bit just because of that but the staff are amazing and the cocktails are wonderful. It was really nice going there for a drink before bed after a busy day.. even if we were the only ones there!

Desventajas: Imposible dormir de noche. No se respeta el horario mínimo de sueño, a partir de las 23:00 h hasta el desayuno ruidos constantes de otros clientes ya sea de fiesta o porque acaban de llegar, y el personal del hotel no se hace cargo ( incluso uno de los días tuvo que llamar la atención una clienta de madrugada a un grupo que estaban en la terraza y no dejaban dormir a nadie). Hemos estado 5 noches y ninguna hemos podido descansar lo deseable en una ciudad en la que caminas tanto como Marrakech ( tuve que dormir con auriculares con cancelación de ruido y aún así escuchaba el ruido) . Una pena. Mi pareja y yo viajamos mucho, y entendemos perfectamente que no todo el se comporta de la misma manera en un hotel, hay personas cívicas que respetan a los demás de por sí y otras que no. En un hotel no tienes mayor problema para solucionar esto. Pero mal entendimos que el confort y respeto al descanso sería el mismo que un hotel, y nada más lejos de la realidad. Lo desaconsejamos totalmente a todos aquellos que después de disfrutar de un día fabuloso en Marrakech quieran descansar tranquilamente.

Desventajas: El desayuno a parte de no tener mucha variedad, solo lo sirven a partir de las 8.30am lo cual cuando se trata de organizar excursiones que requieren madrugar, te impide disfrutar del desayuno.

Ventajas: The location is good. 15 min walk to pretty much anywhere. really nice architecture of the property. The terrace is beautiful and the rooms were large too.
Desventajas: The general location was good however the riad was located in a dead end alley way which was a little scary. The staff were actually really nice, however when we first arrived, we had a little trouble and the staff didn’t help maybe because he was scared himself. Basically because the riad is in a alley way, cars cannot enter so we were dropped at the end of the road. A bunch of boys offered to carry our luggage in a wheelbarrow like they do all over Marrakech. So we turned them down. We were walking down when one turned around and said “your going the wrong way, you hotel is this way, follow me” so we followed him. He took us to our hotel which was round the corner and said “please pay me something for the service” i gave him 20mad for the sake of getting rid of him, but then he said give me 20 more because this is my job and its what i charge. I argued to say you only showed me my hotel what service, but then my friend noticed a whole bunch of them round the corner so we got scared and gave the other 20mad. We never had any problems after that, but we did expect the hotel staff to get rid of them and protect us.

Desventajas: La cena en el Riad la tienes que avisar con un dia de antelación, las sabanas no las cambiaron en 4 dias, hubo dos dias que teniamos excursion a las 8 y nos dijeron que no podian andelantar el desayuno! Y ya lo teniamos pagados, osea que perdimos dos desayunos y no nos dieron opcion de merendar o adelantarlo, no nos dejaron pagar con tarjeta, la puerta del baño se tropezaba con la cama!

Ventajas: la ubicación es perfecta, el personal muy amable y atento, especialmente durante el desayuno. Tiene una terraza fantástica desde la que puedes ver el amanecer y atardecer con el Atlas a lo lejos. La decoración está cuidada, aunque en noviembre hacía un poco de frío en la baño. No obstante en verano seguro que es mucho mas acogedor. Pudimos dejar las maletas hasta la noche que salía el vuelo, lo que nos fue muy bien!

Ventajas: location was too "out of the way" riad was beautiful but a bit past it's prime, good value however and our room was nice and peaceful with close access to a private rooftop. staff was helpful and pleasant.
Desventajas: riad was smaller than we normally liked(fewer rooms) so it seemed a bit too quiet, breakfast was very basic and served in a common basic area(many serve on a roof terrace). Read was pretty, but aging(leaky shower doors, slow drainage).

El chico de la recepción nos dijo que podíamos cancelar la habitación sin problema, que ellos lo habían gestionado con booking pero que teníamos que pagarla para luego hacer un reembolso. Ahora no nos quieren devolver el dinero y booking tampoco se hace cargo. Además, en ningún sitio aparecía que teníamos que pagar en el Riad, te hacen un cargo adicional si pagas con tarjeta. Decepcionante, un engaño.

Ventajas: Great riad in the heart of the Medina, literally 2 minutes walk from the central square. So quiet and relaxing, especially at night time when the Medina is lively and loud! The staff is simply AMAZING, so lovely and taking care of us with a cuddly sweet attitude. We loved them so so much!!! Breakfast is super yummy and Katie treated us like her kids ❤️ The room is stylish snd cozy, comfortable and charmingly furnished.
Desventajas: Unfortunately the cold water tap handle in the bathroom was broken and it was very annoying: we told the staff on the first day but the problem wasn’t solved. Apart from this our stay was excellent and unforgettable!

Ventajas: Our stay at Riad Alkaderi was exemplary. The hustle and bustle of Marrakech and the Medina can cause quite the stir and returning every eve to the quiet solitude that Alkaderi offered was very much needed. Exquisitely decorated and tastefully arranges, our room was a sanctuary from all that Marrakech could throw at us. However, above all else, it was the service that really stole the show. Caty and Aziz constantly went above and beyond the call of duty - always smiling and always willing to help, I couldn’t commend the service of the staff anymore. I would not hesitate from recommending this very authentic gem to anyone. Book in confidence. Bon voyage.
