Ventajas: Nice cabin crew, nice boarding, ontime departure, clean aircraft.
Desventajas: Check-in agent at bag drop counter was a sour puss.
Ventajas: On time
Desventajas: They don’t offer refunds only vouchers. That robbery for anyone traveling internationally, they cannot use a voucher in a year
Desventajas: Keep it up
Ventajas: Price was right. On time.
Ventajas: We arrived safely and on time.
Desventajas: The pricing seems low when purchasing the ticket, but we were charged $45/bag for our carryon bags that could easily have fit in the overhead bins (and on a separate flight with another airline that is what we did). Seems like a money grab to charge for the carryon if it weighs more than 7g or whatever small amount. Just take that cost into account when booking your flight.
Ventajas: Seat was excellent.
Desventajas: Nothing. Point A to Point B. Get me there on time and in one piece

Ventajas: It is a short trip and it is easy to get on and off the flight without too much hassle. Except when it is raining as you have to walk from the terminal to the plane. No Food or Entertainment is provided as it is such a short flight
Ventajas: Value for money flight.
Desventajas: Flight running late causing ongoing difficulties later in the evening. Flight crew could have been more aware and in control of rowdy, annoying passengers causing difficulties for others.
Ventajas: Good value flight.
Desventajas: Flight was delayed and then put into stack in Sydney - but given the Sydney weather over the weekend maybe that was to be expected. Flight crew could be more aware of annoying teenagers and others being disruptive in the cabin and painful for other passengers.
Ventajas: Early morning flight meant no delays. Walked straight on the flight and we were off. No fuss...
Desventajas: The flight announcements were loud and abrasive which woke everyone sleeping on the early morning flight. No doubt is was that particular cabin manager and not the norm.
Ventajas: Efficient, professional crew
Desventajas: More space. Snacks, at least a drink! (that doesn't require more expenditure)
Desventajas: Boarding was chaotic. They started boarding from the back, which is fine, but never indicated that the forward seats could board and never checked to make sure people were boarding in the proper groups. Terrible process.
Ventajas: No the crew weren’t amazing & the seats were just okay. The flight was pretty full. The guy driving made two safe landings at Avalon
Desventajas: Jetstar - c,mon, it’s an airborne bus really.
Desventajas: I had to claim my bag between Jetstar flights and then go through security again to my second leg....I flew from Hobart to Auckland today. So at Melbourne I spent several hours in the process Of going to claim my bag, going through security again and rechecking it. Horror...terrible experience. I will never fly Jetstar again....they do not transfer bags between the flights on their own airlines which I booked under the same ticket.
Ventajas: the crew was amazing
Desventajas: the seats were uncomfortable
Desventajas: Flight cancelled because internet went down on site. However, Virgin Australia and Qantas airlines were able to paper book their passengers and fly to destination. Jet star couldn’t do the same. Even though the internet came back up Jetstar couldn’t complete the passenger flight check in. The Airport staff stated the internet was a risk and instead put 200 people on buses and drove us 5 hours across a 42C desert. Somehow driving across the desert was safer. The icing on the cake was the Internet stayed up for the next hour prior to our bus ride and within the flight crews crew day. So, we could all have flown home with the Jetstar flight crew who actually flew back to Sydney. Yes missed the fireworks and expensive hotel stay on New Years Eve. Finally, Jetstar rebooked is on a flight to Adelaide then to Sydney so we wouldn’t arrive until 945pm. I certainly didn’t appreciate my direct 3 hour flight being turned into a 5 hour bus ride then a 7 hour flight. Oh, please tell them thanks for the piece of cheese and two crackers, apple and apple juice for dinner.
What could be done better.....eliminate Jetstar from your list of service providers.

Desventajas: May be offered water to everyone.
Ventajas: Good crew, very friendly. Went above and beyond to find a passenger at baggage claim who left something on board.
Desventajas: Boarding was very delayed.
Ventajas: Check-in was amazing, kudos to the reception crew

Desventajas: Airline lost our bags on way to Australia so we had to buy extra clothing and personal items while here. Then airline charges us $65 because our bags are overweight with the things we had to buy because of lost bags.
Desventajas: The crew wasn’t very friendly.
Ventajas: Just as same as what I expexted as a LCC.
Desventajas: Flight was delayed and additional baggage charge was non-refundable.
Ventajas: Crew was great - boarding was efficient and on time
Desventajas: Seats are not comfortable/ergonomic, all movies, tv, games and everything is for purchase - it would be nice to have some free options. Also - no complimentary beverage/snack service.
Ventajas: We were given delay updates regularly, even when the delay time remained consistent.
Desventajas: We had to empty our water bottles prior to getting on board which felt like a waste of resources. If it is necessary to do so, maybe it would be beneficial for the staff to let us know why we have to dump clean water down the drain.
Desventajas: plane was over an hr late due to tire needing changing. Staff we unapologetic about it.
Desventajas: All perfect recomendable thanks

Desventajas: First of all, your selection of food could be way better. You’re traveling between two places that have extensive access to rice - why is your gluten-free menu so poor? Your airline crew are scary and I’m worried that if there was a true emergency none of them would know how to get us off the plane safely.
Ventajas: Nothing - terrible airline
Desventajas: In flight entertainment, free water, less strict on carry on weight

Desventajas: Cabin service was basic for business class. The cabin crew never came to see us again after lunch was served.
Desventajas: They waited until my last flight to weigh my carry on and then tell me that I had to check it in for $80. I just got off that flight and the person at the counter cleared my bags so I understand the money grab. Also flying 12hrs and then 8hrs and not having your meals complimentary is a big problem. They are nothing but a money grabbing selfish airline. Never again

Desventajas: Just about everything this poor excuse of an airline needed to be better. Not only did they rob me at the check in desk of $210, there was also an extremely loud alarm coming from the exit door of the plane the crew couldn't fix. I was sitting right next to it for an hour and had to plug my ears to avoid hearing damage. This was the worst flight I've ever been on, and I've flown hundreds of times
Ventajas: The check-in was fast and either the plane aboard.
Desventajas: Not everybody on plane got service. We have waited on the plane for like 30 minutes for the plane start his way
Desventajas: The attitude of the crew towards passengers with children. They made us wake up our sleeping child because she was on a blow up cushion that obstructed her leg space. Even though we explained it could be deflated in a single second and was not causing harm to anyone else they still made us move it. Also, they gave us a guilt trip for changing a peepee diaper in our seat (careful not to touch any seats) and wouldn't take the trash. As any parents knows, changing a diaper in an airline bathroom is one of the most unsanitary and awful things you can do with your young child due to the extreme lack of space. Airlines in general should make a "family bathroom" with more space for parents to change their kids.
Ventajas: The price of the flight was good (without the bag)
Desventajas: Knowing that a bag cost $105 Au after I bought the ticket. I would have paid a bit more and just gone on Air New Zealand.
Ventajas: I liked the inflight entertainment
Desventajas: More leg space on the economy seats, It makes you wish you could afford the upgrade to business class.
Ventajas: We loved having extra leg room and the bathrooms in the front & back!
Desventajas: I wished I had a blanket on the flight. But other than that very comfortable

Ventajas: They cancelled return flight and were rude when I tried to rebook; they also weigh luggage and charge extra; had one kind agent who helped; won’t fly again and won’t use cheap flights

Desventajas: No hot food, limited selection.....which ran out quickly
Desventajas: These short domestic flights are just a bus ride in the sky. Provided the simple service that was all that we needed.
Ventajas: Crew was fine. Boarding was efficient.
Desventajas: I hate their baggage policy! I prepaid for bags and then got charged another $187USD for a small carry on. This is a horrible airline if you pack any luggage at all.
Ventajas: Crew needed an exit row person and I volunteered. Extra leg room was nice.
Desventajas: Expensive flight. No food or drink included in what you pay. No magazines or screens to occupy your time.

En clase Turista, se permite llevar como equipaje de mano una pieza o dos artículos personales que no excedan de 7 kg entre los dos. En cuanto al equipaje facturado, este siempre conlleva un coste adicional: podrás facturar varias maletas, si bien no podrán superar los 15 o los 40 kg, según el destino y el tipo de billete que hayas adquirido.
Si viajas con niños, Jetstar autoriza a que lleves un tipo de carro o sillita gratis. Dependiendo del peso y de las dimensiones, podrá ir en la cabina o en la bodega. Los menores de dos años pueden viajar sobre el regazo del adulto que esté a su cargo sin ocupar asiento. Los mayores de dos años tendrán que volar debidamente sentados en su propio asiento. Los niños deberán haber cumplido los quince años, como mínimo, para sentarse junto a las salidas de emergencia, por motivos de seguridad.
