They weren’t there and I was stranded at the car rental place till I could get a ride.Opinión del 10 ago 2023

As for the service and attention, excellent, but they charged me a higher rate for a few hours than the agreed daily rate, I didn't like that and they need to improve itOpinión del 11 jul 2023

I liked the ease of the rental process, with no surprises. The rate was excellent. The fee to process the toll (from a bridge crossing) was acceptable at only $2.48. The only problem was with the Chevy car. It did not have connection for the current normal USB port and I couldn’t keep my phone charged. The could provide or sell an adapter.Opinión del 7 jul 2023

Couldn’t figure out how, if possible, to turn off the “lane departure steering nudge”, which was extremely unpleasant when it occurred. I’m not talking about full on driving assistance, that was off, but there is still a feature that “nudges” the steering wheel when it thinks you are unintentionally crossing a lane line. THIS FEATURE SUCKS! Please turn it off. Other than that, the rental was great, start to finish.Opinión del 22 jun 2023

The entrance to the NextCar drop-off line should be marked more clearly. Being in a rush for my flight, I have entered the wrong line (that one of Sixt), it has been difficult to exit through the barriers. At that moment, 4pm, there wasn't a single employee at the nearby NextCar counter to assist.Opinión del 15 nov 2022

I ended up having to switch to Alamo because they are only open two days a week. And I wanted my car at 1 AM and apparently that is not possible. I wasn’t able to talk to a person. The person who chatted with me could not help me either. I ended up just doing it online. And paying quite a bit more!Opinión del 7 nov 2022
