Desventajas: Time to renew the aircraft 777-300
Ventajas: The whole Business experience on SQ
Desventajas: During the same trip I discovered 2 different arrangements of the Business Class cabin on Singapore Airlines A350, SQ469 CMB-SIN, and SQ036 SIN-LAX. On the SQ036, I occupied seat 15 A (mono, aisle-window): I did not understand the reasoning behind this layout: Seat facing straight the front of the aircraft, but not enough space to stretch the legs, and limited height for the footrest, feet getting hurled against a ceiling very quickly, and also footrest only on one side = one foot. The deep cavity, that is probably meant to house the lie-flat disposition, is at a 45° angle with the general direction of the seat. I am 77 and not in any way a contortionist. I decided that the best course of action was to remain seated for the duration of the 14:30 hours, flight without extending my legs. Maybe the crew could have explained how the passenger is supposed to fit into that weird design, but I did not ask, afraid that the demonstration might reawaken chronic shoulder and hip pain. I would be glad to read (not test) how this configuration is supposed to convey the sense of comfort expected from a Business Class ticket. It did nothing of the kind for me.
Ventajas: The whole business class experience

On the SQ469, I occupied seat 12 A (mono, aisle-window): A lot of plastic curved walls etc. For larger persons, the result is not quit comfortable.
Ventajas: The crew was excellent.
Desventajas: The business seats at B777-300ER was very uncomfortable for a long distance trip with duration of 14,5 hours.
Ventajas: Crews were great. Seats space could be better ... overall caring & attentiveness of crew members make a lot of difference.
Desventajas: Food! 40 years ago Singapore Airlines was second to none in my book! Now I feel like I was away somewhere and Singapore Airlines has changed dramatically....Must be a lot of moving pieces have changed that I was wondering again during my journey whether I was really flying Singapore Airlines...
Ventajas: Again seats space could be better. Crews were very attentive.
Desventajas: Other passengers reclining their seats could be a nuisance...

Desventajas: Disembarking On economy plus we had to wait for all business passengers to leave and there were that needed wheelchair hence took a long time

Ventajas: Three of us were sitting separately. Airline is able to accommodate us so that we get to sit together in a section where there is extra leg room.
Ventajas: Great Premium Economy experience with comfortable seats and extremely-hospitable cabin crew!
Desventajas: Archaic In-Flight Wi-Fi Plans should be brought to modern-age plans.
Desventajas: Better movie selection. Better organized boarding in Frankfurt
Ventajas: Spacious Premium Economy seats with excellent flight attendants looking after general wellness of customers.
Desventajas: In-Flight Wi-Fi has archaic plans… 30MB Chat App-only Plan for 2-Hours. It also usually has a pause button to halt and resume the internet session later, but there wasn’t one this time.
Ventajas: Crew was super nice and the food was good (for plane food)! Really appreciated that they had snacks and chocolate on hand for hungry passengers throughout the flight. A 17 hour plane ride is never the best, but Singapore Air made it as pleasant as possible. Also, we booked on Kayak and was routed through a third party vendor JustFly, which I was a little worried about - but our booking went off without a hitch.
Desventajas: A comfort kit on a ultra long haul flight goes a long way
Desventajas: Rather long wait at business check-in, friendliness there ok, on board service slow with the champagne, old aircraft with old configuration of seats, nothing really bad, but it's not like this that you win an airline of the year award!
Ventajas: Flexible seating due to only very few passengers. On time departure and arrival
Ventajas: Amazing crew, very nice and helpful.

Ventajas: the crew is fine. The seat was OK standard.
Desventajas: Food was not good on my way back to L.A. Food was no flavor, pork cut up way too big, prefer having small piece of meat soaked up flavor sauce.

Ventajas: Fast boarding. Early arrival. Comfortable seat.
Desventajas: I had to ask 3 times for an arrival card from the crew. Bread was dry. There should have been a breakfast served prior to landing, but no food service after 1 a.m. though flight arrived at 7:40 a.m. Timing of meals was not convenient for me at all. They wake you up at 1 a.m. for your main dinner. I would have preferred to sleep until 5 a.m. then have a good breakfast. The amenity kit in Business Class was substandard when compared to other airlines
Ventajas: The crew was very polite and very helpful. Boarding process was smooth and easy, however, the Singapore airport has security checks at every gate prior to boarding. This meant that after clearing this security process at the gate, bathrooms were not available until after boarding the flight and drinking water stations were not easily found in the secure boarding area. The aircraft was comfortable, menus were distributed early so that meal options could be made with full information in advance. The food was good and made available at routine intervals.
Desventajas: On a 14 hour flight, staying well hydrated is very critical and difficult. It would have been nice for the crew to make more frequent trips through the cabin to offer just water refills to keep passengers hydrated and reduce plastic cup usage.
Ventajas: The boarding process was easy and straightforward, the seats were comfortable and had individual entertainment screens, the crew was very polite and helpful. For meals, everyone was given a printed menu at the start of the flight so that meal options could be easily made.
Desventajas: My only complaint is that I would have liked to see more frequent offers for water refills during the flight, since water cups are so small and staying well hydrated on flights is difficult but essential.
Desventajas: Boarding was delayed for 25 min and was no information for that. Otherwise everything was good
Ventajas: I loved that the airline offered several meals, snack options and drinks. The attendants were amazing and would highly recommend Singapore airlines to anyone flying internationally
Desventajas: The limited arm room/personal space. Not much leg room in economy for a 10 hour flight. Would be nice if airlines would decrease the number of seats and give a little more room so people aren’t hitting each other in the head with their arms
Ventajas: One of several preferred airlines when flying to Asia. Really enjoy their service, and it's wonderful to wake up to many beauties in view!

Ventajas: They passed by me when they served the meals because they thought I had it already which it was someone behind me who got his meal since he had a special meal request. So I ended up to talk to them that I haven’t had my meal yet. It was embarrassing moment for me. They seemed thinking that I lied to them.
Desventajas: They are well trained crews so I have no better ideas about improvements
Ventajas: The crew was great although I needed to ask them for my meal cause they passed by me. They thought I had my meal already which I didn’t. I don’t think they did it on purpose so it was just misunderstanding. My flight was on SQ 38 from Singapore to LAX on October 30 2019
Other than that. All is amazing. I will still highly recommend Singapore Airlines to other people.
Desventajas: I think I have nothing in mind about improvements because I can see they have been training very well. I would like to say keep up the good work
