At the Pick-up line up was like 3rd world country, kind of hurt my vacation's start. Although I explained my needs the staff at pick up paperwork, pursuit me for lots of up-sales. I spent a lot more than my need, definitely never Thrifty anymore. Drop off was fine. TnxOpinión del 23 ago 2023

The car was not available and Thrifty couldn't tell me when I would get my car. Very unprofessional staff at the counter. Couldn't have cared less.Opinión del 20 nov 2022

Really nice rental for the price. The car was larger then the requested and we needed to wait 1h30min to get the car from the rental near OAK airport.Opinión del 15 jul 2022

Our check in was awful. We had a 9am pickup time and at 9:45 they said it was be another 45 minutes. Then they up-charged us for a smaller vehicle that was ready and we couldn’t wait because we were traveling with small children that needed to get home for naps.Opinión del 21 may 2022

Thrifty counter was unmanned and had to use Hertz counter to be served. Waited for an hour to get a car. Staff was surly. However we ended up with a car a couple grades above compact. Clean good running car that still got 40+mpg. Dropped car off at LAX, so I can’t speak to the drop off experience in Oakland, but it was very straightforward. Drive up, park, and walk away. Zero interaction with people whatsoever. That could be good or bad, depending on your preference.Opinión del 9 may 2022
