The car was fine, but I had to wait in line for an hour and a half to get it (at the Sacramento airport). The line extended almost the entire length of the rental building. At no time did any staffer make any kind of announcement about the cause of the delay. They just let us stew. I will not use Thrifty again.Opinión del 18 abr 2023

The company overcommitted the availability of their fleet. The wait for the car was over an hour and several people had been waiting over two hours. The staff was doing their best but their customer communication of the problem was awful saying anything to keep the customers waiting. Never again!Opinión del 9 mar 2023

I waited in line for 2 hours and was told my car wasn’t available tho I had pre paid for a pick up. I had to pay A LOT more for a larger car or wait at least 3 more hours. I could not wait so I paid the up charge. I felt manipulated and angry. They had over booked their car supply. Many other people in line were also angry & frustratedOpinión del 24 dic 2022

Car had Maintenance light on as well as tire light on. Car was not cleaned. Car was shaking when at freeway speed. Very poor service and selection of cars was poor. Will NOT rent from company again.Opinión del 18 nov 2022
