The room had a king size bed.The bed was exceptionally comfortable.The room was well appointed and immaculate.It was very quiet,therefore conducive for a good rest.The hotel was in a very good area,accessible to great restaurants and shopping.I am very happy with my stay and will be back.This is an excellent hotel.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, friendly staff. Location is excellent, walking distance to Gastown, Rogers arena, Port of Vancouver Canada Place, Pacific Centre shopping and lively Granville Street. Would definitely recommend family and friends to stay here.

Good location, very comfortable and nice room with heated floor. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The restaurant was closed early by the time we checked in on Boxing Day and it was a little difficult to find things to eat on a cold rainy night. I wish the room service was available.

Good location. Many things can be done digitally.
It was not fully explained on how the breakfast is served. During the stay I was not able to know that foods in the restaurant within a certain price are available without extra charge and I gave up to get the breakfast. It may be because of my poor English conversation skill but it would be helpful if there is also a written explanation somewhere.
