When we arrived the did not have our car ready and said we would have to wait an hour a half for it. Instead they offered us an electric car even though I had reserved a gas one. This electric car was not meant for long road trips as it ran out of power many times and took forever to charge. I spent most of my day at charging stations and it completely impacted my itinerary. I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated. This was not the car nor the experience that I paid for.Opinión del 12 ago 2023

The gentleman at Enterprise was very nice and professional, but unfortunately we did not get the car we had reserved. We had asked for. Wagon, but the biggest they had was a 5 series BMW, which was a very nice car, but not really big enough for what we needed it for the following day. The gentleman offered us to check at another Enterprise location, but we did not have time to wait. We returned the car the same day,Opinión del 7 jun 2023

No communication from the company After paying 25 euros for a taxi to get to the pick up location, the reservation I had was cancelled without any reason because I arrived 5 minutes later because of the traffic jams.Opinión del 27 mar 2023

That employer works in Enterprise office when I went to pick up the car made me wait for 30 minutes standing and they don’t have sitting area and the employer did not offer me a chair to sit down and he charge me 50% extra Of the daily rent just for insuranceOpinión del 24 jul 2022

The service from Munchen was great, great help and support for an easy check in and all. However the car had a very bad clutch that made discomfort and sever pain to my foot and ankle. I even talked to enterprise online and they wouldn’t help.Opinión del 20 jul 2022

When I bought this on Kayak the price was supposed to be about 253 Euro but when I paid they charged in ~269 Euro. I think you need to be more accurate in what you reflect in your pricing or if this is a mistake then refund me.Opinión del 15 jul 2022

Rented from an off-Airport location. We were delayed and called the Office. We were reminded that we were 'late' and that our rental could be given away to another customer. We acknowledged and gave them our new arrival time. We were VERY pleased with the rental we received (not the original), and with the Customer service upon arrival.
