The rental location was closed when I arrived. It is my fault for being an hour late (delayed flight), but they didn't let me know about their 12 PM location close time when I confirmed my reservation with them a few days earlier.Opinión del 24 jul 2021

Ventajas:The staff in Warwick were very friendly and helpful. The staff in Atlanta was God-awful.Desventajas:The car smelled like a cheap motel and cigarettes. The drop-off process was unclear, the staff member was rude and completely unhelpful.Opinión del 23 dic 2020

Ventajas:Staff was friendly, helpful and proactive. Thumbs up for this crew working at this location.Desventajas:I understand about not letting people go inside due to pandemic issues. But please find a way to accommodate customers while waiting outside without having to be exposed to sun and rain. There must be a better way to operate. I also fell bad for these young staff working under these poor conditions. This is purely a top management responsibility.Opinión del 9 sept 2020

Ventajas:I had a reservation for 6pm. I called to let them know I was on my way. They said we close at 6pm. I said how was I able to make a reservation for 6pm of you close at 6pm. He said "how far are you?" I will wait, When we got there we called, no answer and the door was locked.Desventajas:If he was nor planning on waiting for us then he should have said that on the phone and not made us waste or time.Opinión del 7 jul 2020
