Desventajas: Very uncomfortable, ends up being pricy because of the carry on

Ventajas: Raul, one the flight attendants, was the only positive part of this flight.

Desventajas: Flight was delayed, but all communications (website, airport signage, emails) showed ON TIME, beyond the time we were to board and depart. Gate was changed, email & text messages were very late communicating this to the passengers. Baggage claim was sent to the wrong carousel and was a very long wait. All signage and gate attendant said baggage claim @ carousel #2, waited 30 minutes, then received a call over the PA that baggage claim was changed to carousel #3, another 20 minute wait...

Ventajas: The crew handled themselves well under difficult circumstances.

Desventajas: The seats are ridiculously small.

Desventajas: That luggage weight could be more than 40 lbs...on frontier airlines did not have to pay over weight for the luggage and coming back I had to pay over weight when I flew spirit

Desventajas: Original gate number was incorrect, but they fixed and sent an email informing everyone. Ensuring the correct gate from the start would be nice.

Ventajas: Nothing, I’ve flown with spirit more than 4 times and this time they over charged me for my bag and it was a lil bag less than 20 pound!!

Ventajas: I didn’t take the flight. The state was on lock down.

Desventajas: I wasn’t notified the notice of lock down. Or that my flight was canceled and refunded

Ventajas: Everything was good!

Ventajas: La tripulación sabía que responderte al preguntarle cosas como por qué el vuelo se retrasó más de 4 horas.

Ventajas: On the plane legroom was much appreciated. Very convenient airport as living in Fairfield County. Good departure time, although general flight delays (Feb 3rd - runway problems) meant long lines & very crowded airport, with limited eating facilities.

Desventajas: Return flight (Fort Myers to Westchester) flight was delayed - believe it was weather related & not the airlines fault.

Ventajas: Disregarding all that’s going on around the world in present time out experience was great

Ventajas: Great flight! Excellent legroom and connectivity. Flight crew was wonderful.

Desventajas: Two very sick people were allowed to fly and were not denied boarding during these times of Covid19. We actually had to taxi back to terminal to remove a very sick passenger. JetBlue #100 March 17, 2020 10:12 pm from Los Angeles to Fort Lauderdale.

Desventajas: Nothing... great flight, uncrowded flight, plenty of extra seats to stretch out. Seat were very comfy and spacious which I loved even got a full can of soda unlike the usual half a cup and done lol. Would definitely fly Jet Blue again and prefer also. Way better than the other carriers.

Desventajas: The sound system at the seat I was assigned was not operational.

Ventajas: Other than the expected delay, the food, entertainmentand comfort were excellent. I definitely enjoyed flying jetblue

Desventajas: The delays with jet blue up out of Florida are to be expected- happens each time

Ventajas: Friendly attendant helped me get seats with my daughter together. Everyone was very nice and polite.

Desventajas: They delayed the flight because of a mechanical issue now I have layover for 12 hours

Ventajas: The crew was very sweet and accommodating. The snacks were plentiful and good. Seats comfortable and a decent amount of space.

Desventajas: I’ve been in uncomfortable seats before on other airlines. However I’ve never been in seats that didn’t recline at least a small degree. When they say Budget airline, they mean it. The plane literally felt like it was going to fall apart on takeoff and landing. Rattling from multiple Compartments and the worst whining of the engine I’ve ever heard. It was a bit unsettling as well as unnecessary. If the mechanics can’t quiet things down and tighten the compartments to stop things from making that much racket then Spirit needs to take the plane out of commission. Not a smooth quiet flight for sure. It would be hard to recommend Spirit airlines to anyone.

Desventajas: 1st time flying This airline. I was pleasantly surprised. Flight crew was super friendly. The seats were comfortable and spacious for a coach seat. A big bonus is the in-flight entertainment, free wifi and complimentary snacks and beverages which is completely unheard of these days. Also... Duncan coffee!!! Overall very good experience. I would definitely use this airline again.

Desventajas: The plane could have arrived on time. Otherwise everything was fine.
