Nothing. We need a vehicle that the passenger seats folded into the floor like a dodge caravan. We booke dodge caravan but the substituted Kia Carnival which did not meet our needs. They also refused to accept the insurance purchased through your site. Please make your customers aware of these failures.Opinión del 5 jul 2023

Being unfamiliar with the car, we could have done with a little more instruction - eg… the SatNav from our phone and we couldn’t work out the transfer of music from the phone.Opinión del 4 jul 2023

The car didn't open the trunk, where no one really explained how to leave the car because of this, he spent an extra 10 bucksOpinión del 1 may 2023

Reserved a car online, went to the office, the staff told me casually "we have zero car", they said that office only has 4-5 cars, while that day they received 22 reservation from third party. they can't do anything. this place is really not responsible, and delayed my commitment. Never trust them! they not afford to provide a car on time.Opinión del 11 feb 2023

I rented the car for over 2 months. I was the lone driver. These people will not let even my wife drive it. They said if my wife wants to drive, I have to pay an additional $13-$14 plus..... I think this is not fair.Opinión del 6 ene 2023

I chose this rental based on price…it was a long rental (45 days). The staff were good…the car was clean. No issues on the return…tho I haven’t yet seen the final charges on my credit card.Opinión del 20 oct 2022

Everything went smoothly with easy pick up and drop off. The only issue we had was with the brakes after the 3rd day. They were making a thumping noise when we applied them going down steep inclines in the rockies and the steering wheel was vibrating. I was told by a mechanic that the issue was probably a warped rotor so he advised us to not ride the brakes going down a steep hill and to use them moderately.Opinión del 29 ago 2022
