Ventajas: Crew was nice and friendly. Food came in a paper bag but still was good and plenty. The plane was an Airbus-330, it's a smaller plane for shorter routes but the seats were actually more comfortable than the newest Boeing 787-9 they use for long hauls.

Desventajas: Don't bus the passengers to the plane and make them climb the stairs. It's almost 2020.

Ventajas: Very unprofessional crew, particularly Katarina who had quite an attitude and twice left out the last four rows for drinks and coffee. Simply out of laziness.

Desventajas: Online check-in had website issues and did not allow seat selection. Web check-in and on board service need significant improvements. Would not fly Etihad again; much higher standards and better service with Emirates or Qatar Air.

Ventajas: No incidents which is always a good thing. I would've liked that the seat had a USB charger though.

Desventajas: For some reason the airport scheduled 2 packed flights to board at gates right next to each other. These gates are right next to a main corridor. As you can imagine, it was chaos with lots of people standing around in both lines and then bunch of people trying to walk through.

Ventajas: The crew was awesome

Desventajas: There was a delay of more than 1 hour.

Ventajas: The seat 21A was absolutely horrid inducing claustrophobia due to limited space all around on a full flight long delayed on ground after taxiing for departure.

Desventajas: Etihad needs to be more sensitive of passenger comfort and avoid being so stingy with economy class seats (21A)

Ventajas: Seat was not super comfortable. Crew was excellent.

Desventajas: There was no online checkin or any ability to choose seats on your app.

Ventajas: in the AUH-MAD leg, i thought the headrests were great—perfect for sleeping

Desventajas: in the MNL-AUH leg, the touchscreen entertainment system didn’t always work

Desventajas: They boarded us in spite of the fact that the flight had been delayed 40 minutes. We were all getting alerts on our phones but were told to disregard it and board anyway. We then had to sit on the runway for 40+ minutes until we could take off. Since we were traveling with two small children, it would have been preferable to spend those extra 40 minutes in the terminal rather than on the plane.

Ventajas: All in things were reasonably easy

Desventajas: Long time with taxiing on both ends. Flight was delayed as well but landing on time

Desventajas: The video screen freaked up a lot and I was unable to watch movies listen to music for the better part of the 11 hour flight. I noticed other passengers had the same problem.

Ventajas: Excellent service and food.

Desventajas: Seat could really use a real footrest instead of the metal bar.

Ventajas: It was my birthday and the flight attendant gave me a rose, gummibears and champagne and congratulate me and I was very happy to receive that gesture

Ventajas: I slept. Food was fine even though I forgot to order vegetarian. Movie selection seemed extensive too.

Desventajas: Cramped overhead luggage space. Delayed due to technical reasons. Previous flight was completely cancelled.

Ventajas: Food portions and selections were great. We got slippers and eye masks for a ten hour red eye flight.

Ventajas: The flight was surprisingly empty compared to flying to Abu Dhabi. I had an entire row to myself. I was able to lay out and sleep peacefully without worrying about the traveler in front of me leaving their seat back. Highly recommend Etihad airways!

Ventajas: Greece was amazing. Traveling to the islands made the trip worth while. Highly recommend ensuring ferry tickets are purchased 48 hours in advance so they don’t sale out. The food was amazing (especially the homemade Tzatziki sauce). So much to do, plan accordingly!!

Ventajas: The crew was sufficient and polite. Seats are average. Food was extremely limited. Underwhelmed but, frankly, exhausted with the process of trying to get out.

Desventajas: Communication of flight departure time was not provided causing us to miss our flight and requiring over 2 hours on a cell call to Bangladesh to book a 24 hr delay which was further confused by computer glitches. Poor customer service at the flight checkin desk in Kathmandu who are, apparently, limited in what they can assist with.

Desventajas: Same as ALWAYS - Beijing baggage pickup is an absolute joke. Takes forever and it is generally mayhem in the baggage hall. They really need to get ahold of this space and the behaviour of Chinese travelers.

Ventajas: crew was good. Seat was good but it was a business class seat in a 787-9; so it should be good.

Desventajas: wines were mediocre which was balanced out by the good quality of the food. Brussels to Abu Dabhi boarding was a little chaotic with coach and front cabin passesgers packed in a single bus. Noticed many older passengers standing for the longish bus ride.
